Hyatt Place across from Universal Orlando Resort

All Great!!! Cleaning, staff, breakfast 👏👏👏🙌🙌🙌🙌❤️

La localisation et le personnel sont les plus gros atouts de cet hotel. Samantha et sa manageuse étaient super serviables et ont ete très attachées à ce que l’on passe un agréable séjour avec ma femme. Malheureusement, la salle de bain était sale avec une baignoire abimée, très glissante. Je vous recommande cet hotel si vous désirez profiter d’Universal Studio (navette et accessible à pieds - 25 minutes) mais vous serez forcé d’avoir une voiture pour visiter la région.

The staff was so helpful and everything was so convenient and clean!

Rooms are in or in style but the air con is motion censored and activates on and off throughout the night - which disturbed our sleep. The front reception were really rude so can’t stay I would recommend this hotel. We also had a member of staff open our door just moments after knocking (by the time we had got to the door, it was open - when I had just got out of the shower!!!! )

The overall experience was good. The only thing have say is the that the bathroom inside my room is very small. My only complaint
