We enjoyed the room very much. Super clean. I could smell the cleanliness as soon as I walked in.. The king size bed was very comfortable. The pool was nice and clean. House cleaning even came in while we were gone and made our bed and dumped trash. Theres only one thing I would liked to have and thats a comfortable chair to sit in the room and i feel 2 chairs should have been available outside since we liked sitting outside and there was only one. But this is minor things. The owner was super nice! Loved the non slip mat in tub. Good shower

From the pictures on their website, it looks like you can see the lake from their property. I have to say the pool was very nice. The girl that checked us in was very nice, but it is a tiny little entranceway no elevator so we had to carry everything up the stairs And I did assume it was closer to town than it was. I just didn’t feel they should be posting pictures of downtown Lake Geneva, when that is not their property. The room was clean and very pleasant. The ice machine was not working and the temps were in the 90s so that was a little frustrating. All in all, I was not real happy for the price

It was my first time in this model. It was off-season. There was ample parking. The grounds were large and well-maintained. I came back to Lake Geneva after 15 years. I used to stay there several times a year. Everything was well-maintained and well-thought-out. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Two things bothered me: the first was the smell in the room. Unfortunately, I'm allergic to chemicals, and you could smell them constantly. Two universal TV remotes. Only the power and volume controls worked. Best regards, Dariusz.

The floors are tile which automatically feel much more clean than carpet. The room was clean and spacious. Location is great and a quiet area. The outdoor pool and lounge area was excellent! A huge yard for the kids to play wiffle ball. We would definitely stay here again!

Floors were extremely dirty. Swept clean but not mopped and going barefoot to use restroom made my feet almost black! Also bath tub faucet didn’t work right, you got cold or scalding hot! Mattress and pillows were nice. Without the air running, street noise was loud.

Nice place. Nothing fancy, but clean, quiet, and staff was friendly. Close to DT so very convenient. Good value and would stay again. The TV having Roku was def a game changer for when your in the room.

The location of the Inn was excellent! The room was updated and very clean. The only negative remark I have, was that while taking a shower, the water fluctuated from comfortable to extremely hot, then to extremely cold after about 2 minutes. Other than that, the service was great! My wife and I will definitely stay there again as well as recommend this location to our friends and family.

The rooms are updated with comfortable beds. The shower has great water pressure. And if you want to stay in pricey Lake Geneva this place offers a much more reasonable option. It’s quiet and convenient. We stay here every time we visit.

It is a very nice motel. The gentleman who checked me in was very nice. The room is very comfortable though the mattress may be ready for an upgrade. I do notice more noise as the room is street level. Have not heard anything from the rooms around or above me.

From the outside, looked very hole in the wall, but looks can be deceiving. Staff was very professional, friendly & welcoming (we ended up arriving around 1030p). Room on 2nd floor, not bad of a walk up the stairs. Room, so nice & spacious. Comfortable king size bed & little sofa with plenty of space to move & have your stuff! Did not feel cramped at all. Microwave, mini fridge & coffee maker. Bathroom area, awesome, it actually had an exhaust vent, which I feel is rare for hotels now. Definitely returning. We come yearly to Lake Geneva,& it’s rare to find an affordable spot to stay in. This will be our yearly hotel.

The manager was very accomadating with our late arrival (11:00 pm) as we were staying there after a Wedding. Very kind man. Room was clean and of course the coffee available in the morning was key! Fresh fluffy towels and face make up cloths were also a nice touch.

It was so perfect. I have a lung desease and steps are not easy. The owner upgraded my room to 1st floor with no additional charge. What awesome customer service. Will definitely stay again.

Nice place. Nothing fancy, but clean, quiet, and staff was friendly. Close to DT so very convenient. Good value and would stay again. The TV having Roku was def a game changer for when your in the room.

From the pictures on their website, it looks like you can see the lake from their property. I have to say the pool was very nice. The girl that checked us in was very nice, but it is a tiny little entranceway no elevator so we had to carry everything up the stairs And I did assume it was closer to town than it was. I just didn’t feel they should be posting pictures of downtown Lake Geneva, when that is not their property. The room was clean and very pleasant. The ice machine was not working and the temps were in the 90s so that was a little frustrating. All in all, I was not real happy for the price

The rooms are updated with comfortable beds. The shower has great water pressure. And if you want to stay in pricey Lake Geneva this place offers a much more reasonable option. It’s quiet and convenient. We stay here every time we visit.

We went to lake Geneva for a weekend get away this place was perfect 2 minutes from downtown super clean and friendly. We felt very safe to stay there. We also went to the lake Geneva safari and it was 10 minutes away great location

The manager was very accomadating with our late arrival (11:00 pm) as we were staying there after a Wedding. Very kind man. Room was clean and of course the coffee available in the morning was key! Fresh fluffy towels and face make up cloths were also a nice touch.

Looking for an affordable place to stay for one night while we were visiting friends in Lake Geneva, we found Geneva Wells Inn. The location was a few minutes drive from our friends home and the downtown area. From the outside it didn't look much but once you enter the room, you'd be surprise at the modern furniture along with the flat screen TV. Plus the room was incredibly spacious. The one inconvenience for us was that our room was on the second floor without an elevator. Otherwise we were pleased with our stay. Don't judge a book by its cover.

Everything was great only complaint was the bathroom sink is way to low I had to bend down to brush teeth n wash hands and n shave other than that pool Was excellent location was good

For the price in peak summer weekend season, this place cannot be beat. While the rooms do need some updating and a little more attention to detail, the rooms are CLEAN. And I would much rather deal with outdated decor and some cheap paint overs rather than a luxury hotel with bedbugs, etc. I am high maintenance and would definitely stay here again if I need to work within a budget. I didn't get a chance to use the pool but it was big and it looked very clean as well. Front office staff was very kind and friendly. Overall, 4/5 stars! One star minus rating because a little attention to detail would make this place a home run!
