The hotel and the grounds were beautiful. A charming building. The room was very spacious and convenient. The staff was helpful, friendly and efficient. Breakfast was nice and plenty. The massage therapist was fantastic! will definitely stay again.

This was a lovely little hotel! The bed was super comfortable. Staff friendly. The free breakfast was very good. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool since it rained during our stay. Our stay included a complementary shuttle to the bus station which was very appreciated (only after your stay, they do not provide pick up on arrival). There are free bikes but I wouldn't recommend using them. The breaks didn't work very well and no helmets. Great 4 star hotel! Would definitely recommend!

Loved this place. Great location in Chiang Rai. Amazing terrace where we saw sunset and sunrise! Fabulous facilities and chill vibes. We only had one night, but wishes we could stay longer.

5 star review! What a lovely hotel, lovely staff, great service and food. The staff are attentive and offer little treats during your stay. Great location, the rooms are large and clean, they supply filtered water, breakfast is plentiful and pool is wonderful. Oh and roof top bar to watch the sunsets. Nothing bad to say. We met other guests that felt the same way. Try to be in Chiang Rai on a Saturday so that you can experience the Saturday Night Market.

Beautiful hotel and the staff was beyond amazing. Food was excellent. The pool was under construction while we were there but they gave us passes to a hotel nearby to use their pool.

This is truly a five star resort. The rooms and every part of the resort are spotless and the staff goes out of their way to handle every request and follows through on everything. Good breakfast in the morning. The surrounding area does not have a great deal of business but if you are OK with that you will absolutely love this resort.

Service was quick and efficient, and everyone was very friendly. This is a newer resort so the rooms and other facilities are in perfect shape and very clean. Large breakfast buffet plus a variety of made to order drinks and dishes. Menu included several egg options, waffles, French toast, and Thai dishes. Trips were effortlessly organized without a detail missing.

It is said that first impression is everything and the staff knows that for shure. Everything was immaculate at this hotel. Breakfast was impressing (they even offered cheese wich is rare in Thailand) Rooms were well sized, pool area was was cool.

For others to read. Stayed 4 nights which gave me 3 full days in Chiang Rai. My stay at the Mora was perfect. Chilled out, spotlessly clean, room was nice, breakfast and/or a meal on the roof terrace was good I cannot speak highly enough about the staff. Five star for the welcome, interest in you as a guest and always there to help. Will I stay again, will I recommend to friends and family, ABSOLUTELY

I stayed for two nights December 2025 and had a great experience. The room was spotless, well designed, and the pool-view terrace was a real bonus. Breakfast was excellent and more than enough to set you up for the day. Most of all, the staff were genuinely lovely, the people really made the stay feel special. I’ll definitely be back on my next trip to Chiang Rai.

And finally, the staff! They were incredible, so friendly and cheerful! They couldn’t do more for us! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone!

Very nice hotel and great service. The rooms are large and well appointed. Very small gripe is that the WiFi connection times out frequently and when you have many devices, it's a bit annoying to have to keep reconnecting all the time. However, highly recommend..

Modern, spacious bedroom and bathroom. Balcony overlooking pool. Superb service…nothing too much trouble! Most helpful staff, from reception to daily room cleaning. Our room …602, was a joy to return to and our cleaner was truly professional and was a wonderful credit to the Mora Hotel. We stayed for 13 nights and loved everything about the hotel. Special mention to Koong..who offered great food and drink service…such a joy to meet and we wish her and all staff good wishes. Great choice of breakfast and dinner.

We booked the Mora based on previous good reviews, and weren’t disappointed. We had a large balcony room, overlooking the pool area, which was tastefully decorated to match the rest of the hotel decor. The wardrobe in the bathroom was a bit odd but didn’t cause any issues. The hotel is well located very close to the Saturday night market and about 15 minutes from the clock tower light display a regular night market. The staff were super helpful and breakfast was great. We don’t normally eat in hotel restaurants but we thought we’d try the roof top restaurant on our first night as we hadn’t had time to look for alternatives. The food and service were so good we ended up eating there 3 times! Overall I’m not sure why you’d stay anywhere else.

Fantastisches Hotel, sehr nette Mitarbeiter, alles neu und in gutem Zustand. Frühstück top. Guter Lage, zu Fuß kommt man in zehn Minuten zum Uhrenturm und zum Nacht Bazar. Schöne Grüße Zimmer mit bequemen Betten und Balkon. Am Pool bekommt man nachmittags etwas Obst an die Liege gebracht. Kostenlose Fahrräder, mit denen kommt man aber nicht weit. Kaffee und Wasser jeden Tag frisch auf dem Zimmer.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Unfortunately we only had a couple nights in Chiang Rai but truly loved every second. The staff is incredibly friendly, accommodating, and helpful. They helped with luggage, airport transport, and booking tours. The room itself was beautiful and the most comfortable bed we had on our trip! We would love to come back again someday and stay longer than just a couple nights. :)

The service was over the top excellent. I had the breakfast one morning and it was good. The room was very comfortable. They arranged a day trip for a friend and me to go to the Golden Triangle. It was fabulous. The pedicab evening tour, on the other hand, was a waste..i recommend BirdBread Bakery only 300m away.

I don't quite know where to start. The stay at this hotel was an absolute delight. From the moment we arrived till checking out, everything was incredible. This is a beautiful hotel, but the real superstar factor is every employee that works here. So helpful, attentive, friendly, consistently going above and beyond. Words that I am writing in this review, simply do not do justice for how great every staff member is here. Thank you for making this such a pleasant experience.

This property deserves more than five stars, especially for the price. The staff are all remarkably sweet and amazing and helpful. The property is spotless! It’s adorable, clean, friendly and functional! It is a nice little retreat with nice beds, linens, shower, etc. Can’t thank them enough!

I had a wonderful stay at the Mora Boutique Hotel. The service was outstanding from the very beginning – my luggage was brought to the room, and a lovely lady accompanied me, showing and explaining everything in detail. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated – you can really feel the love and attention to detail in every corner. For others to read. Stayed 4 nights which gave me 3 full days in Chiang Rai. My stay at the Mora was perfect. Chilled out, spotlessly clean, room was nice, breakfast and/or a meal on the roof terrace was good I cannot speak highly enough about the staff. Perfect place to stay in Chiang Rai. Very nice hotel, close to the center (walking distance!) and still pretty quiet. Very polite and helpful staff. Beautiful pool. Of course there are cheaper places to stay in Chiang Rai, but I doubt there are more comfortable places near the city center.

We booked the Mora based on previous good reviews, and weren’t disappointed. We had a large balcony room, overlooking the pool area, which was tastefully decorated to match the rest of the hotel decor. The wardrobe in the bathroom was a bit odd but didn’t cause any issues. The hotel is well located very close to the Saturday night market and about 15 minutes from the clock tower light display a regular night market. The staff were super helpful and breakfast was great. We don’t normally eat in hotel restaurants but we thought we’d try the roof top restaurant on our first night as we hadn’t had time to look for alternatives. The food and service were so good we ended up eating there 3 times! Overall I’m not sure why you’d stay anywhere else.

The staff and hotel were lovely. The room was clean and the pool was a beautiful addition. The property was quiet and spa-like being slightly away from the town center. That being said, I wish it was slightly closer to town and more walkable. That being said, Grab was easy to access and the staff was available and attentive to any requests.

Beautiful and peaceful hotel, staff is the friendliest we've ran into Thailand so far. Pool is amazing, great breakfast, and walking distance to clock tower, most temples in town center, night bazar, markets, etc.

Fantastisches Hotel, sehr nette Mitarbeiter, alles neu und in gutem Zustand. Frühstück top. Guter Lage, zu Fuß kommt man in zehn Minuten zum Uhrenturm und zum Nacht Bazar. Schöne Grüße Zimmer mit bequemen Betten und Balkon. Am Pool bekommt man nachmittags etwas Obst an die Liege gebracht. Kostenlose Fahrräder, mit denen kommt man aber nicht weit. Kaffee und Wasser jeden Tag frisch auf dem Zimmer.

Service was quick and efficient, and everyone was very friendly. This is a newer resort so the rooms and other facilities are in perfect shape and very clean. Large breakfast buffet plus a variety of made to order drinks and dishes. Menu included several egg options, waffles, French toast, and Thai dishes. Trips were effortlessly organized without a detail missing.

5 star review! What a lovely hotel, lovely staff, great service and food. The staff are attentive and offer little treats during your stay. Great location, the rooms are large and clean, they supply filtered water, breakfast is plentiful and pool is wonderful. Oh and roof top bar to watch the sunsets. Nothing bad to say. We met other guests that felt the same way. Try to be in Chiang Rai on a Saturday so that you can experience the Saturday Night Market.

Amazing breakfast. It is continental style in additional to ordered-to-cook menu with lots of great options. Def order the breakfast khao soi (non-spicy) and it is amazing. Wish we couldve ate lunch or dinner there. Iced lattes are good. The drinks at the bar are a little pricey but delicious and a great portion. No issue with water pressure or temperature. Tub is smaller than it looks and only fits one person. Perfect location, close to tourist attractions like the Blue Temple and the Night Bazaar. White Temple is a quick drive. Massage Parlors by the Night Bazaar is where you want to get massages. The staff at this hotel were all AMAZING and very friendly and willing to help.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The Captain was charming and witty and we loved her company! They all made our stay feel personal and warm. The food was amazing and all the beautiful little details in the rooms and around the resort made the stay feel very authentic and special. I would highly recommend a stay here. It was fantastic and I hope to be back!
