Gorgeous hotel, with quirky but classy decor. Comfortable and large room, that was perfect other than lacking a full size mirror. Spa was pleasant, with the quirky theme continuing… Great stay in a great location.

Limited parking and it took me over 30 mins to park due to bath traffic. It also cost £18 a day. Hotel in great condition although my kids complained about the comfort of the bed which was a sofa bed and was too soft. My bed was good though. Breakfast ok but for 25 quid a bit expensive when you only get a coffee, juice and 1 item off al a carte. Location excellent. Good hotel bust a few niggles as price is quite high.

Quirky hotel in great position near shops etc. Only criticism was breakfast as poached eggs on both days were hard not runny. Otherwise good experience.There are only 7 car park spaces so unless you book early you won’t get one.

A really beautiful property with well designed and decorated rooms. Staff were always willing to help, food and cocktails in the bar were excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed the onsite spa too. Parking is limited on site so its a little bit of a logistical challenge with two kids to use the public car park but its reasonably priced and not far away.

Number 15 was a nice little spot with a beautiful bathroom and comfortable beds and some nice amenities. We had coffee and cocktails at the bar and both were very good. It was easy walking distance into downtown Bath. The downside was limited street parking that had restricted times and there was only a small amount of on-site parking that you had to book in advance, but we weren’t told about it when we booked.

Very smooth check in, extremely helpful staff, well decorated rooms with everything you might require. Complimentary snack area has been a real treat for our children. Location is prime, quiet & beautiful. The only downside was that hotel car park is small and was full, so with parking restrictions in the centre, we had to walk for 15min.

Super quaint gem. Staff are amazing! Great location with easy access to central Bath and all that it has to offer. Breakfast was excellent, didn’t have a chance to try the restaurant for dinner but we had a night cap in the lounge which was also exceptional. This was our first time staying at one of the “Guest House” properties, looking forward to trying other locations.

The hotel itself and the staff were fine & polite. The room wasn't up to standard, considering the price point. There was no hot water either on Saturday or Sunday. This was pointed out to the staff on Saturday evening and I was assured an emergency tradesman was coming to fix the boiler issue. This did't alleviate the issue. The bathroom wasn't particularly clean and is in need of decoration.

Ok stay, avoid room 27 ~ you can hear all the waterworks from the floors above and there is a sewage smell outside the room area. I had to request a change of a dirty duvet cover & was simply handed the cover to do this myself & then saw the duvet was dirty!

I stayed in rooms 25 and 28. The property is worse for wear with mould in the bathrooms, filthy toilet brushes, broken fixtures. It’s super expensive for what it is.

We have loved staying at Guest House before. The staff are wonderful, beautiful decor and spa is great. We booked a Henrietta room to give us more space and a large bathroom as we were travelling with our baby but unlike the other rooms we had stayed in previously our room (room 10) was two small rooms which were both quite small and cramped. With our 1 year old this was tricky. The bathroom was very small with a fixed shower screen so very hard to bath a child. The travel cot could not fit next to our bed so had to keep in another room and was in easy reach of lots of hazards which didn’t feel great. Not much space for buggy in the room unlike other rooms we’ve stayed in. Some of the furnishings also needed a clean or refresh. The tepee and Yoto were a lovely touch and our daughter enjoyed playing. Would recommend guest house but did not feel this room was a Henrietta level room and a different room would be better with an infant.

The property, location, staff, was all excellent. Breakfast each day unique and delicious. My only complaint is with regards to the noise from other rooms and the condition of the bathroom. When it comes to the noise, it is a historic property with creaky floors so it is to be expected. But unfortunately you don’t realize just how loud and disruptive it is until you are in your room and hoping for peace and quiet. The fixtures in the bathroom need to be replaced. The handle to actually turn on the shower was missing making it difficult to turn. The handheld shower head was clogged and rusty. Beyond that, the staff was exceptionally good. Helpful, attentive, and professional. Special shout out to the bartender during our stay and the restaurant staff. Amazing.

I had a marvellous stay at No 15 this week, it was faultless. I loved my room - 12 - overlooking Great Pulteney Street, it was spacious and very comfortable. Shabby chic suits me very well, the quirky details like the record player in the room, the dolls house which had all the tea and coffee making trays inside, the bathroom marbled basin all delightful.

Second stay at this hotel. Both times given room on lower level. Hot and stuffy. Starting at 6 in the morning, the staff begin setting up for breakfast which is located in the lower level, they bang the doors around, they speak at the top of their voices, they bang their carts around, every time they open the door to access the lower level, the door slams shut and shakes everything in the room. Basically after 6AM don’t expect to get any sleep.

Had a good stay but not a great stay. I booked a small guest room for my partner’s birthday. For two nights for almost £500 I was very disappointed in the size of the room. I appreciate it’s a small room but it was very very small. We were in room 5 - an attic type room. It was hard to walk around all sides of the bed. We had a small window that was half blocked by a concrete type bit of the building. I got the impression rooms 4 & 5 were add ons as they had a small entrance way. We stayed at the same hotel in York and loved it but the room here in Bath fell short of our expectations. I just don’t think a hotel at this price point / reputation should sell tiny rooms at this price. We loved the location and had a nice drink in the bar and were served by really friendly bar staff. Room was extremely clean too. Unfortunately we left disappointed.

Beautiful hotel, it has a pantry with some light snacks such as ice cream, chips, cookies and some drinks. I liked my room a lot, it was a king with sofa bed, but my king mattress did feel a little dated and slanted a bit, but parts that was not slanted did feel very comfy. It it also very close to the attractions that we we planning to visit. The hot breakfast was good too, I had English breakfast, the omelets felt a little too dry and overcooked on the outside, but there were other choices to compensate.

This hotel was the most beautiful accommodation of our entire trip. The bed linens were luxurious and the room so well appointed, with thoughtful extras such as classical music playing on the small radio in our room. The staff was very friendly and the location in Bath was perfect; walkable and convenient. Highly recommended; thank you!

Great property with kind staff, location was ideal. My only issue is that the hotel is a little old and the floorboards creak when you step on them, so at night time, you can hear people walking around loudly.

Great room and wonderful service, they were also very accommodating with my baby. However a couple of things made this stay not quite 5* - the massage at the spa was ok but definitely not worth the £100, the room was also pretty cold in the night and the water in the shower was luke warm at best. Despite this, we still had a pleasant stay and the location of this property is excellent.

The hotel is quirky and in a great location. The bed is comfortable but there was very little room either side of the bed to get in or out. There was a coffee machine but no milk in the room. No shaver sockets in bathroom. The hot/cold adjuster in shower was broken. Very expensive for what it was.

Our stay was only for one night but very enjoyable. Our room (16) was very small and cramped. Had we been staying for more than one night I would have complained. No wardrobes - no drawers - nowhere to store suitcases. All staff very friendly and helpful. I choose to stay here because of the car parking availability.

Hotel is very nice, breakfast is average (not buffet style, order at table and not great for price) What disappointed us was that we were basically chased out of the parking lot - we had left the car there for 1 hour post checkout and got calls and voicemails asking to move it as guests were due imminently. We rushed to move the car, and when we did the whole parking lot was empty. What a great find! From start to finish the staff we're extra helpful, I booked a room that wasn't assessable in a wheelchair butt he staff contacted me and sent me pictures of why the room couldn't be accessed with a wheelchair and switched rooms with no fuss. We had breakfast their and can say it was the best breakfast a hotel has ever offered! Will drf br staying again!

Wow. What else can we say? This hotel is perfection. I will start by saying that we stayed in “The Hideout” for five nights during our wedding celebrations. So, we were already pretty happy - and the hotel only elevated our experience. The room is fabulous - it’s true that the hot tub isn’t that hot - but we absolutely loved coming back after a hot day strolling around to sink into the fresh bubbly waters. The hotel is playfully decorated with very intriguing art collections. Housekeeping was brilliant and efficient. The food was absolutely stellar - we ate at the bar twice and had breakfast every day. And, most notably, the staff were phenomenal. They were the best hypewomen on the morning of the wedding and they consistently went out of their way to look after us and check how we were getting on. We cannot wait to return to No. 15 and will also be looking to visit the other Guesthouse properties soon - what a super hotel offering, carefully designed to make you feel at home. Thank you all!

This hotel was the most beautiful accommodation of our entire trip. The bed linens were luxurious and the room so well appointed, with thoughtful extras such as classical music playing on the small radio in our room. The staff was very friendly and the location in Bath was perfect; walkable and convenient. Highly recommended; thank you!

Ok stay, avoid room 27 ~ you can hear all the waterworks from the floors above and there is a sewage smell outside the room area. I had to request a change of a dirty duvet cover & was simply handed the cover to do this myself & then saw the duvet was dirty!

Very smooth check in, extremely helpful staff, well decorated rooms with everything you might require. Complimentary snack area has been a real treat for our children. Location is prime, quiet & beautiful. The only downside was that hotel car park is small and was full, so with parking restrictions in the centre, we had to walk for 15min.

Excellent hotel in the perfect location to enjoy bath! Made our engagement weekend extra special. Park at the podium car park for £30! Complimentary snack bar in the coach house was a lovely touch! Will be back.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel staff went out of their way to ensure both our check in and parking was completed swiftly and pleasantly. Whilst dining, staff were helpful and polite. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and situated in walkable distance from the city and main attractions.

The Guesthouse made our trip to Bath. The location is excellent, close to everything while still being on a quiet street. The staff were kind and generous and the room had a very cozy, homey feel. I will definitely stay at a Guesthouse property again.

The decor of the hotel was beautiful and the rooms were very lovely, the dollhouse with the tea and coffee etc is so cute. The bed was comfortable and the staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel is in a wonderful location and very close to everything.

Super quaint gem. Staff are amazing! Great location with easy access to central Bath and all that it has to offer. Breakfast was excellent, didn’t have a chance to try the restaurant for dinner but we had a night cap in the lounge which was also exceptional. Once of the best hotels we have stayed in!! Such a quirky and stylish design, the staff were so friendly and the service was EXCELLENT - Bar cocktail superb, food in the restaurant was to die for!! Spa and afternoon tea was AWESOME… definitely coming back and would highly recommend.

Limited parking and it took me over 30 mins to park due to bath traffic. It also cost £18 a day. Hotel in great condition although my kids complained about the comfort of the bed which was a sofa bed and was too soft. My bed was good though. Breakfast ok but for 25 quid a bit expensive when you only get a coffee, juice and 1 item off al a carte. Location excellent. Good hotel bust a few niggles as price is quite high.

We stayed in the hideout, it was incredible! The staff were always amazing and helpful. We mostly ate in Bath, although had breakfast on the last morning which was good, although my wifes pancakes weren't cooked, after speaking with the staff they removed the entire breakfast food bill. The hotel was lovely, cocktails in the bar were on the high side but very good cocktails nonetheless. Again, the hideout room was on the high side, but well worth it!

Quirky hotel in great position near shops etc. Only criticism was breakfast as poached eggs on both days were hard not runny. Otherwise good experience.There are only 7 car park spaces so unless you book early you won’t get one.

This is a lovely boutique hotel, located in the heart of Bath. The neighborhood is ideal, as it is residential yet bordering the city centre. The accommodations are a beautiful blend of English charm and modern style. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. The bar/restaurant serves delicious cuisine. The room was absolutely stunning and the location was fantastic -- along a gorgeous, historic street that was close enough to the town center to be able to visit everything you could possibly want to see while still far enough away to be a quiet and mellow experience.

A great location but we found the reception staff to be quite underwhelming in terms of service or information. They just didn’t seem particularly interested. Bed was super comfy but the bathroom was small and impractical. Overall I don’t think it was worth the £315 we paid a night

The location was good. The room was disappointing. There were no windows you could actually see out of. One was too high on the wall and the bathroom windows faced a street and park. The light switches were incomprehensible. It looked shabby for the price point.
