Everything was great except for the pool being closed in the middle of the summer. The only reason fur selection this hotel is because it offered a nice pool. But it was closed. My wife and I were on a no phone unwind weekend.

Pool was out and wasn’t advertised, especially for the cost of the stay. Also, breakfast service was horrible as the attendant was more worried about taking several more breaks than getting more food for the guests. Atrocious hotel.

very nice place and it had been recently updated. the only negative i can even think of was the fact that we booked this place because it had an indoor pool and when we checked it, we were told it was closed. it was not listed on the website that we saw so that was a let down for us.

The hotel smells clean and fresh when you walk in and throughout. The staff were very friendly, courteous, and helpful at check in and out. The room was spacious, very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Bathroom was very clean with plenty of towels. Breakfast was eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal(instant), pastries, etc. Breakfast was hot and delicious with a very friendly attendant. Parking lot is well lit and plenty. No road noise even though it is in town. Many restaurants close by. Perfect location to get to the stadium. I am completely over satisfied. I definitely recommend this place.

Upon check in there was note at the front desk the pool & hot tub were down which was the reason for our choice to stay here! If you opened amenities tab it did say at the very bottom they were out of service! It should be stated on the face page not hidden at the end! We got into our room and there was no TV remote we moved furniture to look under and behind to only find out how long it had been since the room was properly cleaned! We ask the front desk for a remote and the only one they had would not work properly it wouldn’t turn the volume down or the TV off or change the channels properly we were told Sorry Just not acceptable

I have always enjoyed my stays at comfort inn and suites. But this time I was disappointed that the pool was closed. The bathtub in my room was dirty! There were partial rolls of toilet tissue in the bathroom! There 3 ladies staying in the room and I had to go back down to the desk to request additional bathroom supplies

Lipstick on a pig comes to mind. It appears that something\'s were replaced to"update" the whole place, other things simply painted over or glued in. The iron was attached to flat end of the ironing board, making it where I only had the pointy end to try iron a long sleeved dress shirt and dress pants. The room had a very musty smell upon arrival. By the end of the evening, what could only be hidden mold got the best of me. Swollen eyes, coughing, sneezing, headache, etc. Very disappointing, especially for the price. We will not be back.

Everything was clean, the staff pleasant and the location convenient to everything we wanted to do. The room and bathroom were both comfortable and spacious. Even though the hotel is not far from a busy street, our room was quiet. The breakfast buffet was fine with eggs, meat, biscuits, cereal and pastries. We would absolutely stay there again.

Great location! Very convenient and close to various restaurants and shops. The room is clean and spacious. The only problem we had was the air conditioning. We weren’t able to set it to a lower temperature so the room was a bit warmer.

Hotel was clean and breakfast was good. The pool was closed which was a bummer. Also the walls are paper thin. We had kids running and making lots of noise in the room above us. I complained several times but the staff didn’t seem to care. It was almost midnight before it stopped which made our sleep very poor. That was the only disappointment in the hotel honestly. Tip.. stay on top floor if you want sleep!

I enjoyed my one night there for a UNA graduation. Beds were comfy (I have a sensitive back), staff was kind, breakfast was delich (except for the eggs), and check in was quick. Surrounded by stores and restaurants, so you can practically walk if you’d like. Only 12 mins from UNA!

The room was tidy. The staff was super nice and helpful. The breakfast was yummy and replenished until it ended. We got in town early and the front desk graciously allowed us to check in early because our room was ready. Bed was super comfy. Definitely would stay again if we're back in the area.

The staff were all very nice and made me feel right at home. I had to extend my stay and decided to swap rooms they accommodated me very quickly and professionally. The room is comfortable and the bed is comfortable. This is my go to place when I come to the Shoals area.

Night staff was nice. Let us change our check out time from 11 am to 12 pm. The next morning, the woman at the front desk tried to get us to check out before 11. We told her we were given a late checkout. She said that was just a request and it was up to her on if we would get it, we were never told that. She also never called us to tell us that the extension wasn’t approved, so would she have just let us stay and charged us? Just warning future customers on asking for late check out. The whole interaction she was very rude.

Everything was clean, the staff pleasant and the location convenient to everything we wanted to do. The room and bathroom were both comfortable and spacious. Even though the hotel is not far from a busy street, our room was quiet. The breakfast buffet was fine with eggs, meat, biscuits, cereal and pastries. We would absolutely stay there again.

Good place to stay, close to many restaurants and shops. Bed are comfortable and the place is very clean. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. I thought the room was a bit small for a suite but it worked.

Pool was out and wasn’t advertised, especially for the cost of the stay. Also, breakfast service was horrible as the attendant was more worried about taking several more breaks than getting more food for the guests. Atrocious hotel.

The hotel smells clean and fresh when you walk in and throughout. The staff were very friendly, courteous, and helpful at check in and out. The room was spacious, very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Bathroom was very clean with plenty of towels. Breakfast was eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal(instant), pastries, etc. Breakfast was hot and delicious with a very friendly attendant. Parking lot is well lit and plenty. No road noise even though it is in town. Many restaurants close by. Perfect location to get to the stadium. I am completely over satisfied. I definitely recommend this place.

Honestly, it was just an OK place this day. Nothing real bad, but nothing real good. The swimming pool area was indoors and it was very hot. You could not stay in there no more than 15/20 minutes tops. The continental breakfast was definitely not buffet breakfast. It was just your basic continental breakfast. The elevator always seem to be dirty. From food to water in the floor. I would really only give the place about a 2 1/2 stars .
