Motel 6 Lantana, FL

The worst experience I’ve ever had. Don’t be fooled by the location. I saw a Publix and other good restaurants in the neighborhood and I thought it was a great neighborhood on checking in. I was giving Room 251 and the lady at Front desk said it overlooks the pool. I was excited cause I was gonna go and simply jump in the pool and relax after working all day .going up the stairs I was met by the residence of the other room, smoking weed and had a boom box on the balcony playing music and blowing smoke all over the place. I entered my room and the lights did not work. I reached for the phone to call the front desk to see if I can change room because of the loud music and the smell of marijuana and the phone came off in pieces. The phone was not hooked onto the wall so I said screw it. I will just gonna hang tough , went into the bathroom and there’s cigarette burnt marks all over the tub and the shower curtain. As the night went on the party continue and got bigger by 9 PM. The music died down but at 11 o’clock a fight broke out on the balcony between a man and his wife or girlfriend to where they’re banging against all the doors and including mine. I said forget it ,I don’t feel safe . I got dress went towards my car saw a security guard, and I explained to him this is unacceptable as he came out of the back office said he’s gonna go talk to them. I didn’t care. I jumped in my car I left. I then drove to the beach and park in a public parking spot and went to sleep .was bad

staff was very helpful. room was clean.

Convenient close to 95 and marketplace

El hotel es un desaseo, llegue y me dieron una habitacion donde chorreaba un caldo negro del 2do piso, caia en la tina del baño parecian desechos fecales, reclame me hicieron el cambio pero igual la habitacion estaba sucia, puerta no aseguraba bien, un fuerte olor a mariguana, parece que hay gente que vive en las habitaciones hay rastro de escremento de mascotas en los pasillos ... en si no lo recomiendo

It's pretty clean. Can't really beat the area. The room needs upgrades, like refinishing. The bed was clean and comfortable though. I slept very well. Everything worked, outlets, water, lights. I would live here, refinish and keep this place spotless.
