Shower has lots of mold in the room we had.

The breakfast was very good . And when I checked in Joe was very nice very helpful and very courteous . All the staff were very nice smiled and would say good morning or good afternoon. Good evening. Ask if we had everything we needed

So... I wanted to book the Best Western Plus next door, but my wife said she stayed at this place two years ago and it was great. By her own account, this time it was a mistake. It is a dirty, not well kept location. Breakfast was ok, but not as good as other Homewood suites. Same breakfast two days in a row, fake eggs (or tasted like fake eggs). We asked 3 times to get our shampoo refilled, never happened. We showered with body wash! Walls in the room were filthy. There was one positive... The fresh cookies according to my son were excellent!
