Had great service starting from the fay before with a personal call to explain parking and check in. Was greated and made to fwel welcomed. Easy checkin and chexkout. Room was cozy but clean and stocked with snacks!

The Cabot Lodge was a really nice, quiet space. I enjoyed the contactless check-in and check-out, as I was arriving very late and leaving early. Very convenient. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The shower was very specious and nice-- I was not a fan of the half frosted doors/privacy aspect of the bathroom, but I know some people don't mind. The HVAC was broken in our room, and the Cabot Lodge was kind to let us know ahead of time and offered a full refund if we wanted to cancel our stay. We decided to stick around since we were staying just for one evening. The staff offered us a discount because of the room temperature, and I am very appreciative of that. Even with the warm room, our stay was pleasant. Parking was so easy. There is a lot behind the lodge and parking was free on weekends and from 8pm-8am, and then only 50c an hour after. We would definitely stay here again!

I loved my stay. The staff called ahead of time to share how to use the FLEXIPASS and other hotel details. I arrived later in the evening, and was able to access my room with no issue. The room was so cute and quaint. Free snacks! There’s a coffee/tea area with a water cooler to fill up your water bottle. I highly recommend a stay at The Cabot. There are cute shops and restaurants on the same street!

Right next door to Cabot Theater where we were seeing a show. Plenty of dining options in the immediate area. Room space was “tight” but that was communicated clearly before we booked, so no complaints. Just something to be aware of. Lodge was well appointed and had great coffee lounge in the hallway.

We arrived late after being stuck in traffic. The keyless entry worked perfectly! The room is comfortable and has everything we need. It’s always a pleasant surprise after booking online to find such a gem!

The Lodge is quaint. Easy check in. Parking is 50 cents an hour, directly behind the building, from 8am to 8pm and then free from 8pm to 8am. The space in the rooms is utilized well. Only complaint is I would highly recommend black out curtains for room 101 as the awning light is very bright and the shutters do not help block it out. Kaffmandu has the absolute BEST coffe in the area! About 3 doors down!!!. Would totally stay here again.

Efficiency at its best! Boutique modern style lodge which offers clean rooms and easy access sevurity locks via secure apps. Walkable to downtown Beverly, MA shopping, cafes, dining and the beach! I recommend this place if you are looking for a simple place to sleep and come and go as you please!

Great little boutique hotel settled in the cutest little town of Beverly. The rooms were quaint, but had everything you needed for a restful night stay the bathrooms were more than exceptional with beautiful aromatherapy products in a gorgeous rainfall head shower a great little lounge area with coffee and hot chocolate and sparking water. The hotel was decorated thoughtfully and so cute for Halloween. They even gave out little Halloween trinkets if you were one that was headed to Salem! Highly recommend I would give it 10 Stars!

We stayed at the Cabot Lodge to attend a concert at the Cabot Theater which is just mere feet away. The hotel was clean and quiet. Access was easy and the room was perfect. It was a perfect size for a couple who just needed a place to sleep after an awesome evening. Reception was friendly and we felt installed welcomed upon arrival. The soundproofing and white noise machine included in the room allowed us to sleep all through the night. Small touches like complimentary snacks and a small lending library added to the overall charm, Parking is extremely confident behind the property as well as across the street.

Staff was so pleasant and accommodating, the room was immaculate, and the bed was very comfortable. While a small, “boutique” hotel, it was very charming and inviting. In would definitely recommend and stay again.

Walking distance to cafes, bars and restaurants; short drive to Salem, Gloucester, Manchester and Rockport; rooms designed for optimum use of space- small but spotless and newly renovated with comfortable king size beds. I could find no fault with this accommodation - modern rooms, spacious bathroom and immaculate.

I loved staying at the Cabot Lodge as it was very quiet and it was very well decorated and beautiful. I liked the idea of the Bluetooth card key and having a spare key. The hotel was easy to find and walkable to food and shopping pretty easily. There was a tea, coffee, and water bar in the center of the hotel. We got fresh towels and it was cleaned daily. The only thing I wish we had was to make the room warmer as 75 degrees was a bit too cold and we are from a warmer state so it was a bit chilly for us. But other than that it was a wonderful stay and we loved the aesthetic and feel of the whole lodge.

The Cabot Lodge was a great spot to stay after attending a show at the Cabot. The bed was comfortable, the checkin was easy and staff was friendly. The rooms were interesting. They are tiny, but functional.

The particular room we chose had a king bed and a loft. Everything was very clean and contemporarily decorated. It was a bit cozy and compact, but it met every need required. I would say the only critique I have is that the room we were in was the very first room past the entry area, so it was a bit noisy when the front door would close, but since that was the room we chose, that just came with the territory. We liked that they provided a mild noise machine that helped block out some of that particular noise. They communicated very well prior to our arrival. Inexpensive paid parking is very convenient behind and to the side of the property.

Location was excellent. Front desk was there when we arrived, so we didn't have to fuss with the phone entrance using the App. Room was very clean - some free snacks and seltzers! The bed arrangement didn't work too well for us, at least in the room we were assigned. The "loft" bed was up a steep ladder, and there's no way either one of us old fogies was getting up there, especially during the night. The king size bed was comfortable, but it was wedged into an alcove with no side of the bed access. Not a major problem, but we had to strip the bed and remake it, as it was made up horizontally so that one of us would have been crawling over the other during the night to get out. We put the sheets back on (sloppily) vertically, so all we had to do was crawl off the end of the bed.

The Cabot Lodge is a wonderful gem in Beverly, Mass. Although the rooms are small they are well appointed and beautifully decorated. The only problem we had was working the AC system and therefore slept in a warmer room than we would have liked.
The Cabot Lodge is a wonderful gem in Beverly, Mass. Although the rooms are small they are well appointed and beautifully decorated. The only problem we had was working the AC system and therefore slept in a warmer room than we would have liked.

The Cabot Lodge is a quaint, adorable, wonderful place to stay! The room itself is tiny but the bathroom is spacious. The room has everything you need, including a sound machine! There are complimentary snacks and coffee, and the bed is very comfortable. The town itself is historic and has some very cool shops. Would absolutely stay here again!

The pictures do not justice to how awesome the place is. The owner Melody is super nice and friendly. The place is super cute and cozy. The room super clean. The location is great, right in the main road and very close to Salem, where we went for Halloween. We got the room with the king size bed and a little stairs to a twin size bed. So nice. Def coming back.

Staff was so pleasant and accommodating, the room was immaculate, and the bed was very comfortable. While a small, “boutique” hotel, it was very charming and inviting. In would definitely recommend and stay again.

Had great service starting from the fay before with a personal call to explain parking and check in. Was greated and made to fwel welcomed. Easy checkin and chexkout. Room was cozy but clean and stocked with snacks!

The Cabot Lodge was a really nice, quiet space. I enjoyed the contactless check-in and check-out, as I was arriving very late and leaving early. Very convenient. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The shower was very specious and nice-- I was not a fan of the half frosted doors/privacy aspect of the bathroom, but I know some people don't mind. The HVAC was broken in our room, and the Cabot Lodge was kind to let us know ahead of time and offered a full refund if we wanted to cancel our stay. We decided to stick around since we were staying just for one evening. The staff offered us a discount because of the room temperature, and I am very appreciative of that. Even with the warm room, our stay was pleasant. Parking was so easy. There is a lot behind the lodge and parking was free on weekends and from 8pm-8am, and then only 50c an hour after. We would definitely stay here again!

Sarah is amazing! Helpful about the area and just overall pleasant :) We were in town specifically for at concert at the Cabot Theatre which is located on the next corner which made the entire experience so convenient. The hotel is like staying in a tiny house which was a fun experience. Having all the comforts necessary, the bed was so comfortable with lovely thread count sheets, soft towels & great shower products. They even have umbrellas for that stroll through the quaint town in the rain :)

It’s very unique and beautiful and close to Salem but if you make the choice to stay in a unique place over a chain hotel, there are considerations to take into account. There is limited staff and aren’t on-site unless cleaning as far as I can see and I can see why they wouldn’t need to be. You do get texts with information and service via text. When we arrived after a long day of travel from Canada, dropped off in an unfamiliar place in the dark, tired, trying to get a key app to work for the first time and struggling though there are clear directions, we used the call button for assistance but it went unanswered so it was a bit panic inducing. There might have been a recorded greeting that had more instructions but I hung up. Finally, we figured it out and got in. The room was exactly as in the photos and very clean. There were a couple of nice chocolates and snack bags and drink cans. The loft bed has a metal rung ladder that is great for adventurous younger people but not comfortable to use. We had noisy neighbours that kept me up all night just the one night. I texted the number I had but I guess I should have phoned as texts don’t wake me up either. There is a noise violation fine. The customer service I received the next morning was excellent. Beds are very soft and the bedding is lovely. Just as in the old clipper ships the rooms are designed after, there is limited space but suitcases can be stowed under the bed. Lovely & unique but different from a hotel

Right next door to Cabot Theater where we were seeing a show. Plenty of dining options in the immediate area. Room space was “tight” but that was communicated clearly before we booked, so no complaints. Just something to be aware of. Lodge was well appointed and had great coffee lounge in the hallway.

The property is in the center of a small town (Beverly, MA) and is in close proximity to Salem. It is a boutique hotel which means the rooms are smaller but very well appointed with amazing beds, linens, television, and a great shower. The common area is well stocked and has a large television with seating. It is close to everything the town has to offer, and I highly recommend the place.

I loved my stay. The staff called ahead of time to share how to use the FLEXIPASS and other hotel details. I arrived later in the evening, and was able to access my room with no issue. The room was so cute and quaint. Free snacks! There’s a coffee/tea area with a water cooler to fill up your water bottle. I highly recommend a stay at The Cabot. There are cute shops and restaurants on the same street!

The Lodge is quaint. Easy check in. Parking is 50 cents an hour, directly behind the building, from 8am to 8pm and then free from 8pm to 8am. The space in the rooms is utilized well. Only complaint is I would highly recommend black out curtains for room 101 as the awning light is very bright and the shutters do not help block it out. Kaffmandu has the absolute BEST coffe in the area! About 3 doors down!!!. Would totally stay here again.

The hotel was decorated thoughtfully and so cute for Halloween. They even gave out little Halloween trinkets if you were one that was headed to Salem! Highly recommend I would give it 10 Stars!

We stayed at the Cabot Lodge to attend a concert at the Cabot Theater which is just mere feet away. The hotel was clean and quiet. Access was easy and the room was perfect. It was a perfect size for a couple who just needed a place to sleep after an awesome evening. Reception was friendly and we felt installed welcomed upon arrival. The soundproofing and white noise machine included in the room allowed us to sleep all through the night. Small touches like complimentary snacks and a small lending library added to the overall charm, Parking is extremely confident behind the property as well as across the street.

Good hotel in a good location in historic downtown Beverly close to good restaurants and coffee houses. The rooms are small so it’s probably best for a few nights but not long term. One design flaw is that the bathrooms have swinging frosted glass doors which don’t provide enough privacy and cause the room to be flooded with light if anyone has to use the bathroom at night. Also, the rain shower was uncomfortable. All in all a well managed, pleasant place to stay.
