Charmantes Hotel mit kleinen Einschränkungen ... die schönen Zimmer liegen im sehr gepflegten Garten in 4 Häusern mit je 8 Einheiten locker im gepflegten Garten verteilt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, das Bad toll ausgestattet, an den Fenstern gab es Moskitonetze. Alles war sehr sauber. Das junge Personal war total lieb. Die gesamte Anlage ist herrlich grün und voller Blumen. Vom eigenen Torre aus, in dem sich die Rezeption befindet, hat man eine tolle Aussicht auf die Umgebung. Die Autos parken unter Olivenbäumen im Schatten. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Im wunderschönen Pool mit kleinem Wasserfall herrscht Badekappenpflicht, welche auch durchgesetzt wird. Das ist wirklich sehr schade und überhaupt nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Dafür einen Punkt Abzug. Das leckere Frühstück, welches auch auf der schönen Terrasse eingenommen werden kann, lässt bis auf den typ. Automatenkaffee keine Wünsche offen. Gegen Aufpreis kann man natürlich einen echten italienischen Cappuccino bekommen.

Personale disponibile e premuroso. Peccato per la totale mancanza di controllo in piscina che ne ha reso difficile l’utilizzo in alcuni momenti. Spiaggia vicina ma la strada è stretta ed è poco sicuro muoversi a piedi. Appartamenti confortevoli, ampi e moderni. Preferibili quelli al piano sopra(gli altri sono seminterrati)

en retrait du vieux bourg de MATTINATA, mais à 400 m. de la plage accessible à pied, avec parking privé, sans vue sur la mer, résidence sous forme de bungalow moderne avec terrasse. ceux situés en sous-sol sont assez clairs mais sans vue (ceux à l'étage voient le soleil et + agréable mais + cher !); ils sont équipés d'un coin cuisine avec plaques et frigo, évier et meubles et d'une salle d'eau confortable. Petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet bien et varié. Piscine agréable et possibilité de manger sur la terrasse dehors. En mai, très bon rapport qualité/prix. Très calme

Beautiful setting and chilled atmosphere. The pool in particular was sparklingly clean. It is worth noting that you need to wear a swim hat to go in the pool, but they sell them cheaply and as everyone wears them you don’t feel that daft. All the staff were really helpful and friendly. This was a great base to visit the area, and the local town of Matinatta was lovely. We would definitely revisit if we come back to this area.

Le cadre de l'hôtel est exceptionnel au milieu de la nature à proximité immédiate de la mer. Nous avions choisi un logement au rdc et celui ci était super. Nosu avons décidé de prolonger notre séjour. Le seul bémol peut etre la piscine, car il n'y a pas forcément de règles donc on s'est retrouvé face à des clients qui venaient avec un maximum d'objets gonflable ... comme à la maison. Nous avons aussi eu le droit à un goûter d'anniversaire d'enfants de personnes extérieures, pour la tranquillité ce n'était pas la meilleure journée. Attention, les horaires petits-déjeuner et lunch sont assez tardives en particulier si vous avez un avion de bonheur.

Camere molto ampie con salotto/zona giorno. Camera grande e bel bagno con doccia e dotate di ogni confort. Tutto pulitissimo. Colazione eccellente e molto varia. Bella piscina e comodi lettini. Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet établissement pour découvrir le Gargano. Nous avons regretté de ne pas avoir réservé plus de nuits. Nous devons souligner le cadre exceptionnel mais aussi la gentilesse du personnel. Les chambres sont plutôt des studios dans une oliveraie. Tout est très bien entretenu. L'ensemble est irréprochable. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent.

The place is beautiful. It has the potential to be perfect with a few tweaks: 1. Explain the access path(GPS guided us to a scrapyard on some unpaved road; we did eventually find the place and the problem can be easily solved by sending a mesage asociating the place with one of the dozen places mapped corectly by gps and street signs) 2. Get some decent pillows(pillows were so hard that i couldn't get more than 2 hours sleep without neck pain(wrong place to cut costs) 3. Neighbour can be noisy so if you get the chance(traveling as a group) insist on renting both sides of a single villa.(prices are more than decent so you can do that even if traveling as a family). The place is beautiful. It has the potential to be perfect with a few tweaks: 1. Explain the access path(GPS guided us to a scrapyard on some unpaved road; we did eventually find the place and the problem can be easily solved by sending a mesage asociating the place with one of the dozen places mapped corectly by gps and street signs) 2. Get some decent pillows(pillows were so hard that i couldn't get more than 2 hours sleep without neck pain(wrong place to cut costs) 3. In generale l'atra volta misono trovata okto bene presso questa struttura ma l'ultima volta si è verificato un disagio: non c'era acqua calda ei miei bambini e i nonni che erano in vacanza con noi, hanno dovuo fare l dcci redda con siacevoli coneguenze per 2 di loro. La cosa peggiore è stata che chiamando in reception ci ono tate date spiegazioni ridicole e poco attendbili senza garantie nulla sullasokuzione del problema. Se pernottisolo per una notte il paamnto è anticipato e a loro non cambia niente sesi verifigano dei dsagi, a tal propsito, manca la figua di un direttre resonsanile o del proprietario in loco.

A estadia no geral foi boa. Atendimento deixou a desejar. Principalmente da pessoa que estava atendendo no bar dando o drink de boas vindas. Que de boas vindas não teve nada. Não tinha a mínima vontade de trabalhar e de ver no mínimo gentil. Estava mais preocupado com seu celular do que atender…

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet établissement pour découvrir le Gargano. Nous avons regretté de ne pas avoir réservé plus de nuits. Nous devons souligner le cadre exceptionnel mais aussi la gentilesse du personnel. Les chambres sont plutôt des studios dans une oliveraie. Tout est très bien entretenu. L'ensemble est irréprochable. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent.

Sehr individuelles kleines Hotel mit architektonisch sehr interessanten Gebäuden. Wundervoll in einem Olivenhain gelegen, mit genügend Privatsphäre zu einander und einem feinen Pool. Die Strände und nette Lokale sind zu Fuß bequem zu erreichen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen.

Beautiful setting and chilled atmosphere. The pool in particular was sparklingly clean. It is worth noting that you need to wear a swim hat to go in the pool, but they sell them cheaply and as everyone wears them you don’t feel that daft. All the staff were really helpful and friendly. This was a great base to visit the area, and the local town of Matinatta was lovely. We would definitely revisit if we come back to this area.

Charmantes Hotel mit kleinen Einschränkungen ... die schönen Zimmer liegen im sehr gepflegten Garten in 4 Häusern mit je 8 Einheiten locker im gepflegten Garten verteilt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, das Bad toll ausgestattet, an den Fenstern gab es Moskitonetze. Alles war sehr sauber. Das junge Personal war total lieb. Die gesamte Anlage ist herrlich grün und voller Blumen. Vom eigenen Torre aus, in dem sich die Rezeption befindet, hat man eine tolle Aussicht auf die Umgebung. Die Autos parken unter Olivenbäumen im Schatten. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Im wunderschönen Pool mit kleinem Wasserfall herrscht Badekappenpflicht, welche auch durchgesetzt wird. Das ist wirklich sehr schade und überhaupt nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Dafür einen Punkt Abzug. Das leckere Frühstück, welches auch auf der schönen Terrasse eingenommen werden kann, lässt bis auf den typ. Automatenkaffee keine Wünsche offen. Gegen Aufpreis kann man natürlich einen echten italienischen Cappuccino bekommen.

Le cadre de l'hôtel est exceptionnel au milieu de la nature à proximité immédiate de la mer. Nous avions choisi un logement au rdc et celui ci était super. Nosu avons décidé de prolonger notre séjour. Le seul bémol peut etre la piscine, car il n'y a pas forcément de règles donc on s'est retrouvé face à des clients qui venaient avec un maximum d'objets gonflable ... comme à la maison. Nous avons aussi eu le droit à un goûter d'anniversaire d'enfants de personnes extérieures, pour la tranquillité ce n'était pas la meilleure journée. Attention, les horaires petits-déjeuner et lunch sont assez tardives en particulier si vous avez un avion de bonheur.

Beautiful setting and chilled atmosphere. The pool in particular was sparklingly clean. It is worth noting that you need to wear a swim hat to go in the pool, but they sell them cheaply and as everyone wears them you don’t feel that daft. All the staff were really helpful and friendly. This was a great base to visit the area, and the local town of Matinatta was lovely. We would definitely revisit if we come back to this area.
