A nice stay. very convenient room and quiet so no real issues at all. A minor inconvenience is the door key badge had to be reset a few times when it stopped working. I’m also used to a soft bed but did eventually find the soft spot on the bed. Parking was convenient and close by. Microwave and fridge freezer in the room was very convenient. Not a new facility but reasonably well kept and everything was working. It was good value and a restful place to sleep.

The room is well organized with a nice size refrigerator, no freezer. The beds are very comfortable and clean. The bathroom sink is a little unusual however appeared new and quite clean. The floors were not as clean as the other surfaces in the room. The evening reception employee is amazing, very friendly and professional. We enjoyed our stay and the price of the room with our pet is wonderful.

Room was simple and affordable, exactly what I was looking for. The handrail to the second floor is not properly secured and is a liability. For a non smoking facility, it smells like smoke all the time in the corridors and reception.

The property is definitely in need of a good cleaning and it should be stated upon check in that the majority of people staying are full time residents. The hallways and outside areas need a deep scrubbing and the whole building needs something done to remove the smoke smell. The room itself was clean for the most part although we did find roaches in the bathroom. Todd at the front deak was very pleasant and was the highlight of the stay.

I booked online. Went to check in and went in my room booked a king bed for me and my husband. It had roaches and bed bugs in the bed. They moved us to another room saying they gave us an upgrade. No they didn’t. They gave us a room with 2 beds where me and my husband had to sleep apart. The bedding was dirty and the rooms smelled like body Oder. I will not be staying there again.

Service is fine. Corridors are noisy until about 10pm. Looks like there may be a number of long term guests. Accessible bathroom in rm 107 is in rough shape. All that said, i have stayed here multiple times, felt safe, and the room is immaculately maintained. Good for a mid-trip stop.

The entire Motel smelled like marijuana including the motel room bathroom. I suspect people just turn on the bathroom fan and disregard the no smoking policy. There was a low battery alarm in the hallway for something (emergency flood lights) that would beep every minute making it difficult to get to sleep. The TV did not get good reception and did not match the TV guide.

It was to see family and friends.it was a better room. But what I booked he asked if I wanted 2 double beds same price and I had to tell him know I wanted like I requested a king size bed. He also stated I should call them directly and get a cheaper price. There tv gets less than 25 channels and very spotty as well as WiFi

You have to give a cash deposit, and which I did next day I go to get my deposit back and I lost my receipt and the man says I'm going to have to wait and speak with the manager. However I don't live in Toledo I'm from Michigan so that didn't work out great. Then I get on the phone with the manager later on that day and he tries to tell me that I smoked in the room which I do not smoke. All in all they kept my deposit

The first room I was assigned to had a very foul odor, but Todd at the front desk was extremely kind and accommodating and switched me to another room.Thank you Todd! Once I was moved to a different room, everything was great. The room was clean and comfortable. They even extended my checkout time. Overall great stay for the price.

The overnight booking stated free breakfast and there was no breakfast. Luckily there was a Waffle House and Bob Evans nearby. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure and hot/cold shower was good. Toiletries were available. We wanted a non-smoking room but the hallway smelled like cigarettes. Overall, good for a one night stay.

This is a boring hotel. But it was good bec there was a bar fridge & microwave oven in the room. Beds were comfortable & A/C worked well. Free coffee & hot water was in the main floor lobby.

The first room the bathroom floor was flooded when we checked in the toilet was leaking…The second room was dirty the bottom of tub and around sink and toilet was filthy we tried to get a refund but hotel.com refused it was late else went to the store I cleaned and wiped everything down and thug it out. The staff was helpful but it was just him we got in around 11 at night so I feel he did all he could do except clean that bathroom lolsbt

The hotel was all right, especially for the price. But there were several things that need addressed before I would call them great. First is the "free wifi everywhere all the time" that we expected. Yes, there was wifi, but the only place it worked was in the lobby, not in our room. We struggled for a long time, the person at the desk walked me through it and it worked - in the lobby. We finally gave up. Second was the gaps in the flooring, a possible tripping point; we didn't, but someone else sure could. And finally, the refrigerator leaked in the night and we mopped up the towel. We reported the latter to the desk when we checked out; the person seemed uninterested.

Paint peeling in the bathroom tube whole hotel smelled like pee and mold people banging on doors yelling and fighting at 1 and 2 am my wife and I are both bit up from bugs and finally the hotel is in a horrible location.
