Parking spaces were so narrow I could not get in either front door until one of the other drivers showed up to move their car. Both vehicles completely filled up both spaces to both lines. Absolutely ridiculous, especially since they charged and unadvertised $12/day parking fee.

The stay was great and check-I’m/out was a breeze. Breakfast was well attended to. Parking garage was narrow making it a bit like a theme park ride, but it was very nice having the car essentially right outside the same floor as the room! The only issue we had was a group of partiers ( I don’t think we’re hotel guests) who were partying in the 8th floor of the parking garage. They left all their garbage afterward. Staff cleaned it up pretty quick the next morning.

Freindly staff convenient location. Love the parking deck that allows me to park at the same level as my room floor. They used to have EV charging, but it is no longer there. They tell you about the supercharger down the road, but I liked the convenience of charging on location.

We had several issues on check-in that really kind of set the tone for the rest of the visit. When we checked in one of the first things we noticed was that there was a clump of hair in the shower. This prompted us to do a further inspection of the room and found bodily fluids on the sheets and at the workstation desk. We went to the front desk and asked to be moved and was promptly given another room. But we discovered after we got in that room that the deadbolt did not work. At 2:00 in the morning we were too tired to ask for anything else. So we just propped a chair up under the door knob and slept. I think due to the conditions of this hotel they charge too much for the stay.

I really want this hotel to be better than it is. I've stayed several times because it is at a convenient location but every time I stay I have the same sentiment; I wish they tried just a little bit harder. And, considering the price point, it seems like it's well within their means to do better. During my most recent stay there all of the bottles in the shower (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) were completely empty except the body wash, which had been filled with some water, I assume by the previous patron. There was also hair in the shower and on the floor of the bathroom. Not, like, a strand but a lot of visible hair that went swirling down the drain when I turned the shower on. The sheets also seemed to be used as it appeared as though someone was enjoying Doritos or a similar snack in the bed before I arrived as there was an orange stain with food particles on the top sheet. On the positive side, I appreciate the parking at this hotel as it is available on each level, so if you have a personal vehicle, you can park and enter the hotel on the level where your room is. And, the front desk staff is great! No matter what time of day or night I show up, they're friendly, attentive, and helpful. They are honestly part of the reason why I have chosen to come back.

When we arrived at the hotel and checked into the room the sofa bed was broken and the mattress had stains on it. The sofa bed was already pulled out like someone just got of bed. There was used towels on the floor in the bathroom. We told the front desk. So we where moved a new room. In the new room the toilet was broken along the shower. Both rooms had a strong smelling Oder. Which we had to spray Fabris in order to make the room smell comfortable.

I specifically got a room with a pull out bed because with two large teenagers I needed three beds. Unfortunately, the bed was broken so one had to sleep on it as a couch so that was a bummer. The staff wasn't very friendly on a number of occasions but the place itself was comfortable enough for a night. Certainly not the worst experience I've ever had but I wouldn't do it again.

There was an issue with our reservation and somehow there were already people in one of the rooms we had booked. However, Ms. Jazz was absolutely amazing. She was super caring, patient, and kind not only to us but to other guests who were waiting behind us. She took her time to make sure we were taken care of and she was VERY hospitable, polite, and professional! Thank you Ms. Jazz! Also, Ms. Leanna from corporate was very helpful and kind as well!

The hotel was clean and conveniently located. However, the service was terrible. The toilet in the room struggled to flush the first day and the second day did not work at all. I had to call the front desk multiple times the second evening to get someone to check the toilet. However, no one came to fix it and the front desk clerk never bother to call back or offer any solution. So we went all day Saturday and all night Saturday night without a working toilet. On Sunday morning I called the front desk again at 8:00am. I was told the maintenance person was on the way in a few minutes. By 9:30 no one had arrived to fix the toilet. I called the front desk and asked for a room change but was told the maintenance person was coming. But bo one ever showed up. So we checked out a full day early. At check out, the clerk never once tried to help with the situation or convince us to stay. Additionally, when I made the reservation, I was under the impression there was not a parking fee, but was charged $12.00 per night.

We were running very late and checked in at 1:00 am! The front desk attendant was absolutely the best. I cannot remember her name, but she was so accommodating. She got us a couple extra towels as I requested and then offered us an extra blanket. She was super friendly and welcoming. 5 star customer service! The hotel was clean and well maintained. Great experience!

The staff was rude and hung up on me. I have never had a bad stay at a Marriott but if you need this location then Hilton is next door. This was horrible. Pubic hair on the bathroom floor to start with....We had just drove 11 hours, just had a knee replacement and asked for a blanket and they wouldn't bring it to us. Told us to come get it 5 floors down and we were exhausted. Expedia called and they hung up on Expedia also. This was last night Sept 24 at 9:30pm.

Property charged my bank account twice for the same three days. I contacted Hotel.com and was told that since even though i booked through Hotel.com, it was pay at property and it was the hotel that was the issue. The hotel said they only showed the one three night stay in their system and that the second charge for 477.30 would drop off. It did not and my account was charged. I will go through my bank to get this charge taken off, and my money put back in. Im done using hotel.com, done staying at Fairfield Inns.

We booked a Queen suite since it fits 6 people with 2 queens and a pullout sofa bed. The pullout sofa mattress ended up being broken and they were full with no cots. We made do with it but it was difficult. Upon checking out, I again mentioned it and I was pleasantly surprised when they comped our entire stay. Very satisfied with their customer service. Hotel was very clean, parking was convenient and easy, room was spacious, halls were quiet.
We booked a Queen suite since it fits 6 people with 2 queens and a pullout sofa bed. The pullout sofa mattress ended up being broken and they were full with no cots. We made do with it but it was difficult. Upon checking out, I again mentioned it and I was pleasantly surprised when they comped our entire stay. Very satisfied with their customer service. Hotel was very clean, parking was convenient and easy, room was spacious, halls were quiet.

Stayed here with some friends and although our room was ready when we checked in at 5:10pm our friends room was NOT ready! Front desk Called housekeeping and was told they would get started on it that it would Be 10-15 minutes to get it cleaned. So we all Went to our room to wait. I called down 30 minutes later to check as we hadn’t heard anything and they said it wasn’t ready yet give them 10 more minutes. Called back 10 minutes later and still wasn’t ready but said they would have another room ready for them in 5-10 minutes. I said ok listen at this point this has been going on for about an hour, what are you going to do to compensate us for this inconvenience? Front desk was like I will get something worked out for you. He called back 5 minutes later and said room was ready, we went down and since we booked 3rd party all he could do was refund the parking fees!! Like seriously! Checkin time is 4 pm by the time the room was ready it was 6pm?

The 3 stars on the staff was due to house keeping not respecting our wishes to not enter our room (623). We had the do not disturb sign displayed outside on the door handle, however house keeping came in anyways. Other than that, the front desk team was very friendly!

Great place to stay for a short time! The staff were so sweet—especially the woman at the front desk! We checked out and were driving down the road when we realized my daughter left her stuffed animal. We called the front desk and without hesitation the lady at the front desk went and got it and held it for us. My daughter was so grateful. Would absolutely stay here again.

Gteat stay! Within a reasonable driving distance of historic Savannah, within the price tag of staying IN the historic area. Very clean and on-site parking. The parking garage was teeny but it was nice that it was right there and attached.

This property is located only 10 mins away from downtown Savannah. There's no need to pay $60/day to stay downtown since you'll need some type of transportation to get around, anyway. The parking garage offered direct access to your floor, which was great. The staff was amazing, friendly, and helpful. I would 100% stay here again.

The hotel was absolutely amazing—spotlessly clean with very comfortable rooms. Everything was thoughtfully provided, from shampoo and a hair dryer to plenty of towels. The only thing I would suggest is including a toothbrush as part of the amenities. The only downside was the breakfast, which felt a bit limited. There was just one egg option, but adding items like tomatoes or avocado would really enhance the experience. Overall, a wonderful stay and I would definitely come back!

Our stay was fine. Breakfast not the greatest. Runny eggs, only served turkey sausage. Not everyone like it. The part that received low ratings is for the parking. I was never told at check in that I would be charged and I feel that should have been said upfront.

Loved everything about our one night stay. Being able to walk directly from the parking deck (securely) to our 4th floor room was so convenient. It was New Years Eve but all was quiet in our spacious and well appointed room. The staff were friendly and professional, the hotel decor was fresh, everything looked and smelled new and well taken care of. The breakfast was beyond expectations. We walked to dinner at the Nearby Bone Fish Grille. Honestly a delightful experience. Well done management and staff!

The breakfast area was very dirty on the first day. Also on the first day, there were two coffee thermoses out. One was completely empty. We emptied the second one. Yogurt was awful. There was no cut fresh fruit. There were earwigs in our room. One staff member was very rude.

Only complaint was the continental breakfast end time of 9:30a during the week. Coming from the west coast with a 3 hour time difference, it would have been nice to have it a little later. But the options were great!

Our stay was excellent. Breakfast was great. Excellent choices and staff was very helpful and courteous especially Pamela at the Savannah Georgia midtown location. The only thing that was challenging was parking.

Well where do I start, upon arrival the hotel appeared nice on the outside and lobby. While trying to check in I was informed that the credit card system was down and that I had to fill out a paper form with all my cc info on it (not ok). Checked in and asked where the EV Chargers were that they advertise and was informed they were all broken (looked like for some time now by their condition). The parking garage was nasty with cigarette butts all over the ground at our floor level. Room appeared clean, bedding was clean but the room was poorly maintained. Hole in the wall patched very poorly, mirror was peeling roughly 6 inches all the way around, one of two drawers on the dresser was seized and could not be opened. Mini Refrigerator had no thermostat and froze everything we put in it ,3 sodas exploded while we were out that we had to clean up. Asked front desk for change on day two for coin laundry on premise and was told they had no change available until the next day. Pool had green algae in it .Just a poorly maintained hotel overall. Staff was polite, breakfast was average continental stuff. If you are looking for a well maintained clean hotel skip this one. Will not book again.
