Parking was limited early in the evening. We did find parking at the Manor..a brief walk to the Inn..

Newly renovated rooms were a big improvement over previous stays. Fitness center was very well equipped.

Gotta figure out the on-property restaurant. There is not a lot around the area of the hotel, so having something onsite is essential.

Did an overnight for NYE. A bit disappointed tgey didnt have rlthe bar open for NYE after my husband and I attended a concert in the area. Also the gym not opening till 8 am was inconvenient. The staff very friendly.

The hotel was clean. Could use a little updating but overall good. Only inconvenience is the fitness room hours.

Clean and quiet little hotel about 10 minutes outside of Salem. Very reasonable rates. Rooms are on the smaller side but not too bad. Staff was very friendly. No Restaurants within walking distance, hotel has a one open on the weekends only. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Salem during the spooky season.

Facility shares parking with the college adjacent to it. Enjoy fighting for parking or returning from dinner to find a completely full lot. When asking the front desk they seemed completely foreign to the concept of students using their lot despite watching them walk across as we talked and numerous signs indicating no student parking. Aside from that, you get the typical thin walls with huge light gaps around the doors that make a pretty poor sleep.

On-site, restaurants were only open on weekends. Felt like there could have been more information provided about the surrounding facilities and college. The shower curtain wasn't the appropriate size for the shower; water leaked out through a gap in the bottom. Overall, however, the staff was great, and the grounds and rooms were beautiful. Direct access to the beach was also amazing.

This is a beautiful property with newly renovated rooms. The micro rooms are perfect for a solo traveler. The front desk staff were fine but not particularly friendly. My biggest complaint is the cafe is closed on Wednesday and Thursday, which really doesnt make sense as a traveler who will gladly pay for an iced latte or 2 every morning. The employee that worked the cafe when it was open, also wasn't traines properly in making espresso drinks but it was still better than having to ice hot coffee. I would definitely stay here again, and there are coffee shops not too far down the road.

I decided to visit Salem last minute for Halloween and this was one of the last available properties nearby. It turned out to be the best location ever! Only 15 minutes drive away from Salem, in a beautiful, quiet area of Beverly. The grounds were absolutely beautiful, I spent a morning walking around, admiring the fountain and the trees changing colors this time of the year. Check in went smoothly and the front desk staff was always friendly, helpful and welcoming. I loved the room. It smelled absolutely divine. The heating worked great, the bedsheets were clean and the bed was sooo comfortable. Coffeemaker in the room, iron, hairdryer, clean towels, TV with a lot of channels, I mean everything was perfect. Also, this was probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I highly recommend staying at this location, no complaints at all. Thank you for the lovely service.

I really only care about clean and it was very clean. Seems like the bathrooms may have been updated. They were different last time I was here. The bathroom is very nice

Professional staff, and extremely clean room.

The overnight front desk staff were not welcoming. The room was very small and had a mildew smell, coffee maker in the room did not work. On a positive note the grounds were lovely.

Cleanliness was definitely lacking. We found a bloody booger on the wall of the bathroom (which a staff member very kindly cleaned for us when we mentioned). We also discovered a blood stain on the sheets… AFTER we had slept in the bed overnight. Not super great to realize you’ve had someone else’s old blood against your skin all night. Likely won’t stay again unless it was our only option. Staff was incredibly friendly and kind, though.

Overall this hotel was ok, and i would stay there again. Pros: Very reasonably priced. Quiet, safe area. Hotel and rooms are mostly clean. Beautiful little cove and beach behind the hotel.(hard to find, though) Windows that open! Convenient drive to Salem, which is why we came. Comfy beds. Cons: Although it was mostly clean, the hotel room needed a thorough deep clean (carpet felt sticky, dust on the lamp and air intake for bathroom fan, shower fixture had mildew on it) The room smelled heavily of disinfectant/air freshener and when that wore off it smelled like dirty feet. (wasn’t me) Extremely thin walls- could hear EVERYTHING from the other rooms and hallway. ALL of the doors in the hotel seemed a little too large for their openings and you had to pull them shut, making everything louder. No soft close doors here. Because of this, the stairway door (we were at the end of the hall) slammed every time someone used it, which woke me up on several occasions. Ask for a room away from the stairs, on the top floor if you are a light sleeper. Our room was tiny. All it said while booking was standard Queen, not anything about it being “petite”. This hotel is far away from any convenience stores, restaurants, or even a grocery store. There is no breakfast at all, and they charge you a $120 refundable incidental fee at check in, which was also not mentioned at time of booking. Staff was pleasant enough, if a little indifferent. No microwave.

Very nice clean room.

Don’t be fooled if you book a queen. They have ‘petit queens’ which are the size of a European hotel room.

Very nice workers and clean place, located on the campus of an obscure college. Tiny room, but it was only 100 for a weekend night and it had an overall possible vibe.

Room and hotel were great. The mattress was very firm. I’ma 70 sleep number and this was firmer than that. The coffee pod machines were not very functional on the 2nd and 1st floor but not the biggest deal. Would stay again for a Salem trip.

The hotel and room were nice for a one night stay. Staff were very helpful. My one complaint is that the doors don’t fully close unless you push with extra effort. I walked out of my room for the evening and when I came back I realized my door had been cracked open the entire time leaving my stuff out for the taking. I noticed a lot of the doors like this as I walked out. It looks like the doors aren’t heavy enough to close all the way.

Good location for us, next to Endicott College. Room was much smaller than in the picture. Very clean and nice staff.

The only downside was I waited at the desk for 20 minutes before anyone came to check me in.

What a stellar place to stay! After a drive through some nice neighborhoods, we arrived at the inn and were greeted by a very nice staff person at the check in desk. We booked 2 rooms and were pleasantly surprised that they were right across from each other. The rooms were well appointed and super clean with comfortable beds. Instead of having a large ice machine for the floor, there is a room with a small ice machine/water dispenser and 3 Keurig machines with coffee and tea pods. Checkout was quick and simple with another pleasant staff person. Will definitely stay again when we are in the area!

The guy who checked us in upon arrival was rude. Again. We stayed here about 4 times this year because it is a convenient location to family and is reasonably priced. Three times the toilet easily clogged, once the staff argued with us re check out date and then realised it was a hotel staff error in booking but never apologised and this stay put us in a ground level room near the laundry facilities and view of a dumpster and told me even though it was in a poor location it was the best room on that floor. I booked this room in advance. So much for hospitality and helping frequent customers. Not staying here again.

This is a gorgeous property that was convenient to me close to the city of Beverly. The reception host at check-in, Chris, is very friendly and personable. The room is very quiet and the view outside the window is serene.

I was there with my family from Germany and we had a great experience with the hotel, hotel rooms and front desk staff! We really enjoyed our visit and we had a great experience at the hotel! We thank you very much for the hospitality!

The property is beautiful, but the inn is something of an afterthought to the conference center. The entrance nearest to the inn is actually an exit-only, and GPS directions took us (and several ride service drivers) to a back lot that offered no access to the inn, leaving us to either walk along the street with our luggage, or drive out and back in through the main entrance to the property. That entrance takes you on a winding path by the event center, which is beautiful, but takes several extra minutes and is not an obvious route to the inn. Once in the hotel, staff were very kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and affordable, which is a rare thing in the Boston area. I do recommend this hotel, but be mindful of access issues.

Great location for endicott college functions

This hotel was very convenient for our visit to Boston. We took the train from the Montserrat station. We would definitely stay here again.

This inn was a find-we had never stayed in this area of Massachusetts. The inn was clean and quiet and the grounds were beautiful. It is close to the ocean (you can walk to a beach behind the property). There are many restaurants within a short drive.

The building has a dorm room feel to it. But it was clean, in a beautiful location, a short drive to downtown Beverly and Salem, Mass. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is very nice. It is clean, well priced, located nice for dining etc. Staff was helpful at check-in, wifi was strong. The only down side is they don't give a breakfast which is fine, but the dining options in hotel are minimal so we always ate breakfast and dinner out.

No microwave in rooms, no breakfasts available only some microvaveable choices for sale. Cafe near lobby would not let us use the tables to eat food from the hotel, Even tho they were not serving food. Room was not big enough to comfortably eat in.
