Good value and convenient location. Rooms are comfy and clean. The only red flag with my stay is the additional fee of $30 for the in-room use of wi-fi. Though it's a detail mentioned in the listing during booking, it's not pointed out during registration as an additional cost like the additional cost for parking. If you plan to park here and use their wi-fi, plan on an additional fee of $80/night for your stay.

Shops are within waking distance and the surrounding area feels safe and vibrant. Staff was pleasant and helpful. They are attentive and quickly respond to requests. The reduction of the hotel's menu selections was disappointing and pricey but the meals they still offer are appealing. The meals I did order were delicious. The room was very clean, comfortable and cozy however, being next to the stairwell made it a very noisy spot due to the door leading into the stairwell being repeatedly slammed throughout the night and early morning. The bathroom was also clean and lovely but it's door was a big negative. The door seemed to be too big for the frame. Force was needed to pull the door open and to push it close. The shower was modern and stylish with it's single non-adjustable glass partition. The only problem was that the partition is too short lengthwise to prevent the shower stream from spraying water outside of the shower and onto the bathroom floor. I pre-placed towels down before each shower to avoid soaking the floor. The pool was lovely especially at night- the fire pit is a nice touch. Despite these few issues, the Mosaic is a solid, respectable hotel and I would stay there again as well as recommend it to others.

If you have business or medical reasons to be in Beverly Hills, this is the place to stay. It is a boutique property, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They served wonderful food, but only until noon as their formerly quite well known restaurant is no longer open later. My grandkids loved the pool.

A few things that make me want to stay at Mosaic again: - the location is fantastic. It’s close enough to the bustle and madness of Beverley Hills/Rodeo Drive but in a quiet area that felt safe. - the room we were in was large and clean - self parking is great, with two Tesla chargers. I hate the waiting and having to time your plans around a valet. Being able to go in and out as you please is much more convenient. Plus there’s no awkwardness with having to deal with tipping your valet. A couple things people may want to be aware: - hotel amenities are very basic. There’s a small bar (serves its purpose but it wasn’t busy or felt lively) and the pool area is really small. - there’s only one elevator. We didn’t have to wait long but it is old and slow and small inside. Overall this will be my first choice to stay when I return to LA. The location is so convenient for what I like to do while in LA and the self parking privileges works so well. The staff was also friendly and helpful.

Not much more than a glorified old motel but in Beverly Hills this is what you get. The rooms have been renovated with nice facilities but I was on the 4th floor and there was a funky smell in the rooms and corridors. Great neighborhood though and convenient for meetings in Bev Hills and Century City.

This property has a very bad odor. It is musty and smells like a cross between moth balls and wet dog. The location is amazing and the staff was very accommodating. The rooms have carpet that needs to be replaced.

We had a relatively average stay at the Mosaic Hotel however I will caveat that with the staff and service received was excellent. Our room had a wet carpet smell the moment we arrived and then we realised the carpet was infact wet beside one of the bedside table. The hotel staff were very helpful and brought a fan to try and dry the carpet however the strong smell was just something we had to deal with over our 2 nights. Unfortunate as the rest was great. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the central location of the hotel as it was easy to walk around and safe.

The hotel is really smelly. It was almost unbearable with the smell. Every time the air came on the room would smell like sewer. The halls were also very smelly. It's too bad as the place is really nice otherwise. Very comfortable and clean. I would not be able to stay here again until they can fix the smell

Staff was nice and area looked safe. They had self parking which was a plus but if theres a lot of people I could see it being an issue. Parking is tight for "underground" and maybe around 15 spots there. Rest of parking is outdoors behind the hotel. The bedding and towels had stains. Asked for fresh towels but they still had stains. They need better cleaning agents or something. Room was dusty and there was actually a glob of dust on the bed from the vent that was next to it. Should clean out their vents. Fees are also exorbant but its LA so used to it.

Our room was nice if a bit worn. Tastefully decorated and spacious (3rd floor) but a bit worn. Also there was a hair in the sink and the chair had stains. Still staff was friendly and attentive and glass of wine one arrival and decent coffee in the morning was a nice touch. Lovely walk through Beverly Hills to Century City mall (<20 min walk)

You can hear everything your neighbors are doing. My next door neighbor had TV on all night, and when it was finally turned off I could hear my upstairs neighbors walking. Restroom also had a very weird smell.

The property is very nice and was a last minute splurge. I picked the wrong day as the hot water heater was not working and the central ac/heat unit was extremely loud and I could not sleep with it going off every few minutes. I was too tired to run downstairs to request a room change. I said something to the woman at the desk while checking out and she had very much of a “it’s a you not me” attitude. The rest of the staff was fantastic! Additionally, if a hotel is not sold out please do not fill the rooms near the elevator first. It was nice to have a last minute treat but I hope the hotel staff will be understanding of these issues in the future.

Our room for four guests was incredibly small - would have been much better suited for two. Carpets were stained and not clean and the furniture was all banged up. We had a view of the alley only. However, the location was great as it was within walking distance of the shops of Beverly Hills.

I have to say, first time I am this conflicted about a hotel. The staff was nice, professional and helpful (from the front desk to the cleaning team). The location is convenient, quite close to Beverly Hills, Rodeo driving. Parking was also quite easy, not a simple task in LA. Unfortunately the room I was given seemed out of the Jurassic, and after comparing with the colleague that was with me, I discovered that it was also one of a kind... not sure why that room was even in the hotel still, but definitely downgraded tremendously my experience. It was outdated, small, falling apart.

Unfortunately the whole stay was a disappointment! I reserved a room with 2 beds. The hotel couldn’t honor the reservation and provided a 1 bed hotel room, didn’t compensate me for the inconvenience AND my call to the manager was never returned. Just disappointing

The Hotel itself was ok it was quiet. The gym area was nice. Our room was ok. The service was a bit off I had to ask for things multiple times and most of the time they never got back to me I asked for a microwave I was told someone would bring it up that never happened the next day I asked and was told They will check but they may not have anymore available I never received an update I assumed that none was available. I never received housekeeping service after 2 days I called and inquired and was told that housekeeping was only upon request and that I should have been notified that at checkin I was not so at that moment I requested someone from housekeeping and they never showed up our entire stay we received no housekeeping service. I would have liked a room with a tub I was told that there was only 1-2 rooms with tubs out of 49 which I thought was odd. We had breakfast at the restaurant on the property I found it to be over priced so we ate outside of the property moving forward. Most of the staff seemed as if they did not want to be there. The pool area was ok my son enjoyed the pool. Overall I most likely will not return.

Should have received cocktail vouchers but only offered glass of red or white wine. Quick stay on a business trip. Got in at 11pm. Nice female associate at the front desk. This location is convenient and it’s easy to walk to coffee and a few restaurants. Parking was $57 a night. The room was clean but smelled a funky - overwhelming perfume from cleaning products used. I appreciated that the front desk helped me print 2 documents I needed and they gave me late checkout. There was a male front desk associate who I found to be very rude. He might have been from another country but he continued his personal conversation in front of me when I was attempting to ask for assistance at the front desk. He really didn’t have any customer service skills or general awareness of how to communicate with a guest. This was off putting. The bed was comfortable. I don’t think I’d stay here again as there was nothing remarkable about the hotel. It’s a bit run down and the carpet and floors and paint need to be refreshed. That said, for 1 night it was ok.

I arrived at 10pm to find that the hotel was overbooked and could not honor my reservation. They attempted to put me at a sister property which I declined after the front desk attendant grimaced and said he wouldn’t recommend it.

We had tickets to a basketball ball game so didn’t get back to the hotel until 10:30pm..when we arrived they told us they were overbooked and we didn’t have a room. They were not really apologetic made us wait while they scrambled and worked with another hotel to take us. Worst experience ever. We travel a lot and this Never happened to us before. Terrible customer service and experience.

I chose the Mosaic Hotel in Beverly Hills for its convenient location, which it provided to me during my stay. Even though my trip was short, I could walk to a nearby restaurant and pharmacy where i was able to eat and purchase a few items i needed while there. The staff at the Mosaic Hotel went above and beyond in their customer service during my stay. Anytime i needed anything, they were there and ready to ensure I got it. I could maneuver around the area without a rental car during my short stay and have all i needed. I even found the taxi service to be excellent! My trip could not have gone better, and it always starts with your home away from home. I highly recommend the Mosaic Hotel in Beverly Hills. I will return one day in the future.

Staff were excellent! Carmen the front desk concierge was so helpful and helped us with our reservations that was booked by a 3rd party that wasn’t showing and she still got us a room with our requests and saved us a little on the room. Our housekeeper Maria, did an amazing job cleaning our room and was quick and efficient. I went to check out and wanted to leave them both a big tip and asked to break a big bill but the hotel is cash free and told they could not That was a bit upsettingas I want to take care of the staff I had a procedure and unable to go get change elsewhere. We loved that Wholefoods was nearby and delivery was close for restaurants and groceries.

My wife and I have stated this property a couple times now. We like it proximity to Beverly Hills and walkable. It is so many restaurants and shops. We also feel that it’s usually pretty reasonably priced considering what a lot of the other hotels in the area charge.

The Mosaic feels like home. Warm, helpful staff who have all been there a long time with great bar, room service and pool… big hotel amenities in a boutique hotel. The rooms could use some sprucing up here and there but the service makes up for it. Central location is unparalleled.

Love, love this place. Didn’t get to stay as long as we would have liked as flight was late and it was only for one night. Lovely people - super friendly and ten stars to Renee, who served us breakfast and mimosas. Would stay again and again.

Our room was nice if a bit worn. Tastefully decorated and spacious (3rd floor) but a bit worn. Also there was a hair in the sink and the chair had stains. Still staff was friendly and attentive and glass of wine one arrival and decent coffee in the morning was a nice touch. Lovely walk through Beverly Hills to Century City mall (<20 min walk)

The overall experience was Average. Like many of your guests, I choose Mosaic because of its location near my Medical Clinic. The food service and selection was very limited. It appears that you cater to drinkers more than to food service. The Chef is off on Mondays, so they only provide sandwiches for Dinner. The maid threw away my hearing aids ($3000 loss) that I left on the sink counter. If you are looking for a place to just lay your head between medical procedures, the Mosiac is adequate.

Shops are within waking distance and the surrounding area feels safe and vibrant. Staff was pleasant and helpful. They are attentive and quickly respond to requests. The reduction of the hotel's menu selections was disappointing and pricey but the meals they still offer are appealing. The meals I did order were delicious. The room was very clean, comfortable and cozy however, being next to the stairwell made it a very noisy spot due to the door leading into the stairwell being repeatedly slammed throughout the night and early morning. The bathroom was also clean and lovely but it's door was a big negative. The door seemed to be too big for the frame. Force was needed to pull the door open and to push it close. The shower was modern and stylish with it's single non-adjustable glass partition. The only problem was that the partition is too short lengthwise to prevent the shower stream from spraying water outside of the shower and onto the bathroom floor. I pre-placed towels down before each shower to avoid soaking the floor. The pool was lovely especially at night- the fire pit is a nice touch. Despite these few issues, the Mosaic is a solid, respectable hotel and I would stay there again as well as recommend it to others.

If you have business or medical reasons to be in Beverly Hills, this is the place to stay. It is a boutique property, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They served wonderful food, but only until noon as their formerly quite well known restaurant is no longer open later. My grandkids loved the pool.

The pool was partially shut down because they were doing some photo shoot for other people. The advertised Bulgari bath products do not exist as marketed/advertised on ALL third party booking sites- new management of property replaced luxury amenities with standard bottles on wall in shower of generic soaps - expensive to self park $70!!!! Insane for a self park small garage boutique hotel- should be free or half that cost! for registered guests to SELF park.

The property is very nice, in a great location in Beverly Hills. It’s got a unique layout spread across floors and outside. The staff is super friendly and helpful. My only issues are that the gym had very lackluster equipment in it and my unit – one of the outside ones on the second floor – could benefit from better noise insulation.

We enjoyed our stay at the Mosaic Hotel. We loved the location and the fact that it truly was a boutique hotel. The property felt very private and peaceful, but close to everything. The pool area was very clean and a great place to enjoy our afternoon after walking around town. We stayed in a suite which I highly recommend for the additional space. Phillipa was so kind and made sure we were thoroughly satisfied with our stay. All of the staff was extremely friendly. Next time we are in town , we will be choosing the Mosaic .
