Schönes, neues Hotel. Für italienischen Standard sehr hochwertig und modern. Die Anlage selbst ist sehr großzügig und schön angelegt. Auch der Pool hat uns gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war ebenfalls sehr groß mit kleiner Terrasse. Dieses wurde täglich sehr gut gereinigt. Der Weg zum Strand war mit Kinderwagen nicht ganz optimal. Ebenso war die Straße zum Ortskern mit einer guten Auswahl an Restaurants und lebendigem Abendprogramm (Markt) zwar nah, aber zu Fuß - aufgrund stark befahrenen Straßen ohne Gehwege- schwer zu bewältigen. Wir haben daher auch abends das Auto benutzt. Am schönen Strand (300m entfernt) gab es einen hoteleigenen Bereich mit Liegen, die ab der 3. Reihe gratis waren.

Rumligt værelse, stort bassin og alt er nyt og fint vedligeholdt i ude områderne. Belligenhed i top med 5-10.min gang til en fantastisk sandet og stor strand. Slet ikke overdynget med badende gæster selv i august. 1,5 km til byen Calleca med masse spisesteder. Eneste minus er manglende Aircon i Gym. Kan varmt anbefale stedet.

Sehr neue Unterkunft mit schönem großen Pool und in ca 10min fußläufig erreichbarem Strand. Städtchen ist in ca 15min zufuß zu erreichen. Wunderschöner kilometerlanger Sandstrand mit sehr sauberem Meerwasser. Wassersportmöglichkeiten sind 20-30min zufuß am Ende der Bucht im Süden. Es gibt ein Strandlokal. es gab keine Duschen am Strand, aber genügend freie Liegen und Schirme (auch am Pool).

Beautiful and brand new resort, 250m (or a 7 min walk) away from the private beach with sun-umbrella and sun beds. Lovely. Resort area and rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. Fantastic pool, clean and supervised by lifeguard. Parking on site on large hotel parking. Excellent breakfast and great service. We used a la carte dinner - very good. Overall, we can highly recommend this resort. Many thanks to the team.

Eine großartige Anlage! Das komplette Team fantastisch!!! Freundlichkeit, Ausstattung, Lage, Sauberkeit usw. verdient 5*. Der Gym, der Fussballplatz, der Paddel-Court alles vom feinsten. Wir haben uns in der Anlage sehr wohl gefühlt und im nächsten Ort "La Caletta" findet man alles was man braucht. Super Restaurants und freundliche, sichere und entspannte Atmosphäre ohne Gedränge und Stress. Das Restaurant im S´Arena einfach klasse! Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Danke für alles und wir kommen wieder, liebes S´ Arena Beach Team!

Great location in a small but quaint town. The beach is walking distance, from middle of the resort property to the edge of the water is around 10minutes. The path was pedestrian designated and there are proper crosswalks to go into the beach parking lot...I'd say you can probably walk a toddler and feel safe enough to do so. We rented a car and hopped around a bit to other beaches but found the 'home beach' to be the best. The stretch closest to the resort is sort of smack in the middle, so the peope that stayed in town likely won't walk down that far and it's really close to the beach restaurant/bar. The hotel's pool is great, big enough for everybody. I don't think they were at max capacity, so it wasn't hard to find a lounge chair/umbrella during the day. It was, very nice, with a lifeguard on duty too. We didn't do full board, and only had the breakfast plan, but that itself was very good. About 3 steps above a continental breakfast, different choices of yogurt, eggs/bacon, cold cut, cheese and different types of bread. Sure, they don't have am omlette station or anything like that but the dining room was very well staffed and the food is great. We stayed in a classic/standard double room, it was big enough and the bed was comfortable enough. The suite was right on the garden level, so we have a bit of ant situation going on there... All rooms seems to have outside space and there is a little rack there for you to hang your bathing suits/what nots.

Wunderschönes Hotel. Das Abendrestaurant haben wir nicht ausprobiert, da die Speisekarte nicht so ansprechend war. Nicht so gut war, dass man die Badetücher bezahlen muss. € 3,50 pro Person und pro Tag. Das ist unverschämt.

Den ene receptionist, hende der var der ved check ind var meget serviceminded, hvor imod den anden var sur og uvenlig. Stedet er rimeligt nyt og måske derfor også noget sterilt og uden charme. Poolen er kæmpestor men ikke særlig charmerende. Stranden er kun 5 min væk og et rigtig god. Hotellet har deres eget område dernede med solsengen og parasoller. Byen har ikke meget at byde på, der er enkelte fine restauranter ellers er der ikke så meget andet i byen. Husk myggebalsam, er er rigtigt mange myg om aftenen. Generelt er hotellet ikke til 4 stjerner.

The hotel is very nice, overall clean, polite team, helpful employees, nice breakfast and was not very expensive despite the great location near the beach and having a pool was a big plus after many beach salty seawater visits! Minus: (1) Cold and not comfortable design, more practical design (2) Spider web at the terrace/window entrance inside the apartment (but wasn’t bad), (3) seating and sunshade at the pool can add additional costs

Zimmer sind hellhörig , Waschbecken hat getropft , die Kissen sind sehr hart also am besten eigene mitnehmen . Ameisen hatten wir auch im Badezimmer . Personal is freundlich . Frühstück war ok , für unsere Verhängnisse zu wenig Tische und es musste öfters aufgefüllt und sauber gemacht ( Tische neu decken ) werden . Strand zu Fuß gut erreichbar ca 300 m

Das Hotel ist an einem sehr schönen Strand gelegen und die Mitarbeiter haben sich viel Mühe gegeben. Leider mussten wir jedoch feststellen, dass ein seltsamer modriger Geruch im Zimmer war, als wir reinkamen und mussten dann festellen, dass an mehreren Stellen Schimmel an den Wänden und teilweise auch an den Kissen und der Lampe war. Es war leider nicht möglich in diesem Raum zu übernachten… Auch wenn das Hotel vermutlich viel gegen Feuchtigkeit unternimmt war es dennoch schwer erträglich und am Ende gesundheitsgefährdend. Das ist sehr schade, denn die Einrichtung, der Pool, das Fitnesstudio und alles Drumherum sind sehr schön.

This looks like a relatively new property. The rooms were large and clean. The bathroom was good. We had a problem with our air conditioner which was fixed very promptly. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast was very good. I would strongly recommend this place.

Ett fint hotell lite avsides men nära stranden. Tyvärr byttes inte sängkläderna en enda gång under vår vistelse - 3 nätter. Mycket folk vid frukosten, lite bamba känsla och det tog tid innan det fylldes på där. Fin pool och alltid gott om solstolar. Fina rum, men många rum har riktigt usel utsikt mot sjabbig bakgård (vi fick tyvärr denna). Tyst på kvällen. Lite nonchalant personal i receptionen som sa hotellet var fullt - när vi ville byta rum och ändå kunde se bokningsbara rum på deras hemsida. I samma kategori som vårt rum. Skulle inte återkomma, det finns bättre ställe. Men rummen är fina och hotellet ganska nytt. Mannen i lunch restaurangen var fantastisk!

Vi hade en väldigt bra vistelse på hotellet. Det är i princip helt nytt, väldigt fräscht, rummen har allting man behöver såsom fungerande AC, TV, hårfön och balkong/uteplats. Även städningen var bra och vi fick nya handdukar varje dag. Personalen i receptionen pratade bra engelska och tipsade om stränder i närområdet. Frukosten var bra för att vara i Italien och vi åt alltid oss mätta, det fanns alltid ägg, bröd, croissant, yoghurt, frukt och kaffe. Den stora poolen var underbar och det fanns alltid lediga solstolar när vi var där. Omgivningen är väldigt lugn och fridfull. Stranden låg nära, endast 5-10 minuters promenad bort och det ingick gratis solstolar och parasoll. Vi tyckte även att platsen var bra för att utforska närområdet, det är ungefär en timmes körning till både Cala Gonone och Porto Cervo. Gratis parkering ingick också!

Struttura nuova, grande, moderna ma anche un poco "spartana" per essere a 4 stelle: abbiamo pernottato in una camera tripla superior con arredamento davvero essenziale e alcune mancanze; per esempio: in bagno non ci sono porta asciugamani ma solo due appendini e un mobiletto Ikea di cartone pressato, in camera una sola sedia e, nel suo patio esterno, una sola sedia con tavolino di plastica di quelli che si trovano al supermarket. Per contro: ottima e variegata la prima colazione con ampia scelta tra dolce e salato, apprezzabile la cena (abbiamo usufruito della mezza pensione) con menù fisso ma almeno tre scelte per ogni portata (carne, pesce, vegetariano) e, infine ma non ultimo, una piscina davvero molto grande e bella.

Das Zimmer war ebenfalls sehr groß mit kleiner Terrasse. Dieses wurde täglich sehr gut gereinigt. Der Weg zum Strand war mit Kinderwagen nicht ganz optimal. Ebenso war die Straße zum Ortskern mit einer guten Auswahl an Restaurants und lebendigem Abendprogramm (Markt) zwar nah, aber zu Fuß - aufgrund stark befahrenen Straßen ohne Gehwege- schwer zu bewältigen. Zimmer sind hellhörig , Waschbecken hat getropft , die Kissen sind sehr hart also am besten eigene mitnehmen . Ameisen hatten wir auch im Badezimmer . Personal is freundlich . Rumligt værelse, stort bassin og alt er nyt og fint vedligeholdt i ude områderne. Belligenhed i top med 5-10.min gang til en fantastisk sandet og stor strand. Slet ikke overdynget med badende gæster selv i august. 1,5 km til byen Calleca med masse spisesteder. Eneste minus er manglende Aircon i Gym. Kan varmt anbefale stedet.

A hotel with lots of potential and some hard to stand downsides. This seems to be a fairly new (2 - 3 years old) hotel in a rural town in La Caletta south from Olbia. The town is small but has enough good restaurants and some shops. The beach is within 300m from the hotel and is very calm. I would say it's almost empty. A free set of sunbeds and an umbrella on the beach are included in your stay. The rooms are ok, but a family room designated for 4 people is still a single space, so there is no privacy for parents. Breakfast is included in price and half-board option is available at the hotel. It costs 40€ per person per day or 35€ per person per day when choosing for the whole stay. Time for actual downsides: - Reception staff - they still have to learn a lot and could be more helpful (challenging check in and also request to pay 50€ for 2 hours late checkout when we spent about 4k € in the hotel) - Restaurant and staff - need improvement. Food selection is limited at breakfasts, and certain foods often are left without replenishment for quite some time. During dinners, one has to make a reservation and be smartly dressed as flip-flops for men and summer clothing is hard to stand for the staff. This looks like a relatively new property. The rooms were large and clean. The bathroom was good. We had a problem with our air conditioner which was fixed very promptly. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast was very good. I would strongly recommend this place.

Ett fint hotell lite avsides men nära stranden. Tyvärr byttes inte sängkläderna en enda gång under vår vistelse - 3 nätter. Mycket folk vid frukosten, lite bamba känsla och det tog tid innan det fylldes på där. Fin pool och alltid gott om solstolar. Great location in a small but quaint town. The beach is walking distance, from middle of the resort property to the edge of the water is around 10minutes. The path was pedestrian designated and there are proper crosswalks to go into the beach parking lot...I'd say you can probably walk a toddler and feel safe enough to do so. We rented a car and hopped around a bit to other beaches but found the 'home beach' to be the best. The stretch closest to the resort is sort of smack in the middle, so the peope that stayed in town likely won't walk down that far and it's really close to the beach restaurant/bar. The hotel's pool is great, big enough for everybody. I don't think they were at max capacity, so it wasn't hard to find a lounge chair/umbrella during the day. It was, very nice, with a lifeguard on duty too. We didn't do full board, and only had the breakfast plan, but that itself was very good. About 3 steps above a continental breakfast, different choices of yogurt, eggs/bacon, cold cut, cheese and different types of bread. Sure, they don't have am omlette station or anything like that but the dining room was very well staffed and the food is great. We stayed in a classic/standard double room, it was big enough and the bed was comfortable enough. The suite was right on the garden level, so we have a bit of ant situation going on there... All rooms seems to have outside space and there is a little rack there for you to hang your bathing suits/what nots.

La struttura è nuovissima. Ti dà una grande sensazione di pace ed anche come è strutturata,in mezzo al verde,non è opprimente. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Una prima colazione ricchissima,con frutta freschissima. A due passi dal mare azzurro verde della Sardegna. La cucina è ottima. La gestione è professionale. Ti senti a casa perché il calore del personale lo senti e ti coccola. Eccellente.

Den ene receptionist, hende der var der ved check ind var meget serviceminded, hvor imod den anden var sur og uvenlig. Stedet er rimeligt nyt og måske derfor også noget sterilt og uden charme. Poolen er kæmpestor men ikke særlig charmerende. Stranden er kun 5 min væk og et rigtig god. Hotellet har deres eget område dernede med solsengen og parasoller. Byen har ikke meget at byde på, der er enkelte fine restauranter ellers er der ikke så meget andet i byen. Husk myggebalsam, er er rigtigt mange myg om aftenen. Generelt er hotellet ikke til 4 stjerner.

Schönes, neues Hotel. Für italienischen Standard sehr hochwertig und modern. Die Anlage selbst ist sehr großzügig und schön angelegt. Auch der Pool hat uns gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war ebenfalls sehr groß mit kleiner Terrasse. Dieses wurde täglich sehr gut gereinigt. Der Weg zum Strand war mit Kinderwagen nicht ganz optimal. Ebenso war die Straße zum Ortskern mit einer guten Auswahl an Restaurants und lebendigem Abendprogramm (Markt) zwar nah, aber zu Fuß - aufgrund stark befahrenen Straßen ohne Gehwege- schwer zu bewältigen. Wir haben daher auch abends das Auto benutzt. Am schönen Strand (300m entfernt) gab es einen hoteleigenen Bereich mit Liegen, die ab der 3. Reihe gratis waren.

Rumligt værelse, stort bassin og alt er nyt og fint vedligeholdt i ude områderne. Belligenhed i top med 5-10.min gang til en fantastisk sandet og stor strand. Slet ikke overdynget med badende gæster selv i august. 1,5 km til byen Calleca med masse spisesteder. Eneste minus er manglende Aircon i Gym. Kan varmt anbefale stedet.

A hotel with lots of potential and some hard to stand downsides. This seems to be a fairly new (2 - 3 years old) hotel in a rural town in La Caletta south from Olbia. The town is small but has enough good restaurants and some shops. The beach is within 300m from the hotel and is very calm. I would say it's almost empty. A free set of sunbeds and an umbrella on the beach are included in your stay. The rooms are ok, but a family room designated for 4 people is still a single space, so there is no privacy for parents. Breakfast is included in price and half-board option is available at the hotel. It costs 40€ per person per day or 35€ per person per day when choosing for the whole stay. Time for actual downsides: - Reception staff - they still have to learn a lot and could be more helpful (challenging check in and also request to pay 50€ for 2 hours late checkout when we spent about 4k € in the hotel) - Restaurant and staff - need improvement. Food selection is limited at breakfasts, and certain foods often are left without replenishment for quite some time. During dinners, one has to make a reservation and be smartly dressed as flip-flops for men and summer clothing is hard to stand for the staff. All in all - pretty ok but could be better for the price.

Modern, well landscaped hotel in a nice quiet location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. La caletta itself is a short walk along beach / boardwalk and he beach and pine forest dunes is amazing.

Sehr neue Unterkunft mit schönem großen Pool und in ca 10min fußläufig erreichbarem Strand. Städtchen ist in ca 15min zufuß zu erreichen. Wunderschöner kilometerlanger Sandstrand mit sehr sauberem Meerwasser. Wassersportmöglichkeiten sind 20-30min zufuß am Ende der Bucht im Süden. Es gibt ein Strandlokal. es gab keine Duschen am Strand, aber genügend freie Liegen und Schirme (auch am Pool).

Das Essen war gut, es aber kein Buffet. Die Unterkunft ist sehr neuwertig, dadurch ist der Bewuchs im Garten noch sehr kein. Am Rande des Ortes la Caletta gelegen, sehr ruhig, in den Ort ca. 15min zu Fuß, zum Strand 10min.

Great location in a small but quaint town. The beach is walking distance, from middle of the resort property to the edge of the water is around 10minutes. The path was pedestrian designated and there are proper crosswalks to go into the beach parking lot...I'd say you can probably walk a toddler and feel safe enough to do so. We rented a car and hopped around a bit to other beaches but found the 'home beach' to be the best. The stretch closest to the resort is sort of smack in the middle, so the peope that stayed in town likely won't walk down that far and it's really close to the beach restaurant/bar. The hotel's pool is great, big enough for everybody. I don't think they were at max capacity, so it wasn't hard to find a lounge chair/umbrella during the day. It was, very nice, with a lifeguard on duty too. We didn't do full board, and only had the breakfast plan, but that itself was very good. About 3 steps above a continental breakfast, different choices of yogurt, eggs/bacon, cold cut, cheese and different types of bread. Sure, they don't have am omlette station or anything like that but the dining room was very well staffed and the food is great. We stayed in a classic/standard double room, it was big enough and the bed was comfortable enough. The suite was right on the garden level, so we have a bit of ant situation going on there... All rooms seems to have outside space and there is a little rack there for you to hang your bathing suits/what nots.

Den ene receptionist, hende der var der ved check ind var meget serviceminded, hvor imod den anden var sur og uvenlig. Stedet er rimeligt nyt og måske derfor også noget sterilt og uden charme. Poolen er kæmpestor men ikke særlig charmerende. Stranden er kun 5 min væk og et rigtig god. Hotellet har deres eget område dernede med solsengen og parasoller. Byen har ikke meget at byde på, der er enkelte fine restauranter ellers er der ikke så meget andet i byen. Husk myggebalsam, er er rigtigt mange myg om aftenen. Generelt er hotellet ikke til 4 stjerner.

Struttura nuova, grande, moderna ma anche un poco "spartana" per essere a 4 stelle: abbiamo pernottato in una camera tripla superior con arredamento davvero essenziale e alcune mancanze; per esempio: in bagno non ci sono porta asciugamani ma solo due appendini e un mobiletto Ikea di cartone pressato, in camera una sola sedia e, nel suo patio esterno, una sola sedia con tavolino di plastica di quelli che si trovano al supermarket. Per contro: ottima e variegata la prima colazione con ampia scelta tra dolce e salato, apprezzabile la cena (abbiamo usufruito della mezza pensione) con menù fisso ma almeno tre scelte per ogni portata (carne, pesce, vegetariano) e, infine ma non ultimo, una piscina davvero molto grande e bella.

El desayuno era un poco repetitivo, los zumos eran muy químicos,las tumbonas y sombrillas de la playa y piscina eran perfectas. Había socorrista en ambas. Deberían poner más información turística en recepción.

Beautiful and brand new resort, 250m (or a 7 min walk) away from the private beach with sun-umbrella and sun beds. Lovely. Resort area and rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. Fantastic pool, clean and supervised by lifeguard. Parking on site on large hotel parking. Excellent breakfast and great service. We used a la carte dinner - very good. Overall, we can highly recommend this resort. Many thanks to the team.

La struttura è nuovissima. Ti dà una grande sensazione di pace ed anche come è strutturata,in mezzo al verde,non è opprimente. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Una prima colazione ricchissima,con frutta freschissima. A due passi dal mare azzurro verde della Sardegna. La cucina è ottima. La gestione è professionale. Ti senti a casa perché il calore del personale lo senti e ti coccola. Eccellente.

struttura nuova e ben tenuta, pulizia molto bene cortesia anche. Rimango un po' deluso nella gestione di alcune extra, come l'acqua esclusa nella cena, buffe' di verdure e frutta mancante nella cena e colazione minimal, che un 4 stelle dovrebbe avere.

I was here from July 28, 2026, until August 6, 2026. They never changed our bed linen during our entire stay. It was absolutely disgusting. Unfortunately, we did not report it at the time because we did not want to upset the housekeepers. Who knows what they might have done when we were not there to see them cleaning our room? We thought about the possible consequences and did not want to take the risk. I know for certain that the bed linen was never changed because I accidentally fell asleep wearing makeup, and some mascara got onto the sheets. The stains remained in exactly the same places every single night. We informed reception about this the night before we were due to leave and also explained why we had not said anything earlier. Reception offered us something at the bar, but we declined as we already had other plans. I can say that we have been to Sardinia three times before, but we will not be returning to this hotel because of the housekeeping staff who clearly do not do their job properly. It was such an unnecessary and disappointing experience. I feel insulted that they apparently thought we would not notice. It is truly sad to have experienced this. On the positive side, the pool was good and the breakfast was good. However, the bed was not comfortable.

The stains remained in exactly the same places every single night. We informed reception about this the night before we were due to leave and also explained why we had not said anything earlier. Reception offered us something at the bar, but we declined as we already had other plans. I can say that we have been to Sardinia three times before, but we will not be returning to this hotel because of the housekeeping staff who clearly do not do their job properly. It was such an unnecessary and disappointing experience. I feel insulted that they apparently thought we would not notice. It is truly sad to have experienced this. On the positive side, the pool was good and the breakfast was good. However, the bed was not comfortable.

Hotellet er pænt og rent. Rengøringsdamen og den unge mand i reseptionen var meget venlige og hjælpsomme. Svømmingpoolen var stor og god med dejlige liggestole rundt om. Stranden er tæt på hotellet. Det eneste, som ikke var godt, var morgenmaden.
