Very nice hotel. Great rooftop pool, and literally across the road from the beach. Breakfast had lots of options. My only complaint was the pool wasn’t heated, and since we went in December when it was rainy, it was too cold to use the pool (or the beach). If the pool water was warmer we’d have swam there. Otherwise no complaints.

Everone was wonderful. Spa was great and the massage and gyn were very well run and the Mgr great!! Breakfast staff wonderful to start my day off enlightened by their positive attitude. Did not like only two elevators in a 20 story building. Long waits. No service elevator. Only thing annoying.

わかっていたことでしたが、客室に対してエレベーターが２基しかなく、朝食事時やチェックアウトのタイミングではかなり待ちます。それ以外はレストランもマッサージもビーチにもアクセスしやすいので気に入って利用しています。この辺りだと古いホテルになります。周りにたくさん同規模の新しいホテルができているので比較してみたい気もあります。

わかっていたことでしたが、客室に対してエレベーターが２基しかなく、朝食事時やチェックアウトのタイミングではかなり待ちます。それ以外はレストランもマッサージもビーチにもアクセスしやすいので気に入って利用しています。この辺りだと古いホテルになります。周りにたくさん同規模の新しいホテルができているので比較してみたい気もあります。

Room was the best for being clean and exactly what i reserved for 15 days. Buffet was excellent and top floor pizza was very good. The best part was the staff. They genuinely cared about me and checked up on me every day with a special hello at Buffet breakfast. Thank you!!

(I chose this option due to price, so I was completely fine with it, but be aware.) Rooftop pool is clean and beautiful. Breakfast buffet has wide variety and is beautifully presented. Easy access to long stretch of clean public beach and nice restaurants. Happy to recommend!

The Staff went above and beyond to make us feel Welcomed! They gave us excellent recommendations for local favorites. Staff was extremely Friendly and awesome. We got an ocean view room and LOVED it. Super clean, Quiet and Spacious. I would HIGHLY recommend staying at this Hotel. Convenient for walking, exploring and enjoying Da Nang.

The hotel is a great location and the staff are really friendly and helpful. The rooms are slightly tired but not an issue, the biggest issue is the noise. We were high up and could still hear everything outside very clearly. There is no double glazing or equivalent to try and reduce the noise. The loud music etc went on to at least midnight every night!

The view was absolutely beautiful. Although we did have an issue with the shower flooding our bathroom, the repair man did nothing to help us and said it was suppose to be like that, however the amazing cleaning ladies were able to help us the next day and identify the problem, took a picture to showed us (a misaligned pipe) and fixed the problem immediately. Other than that the staff was absolutely incredibly to us, always checking if we needed something or making sure we were doing alright. Also, Frank the security guard was so friendly and helpful towards us, he was so funny, always cracking jokes and just overall amazing.

We booked a Seaview room with a balcony and the view was fantastic. The room was a really good size. Bed and toilet clean. Breakfast was average. We also dined in the sky bar for Valentine’s Day and the food was lovely. The only thing is there was no caulking between the shower bath and the walls so all the water that went down the crack would run along the floor towards the toilet where the drain was. The floor just ended up really wet. Apart from that everything was great.

Room was clean, staff was friendly. The bellman Mike was exceptionally friendly and courteous. Bed was comfortable. Ocean view was amazing. Hotel location convenient to restaurants. I was greeted by Mia at check in who was friendly and helpful. Explained things clearly and answered any questions I had. Also provided good information and recommendations. Very nice hotel which is close to the beach. Great location to reach different places. Good room which was clean and spacious. Excellent views from the balcony. Friendly staff and helpful with information. Also met few other staff members Layla, Holland and Anna who again were friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel which is close to the beach. Great location to reach different places. Good room which was clean and spacious. Excellent views from the balcony. Friendly staff and helpful with information. Also met few other staff members Layla, Holland and Anna who again were friendly and helpful.

My stay at this hotel was amazing. Lisa, an enthusiastic staff member, provided exceptional service by suggesting places to visit and restaurants to try. She was always there to answer my questions. What impressed me the most was her genuine interest in following up on my inquiries, ensuring that I had all the information I needed to make the most of my stay. We had a wonderful time at Diamond Sea. The staff went out of their way to make sure everything went well. Mia was particularly helpful in scheduling drivers and ensuring that our needs were met. Only downside was that our Junior Suite window looked out at the wall of the hotel next door. Our bathroom window, however, had a great view of the city. Since we were rarely in our room, this was not a problem. Thanks, Diamond Sea staff.

I really like the Diamond Sea Hotel , I stayed 6 nights and was treated like an Emperor. The property was not perfect, but it was excellent. What I liked about the management was, when something went wrong , (and there was some small things), the management actively worked to correct the issues and talk to me about it. The staff are well trained and very friendly and helpful I had views over the beach and I loved the sunrises, equally I loved to sit in the Skybar and watch the sunset over Da Nang with a beer. Highly recommended , 5 Stars from me

I would recommend this hotel. We had an oceanview room which was large and great view. The service at the hotel was excellent, buffet breakfast has a large variety of foods and location was excellent- across the road from the beach, mini mart and restaurants next door and in the streets behind.

Very nice hotel. Great rooftop pool, and literally across the road from the beach. Breakfast had lots of options. My only complaint was the pool wasn’t heated, and since we went in December when it was rainy, it was too cold to use the pool (or the beach). If the pool water was warmer we’d have swam there. Otherwise no complaints.

Room was the best for being clean and exactly what i reserved for 15 days. Buffet was excellent and top floor pizza was very good. The best part was the staff. They genuinely cared about me and checked up on me every day with a special hello at Buffet breakfast. Thank you!!

The staff make this hotel! They are all from the front door, reception and cleaners excellent! The pool area is nice and well maintained, with a lovely view out to sea, if you go through the bar there is another balcony looking over the city and Dragon Bridge. Our room was sea front with a balcony. Good sized room - mattress very hard! The sound proofing is zero from next door to people outside in the corridor. Breakfast was below par, a lot of the food is very unhealthy, all deep fried or cakes, pastries and sweet things. Coffee machine churns out half a cup of cold coffee! They didn’t change the variety - just the same options every day, especially the fruit selection. This wouldn’t put us off staying here if we were going to be in DaNang again.

Room was super clean, tended every day, breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing-so many options. The desk staff and everyone else were stellar from the moment I checked it. The location was perfect-the beach boardwalk was just across the street and was enjoyed every day for a morning walk. The energy of the city was amazing, so relaxing. I loved the city and the location of the hotel. It was so easy to step from one positive and relaxing atmosphere to the next. I will definitely stay here on my next visit!

Great hotel once I was able to correctly book it. On my first booking, after I confirmed booking with Hotels.com, I got a message from Diamond Sea saying something wrong with payment and if it's not resolved, then my booking will be canceled. I had to spend time calling Hotels.com to resolve and Hotels.com was unable to resolve. And for some reason, couldn't get it resolved with Diamond Sea, so Diamond Sea canceled my booking. This was frustrating and wasted my time and efforts. I had to make another reservation and start all over using the same credit card I used the first time. Still don't know Diamond Sea had issue with my initial booking/payment. That'll forever be a mystery!
