Otelin ambiyansi çok güzel size hemen o bölgenin büyüsünü yaşatıyor. Odaları çok şık personel güler yüzlü ve yardımsever kahvaltısı gayet yeterli terasından manzarası çok güzel havuzun konumu güzel evet biraz küçük ama serinlemek amaçlı kullanima uygun tek eksiği havuz bakımı çok yetersiz suyu bulanık

Stunning hotel, great service and unbeatable value. Rooms are beautiful, not "actual" caves but the architecture is very reminiscent of the local caves. Perfectly located with tons of walking dining and shopping options and very easy to visit all the local beautiful sites. The pool was very clean and not crowded at all, very relaxing, refreshing and comfortable. We loved our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Breakfast is ok. Staff is so kind and helpful with whatever you need. You really feel welcome here. The location is perfect and you get a beautiful view over the city. Only minor complaint is, that the poolbar is alcoholfree, which was a bit disappointing. Other than that, a perfect stay.

Hotel is near to everywhere. Great location especially the hot air balloon, will fly above the hotel. Good parking space as we arrived not during the busiest period.

Great location! Staff was great. There are multiple view points from the hotel that were great to see all around the area and the balloons in the morning. Breakfast had many options!! Loved every aspect of our stay!!

I did plenty of research on hotels as a first time visitor to Goreme. Unfortunately, I cannot give Cappadocia Caves Hotel a glowing review. PRO's: 1. Fantastic location - easily walkable to any area in Goreme. Shopping is closeby and convenient 2. The hotel reception staff made activites (camel ride, turkish dinner, airport transfer, green/red tour etc..) very easy and accommodating (Thank you!) and the price is reasonable. 3. When housekeeping was requested, they cleaned the room by the time we arrived back. CON's: The room was beyond loud. There had to be some sort of pipe/installation above our room that made it seem like people were stomping above. (We checked ourselves. There was not a room above ours). The room said we had a balcony. Not true. The balcony is in front of another room. We still used it but very inconvenient and felt we imposed on the other gusts in front of their door. The shower was something from a trailer park. Water covered the bathroom floor outside of the shower every time it was in use. And the room smelt like mildew for the 5 stay duration. There's not a large amount of hotels in Goreme with a pool (thou there are 5-10 others). The pool was drained on a very hot April day. Would have been nice to know of the maintenance before our booking. The breakfast was OK. Nothing great. The patio/photo area of rugs and pillows was removed most days. There was wind but no rain. I would suggest putting a tarp over and tying down like the other hotels

Nice location in town. Nice friendly staff. Nice viewing area on the roof. Breakfasts weren’t great on the whole. Pool was freeeeeezing cold. Basic room. Lovely holiday though on the whole

No hot water for the evening. Told by the manager/staff on reception that Luke warm was the correct temperature. I booked a room with a jet tub hence the minute the Luke warm water hit the cold tub it was unusable. Mould in the corners of the room especially bathroom. The radiator was completely rusty but as there was no heating we didn’t have to use. Bedding and towels damp. Very disappointed considering the price tag on the room !!! No viewing platform as in the photographs instead we had workmen sanding down the staircases (of which there are a lot) and handrails are very rickety so not safe for children or adults with walking difficulties like myself. In all a waste of £160 breakfast was at 8.30 even though you’re up at 5.30 to see the balloons. Sun loungers were plenty but the towels and the mattress they give you for the sun beds are filthy covered in stains. No staff for drinks during the afternoon I would say a basic 2 star. It might be a “cave hotel” but it’s not how the photos make out. Typical tourist trap would not recommend and would never go again. I met an Asian family at 5.40am they wanted to see the balloons but no one in reception so I suggested they climbed the door flights of rickety iron stairs to the top platform and the gentleman replied “no not safe I have children “ he ended up getting a taxi to a viewing point. Obviously the scenery is incredible we took some amazing photos but restaurants overpriced and the shops.

Room and bathroom had mould. No hot water no heating. Extremely damp bedding towels and air con was not working only the fan which effectively made the damp air worse.

The beds need replacing. The pillows and mattresses were super soft. The bed frames creaked anytime you moved. The shower needs a good scrub. There was mildew and black buildup in the door cracks and around the shower floor. The internet was fine. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really nice with lots of different and local options. The price was extremely reasonable.

Location in Goreme was great. The view from the rooftop of hot air balloons was spectacular and the green tour we booked through the hotel was excellent. However, our bathroom had a broken shower fixture and there was mould on the base of the shower. In addition our bedroom door faced janitorial facilities and equipment.

This property would deserve atleast 4.5*, except fot one thing. It is a "cave" hotel and A.C throws LOT of water, and by lot i mean A LOT of water inside the room because of the poor ventilation system. I have pictures/videos where the water was flooding our room. It happened 3 times during our 2 nights stay. We went out to eat, came back and there was water on one side of the bedroom, wetting my suitcase. Thank God it was hardshell. It happened again over night. Woke up int morning to the worse situation. Though front desk staff tried their best to clean but management didn\'t even apologized, even though front desk promised the manager will talk to us. The first night A.C wasn\'t working and it was quiet hot to sleep. They fixed that in the morning though.

The breakfast spread was okay. The property is really good. The rooms arent sound proof so you can hear everything that is going on outside. But overall, the stay was amazing. The staff is really nice.

I was given a room just after reception on the ground floor, the room was tidy and clean upon checkin. The room lacked a safe which would of been preferred, the hot tub tap fixture was loose aswell as the shower head holder which created a nuisance when using.

Hmm where do i start? Best part about the Hotel is location. Booked a Royal suite with a hot tub. No hot water in the hotel for 2 of the 3 nights of our stay so the extra i paid for the hot tub was useless. Management were apologetic but offered no discount because we couldn't use the hot tub. The hot tub by the way is a spa bath only! The view outside our room was into a small courtyard that was being used as a washing drying area for the staff! They even turned our table upside down so they could tie a washing line to it, right outside our door! I really couldn't recommend this place, there are better hotels in the area,a couple we got friends with moved to another hotel because of their issues we just didn't get the chance as we had paid upfront. Disappointing stay to say the least.

The room is okay and big. Room heater not working. Mild leakage on the toilet sink. Breakfast is superb. Staff are accommodating.

The location was excellent in the centre of the town and within easy reach of all amenities, however there where issues with the room electrical installations where sub standard and not upto code, and the balcony area was shared with another room.

Subpar location. WiFi never worked although a technician was promised. The suite included 2 single beds in the foyer. Would not recommend.

Never again. Reception staff rude and unhelpful. Our cave room was damp with intermittent wifi. Got flooded twice, one by the fridge defrosting, second by staff not emptying the dehumidifier. Very powerful shower which was either hot or cold but rarely just right. Also, the hotel asked you contact them to clean your room. We tried 5 times calling reception without success. Location is excellent with all restaurant etc a 3 minute walk. Breakfast was good

This hotel was ok. From the photos it looked wonderful but in real life it was quite shabby. Some of the reception staff were ok, but several were down right rude. Our room was tiny. Our friends paid exactly the same as us, but they had a much bigger room. No bar in hotel either.

Yes, I felt neglected, and the service, room, and first night were terrible. However, when an upgrade is available, the manager initially stated that, as a VIP, we would receive the upgrade for free. We were charged $40 for the upgrade.

A wonderful stay, the location of the hotel is close to everything we needed during our stay And when in doubt about plans the reception was super helpful, helped us book quading trips and hikes easily and for a fair price

We booked for 3 nights but had to leave early due to terrible conditions: - Moldy bread at breakfast - Broken shower head - Hair dryer with exposed wires and no plug - Loose power socket with hanging wires (safety hazard) - Non-working bulb - Sink leaking water - Persistent foul smell - Housekeeping ignored 2 reminders and didn't clean room - Staff became rude when we escalated to Expedia - Front desk screamed and threatened us when we recorded his behavior Worst hotel experience we've ever had. Unsafe, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.

The property is located in the center. A lot of restaurants to choose from. The staffs are helpful. We arrived late,2am and Murat was there to meet us and took us to our room. Turan is very attentive to our needs and provides good communication. Would love to stay in this place again. Highly recommended!!

Overall, this hotel is mediocre/acceptable. However, the reception service is the worst. Due to their policy, I had to request room cleaning every day. I made the request daily before leaving for sightseeing, but they failed to clean the room on two of those days! On the last day, I spoke to the reception again, and they said they would send someone shortly, but then there was no follow-up whatsoever...

The team at cappadocia caves were amazing, they were so attentive from the very start, helping us with everything we wanted to do, organised the red tour and sunset horseriding for us. When our balloon flight was cancelled 3 days in a row they made sure we got on a flight the morning we left and it was amazing! Anything we asked for in the hotel they sorted straight away and were so kind! Every morning at breakfast we were greeted by a friendly face and it was a delicious breakfast too! The room was a cool cave and simple and had everything we needed. The hotel was just a couple of minute walk from the centre of town and was the perfect location. They also organised our transfers to the airport which was great! The roof terrace had a pool that sadly the weather didn’t allow us to use, but had incredible views and multiple little swings for insta opportunities!

The service was excellent, the hotel has everything you need, is very clean, and is nice. Everything is very close, within walking distance.

A pleasant experience overall. The location was excellent - just a short walk from the main market and various attraction offices, which made exploring super easy. The ambience of the hotel was charming and unique, really adding to the Cappadocia vibe. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety, and while the rooms were just okay, they were sufficient for a comfortable stay.

Our stay at the Cappadocia Caves Hotel in Göreme was nothing short of magical! There was a generous spread of fresh, local delights, from delicious cheeses and olives to homemade jams and fluffy pastries. Everything was beautifully presented, and the flavors were just incredible. Enjoying breakfast on the terrace with a stunning view of the fairy chimneys made it even more special. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, offering great recommendations for tours and activities in the area. If you’re planning a trip to Cappadocia, I highly recommend staying at the Cappadocia Caves Hotel. The combination of a unique cave experience, fantastic service, and a perfect breakfast made our stay unforgettable.

Great location, right in the center of town. Walk-in distance to shops and restaurants. Hotel need to invest on better beds and pillows so therefore comfort is not there. Breakfast is really bad, everything is cold including pastries.

The hotel’s location was excellent. The food and staff were satisfactory; however, the breakfast did not appear or taste fresh. Additionally, the level of customer service was average and could benefit from improvement.

Absolutely phenomenal breakfast, wonderful and helpful staff (who can book everything for you but aren't offended if you go elsewhere for a cheaper price) and lovely comfortable rooms. Would definitely stay again.
