Prime Al Hamra Hotel

La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona e comoda per spostarsi anche a piedi. La colazione è ottima ed il personale addetto è attento. Detto ciò tutto il resto è pessimo. Abbiamo prenotato la junior suite per 2 notti, le lenzuola erano sporche, avevamo asciugamani di pessima qualità solo per 1 persona, lil giorno dopo non hanno pulito la camera fino a nostro reclamo ed hanno lasciato in stanza le lenzuola rimosse. Per tutto il periodo non abbiamo avuto acqua calda nella doccia. Staff operativo incapace e manager poco attenti. Soldi buttati Detto ciò tutto il rpessimo.Abbiamo prenotato la junior suite per 2 notti.

Camera pulita ma molto rumorosa per il condizionatore eh deve essere lasciato necessariamente accia causa della forte umidità della città. Personale molto gentile. Avrebbe bisogno di una rimodernata.

Over rated, and over price Hotel as 4 star hotel Should be 3 stars only, Staff y unfriendly with poor language skills Also, some basics are missed when you check in, No towels on the room and you need to ask for it to get them and the toiletries are of the very cheep stuffs Also, TV channels are of bad quality specially Saudi Quran, a s they were unable to get maj tenable person to fix it and they are using old & damage TV RC - there are picture of these RC

The hotel staff are nice and friendly The hotel and room conditions are not pleasant.

Looks like an old place and need renovations. there are some smells. Good place for Family and breakfast is also v good
