Risse in den Wänden, wahrscheinlich von der Bahn und den LKWs die ständig, sehr laut am Hotel vorbeifahren. Riesige Flecken auf dem Boden, da alles mit Teppich ausgelegt war. Türrahmen die aufgequollen waren, Schimmel in der Dusche. Haare im Bett und Matratze voll mit gelben Flecken. Personal hat sich bemüht nachdem wir darauf hingewiesen haben die Sauberkeitsmängel zu beseitigen. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht, da die Bewertungen wirklich was ganz anderes behauptet haben. Essen war dagegen super und wie gesagt das Personal auch sehr bemüht und freundlich. In der Umgebung möchte man sein Auto wirklich nicht frei parken, da war der Parkplatz für 50PLN zusätzlich die Nacht auch notwendig. Wir waren 4 Nächte da und waren froh endlich wieder Zuhause zu sein. Keine Weiterempfehlung wenn man sauber und ruhig schlafen möchte.

Vi er kommet på Vulcan siden de åbnede og det har altid været en fornøjelse. Fantastisk bar og restaurant. Men NU skulle de opdaterer/renoverer da det er påkrævet. Gardiner i stykker, maling af hvide områder påkræver,seng efterses/udskiftes,stole efterses og det er i alle de værelser vi har besøgt også stolene i restauranten + diverse andre småting. Og så et kursus til tjenerne i restauranten. Bestilte en Mojitos det havde de ikke bad så om tequila sunrice begge var på menukortet men fik tequila med cola. Oplevelsen var denne gang skuffende og har tidligere fået verdens bedste kyllinge bryst samme sted

I stayed at Vulcan Hotel in Szczecin for one night during my trip around Poland. The location of the hotel is next to a shipyard and there is a tram stop outside the entrance of the hotel. The view of my room was towards the shipyard with cranes, machinery and buildings and I really liked it. I had a double bed room which was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The only issue for me was that the walls and doors are not sound proof so I could listen noise from other guests who were not respectful of the late hours. Breakfast is served at the restaurant next to the lobby and was delicious with many options even for vegans. The staff at the reception and the restaurant was just AMAZING. So authentically polite and kind people without wearing the mask of professionalism. I would definitely recommend it and would definitely return.

Whilst it’s abit from the centre, it’s easy to get to on 2 tram lines that run at frequent times and the stop is outside the hotel. The surrounding area may be industrial however the hotel is clean and modern, the rooms well equipped and tidy. Check in was fine , there’s a bar and restaurant. The breakfast was amazing with a massive range of things and included. Would stay again.

Der CheckIn ging schnell. Das Einzelzimmer sowie das eigene Badezimmer waren relativ groß. Die Matratze war sehr sehr weich, sodass man beim "drauf sitzen" runter gerutscht ist. Hat man sich in der Nacht gedreht, schwang der Körper zwei mal nach... Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig: man hört den Zimmernachbar telefonieren oder auf Toilette gehen. Nachts hört man verschiedene Menschen schnarchen. Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Das beste Frühstück seit langem! Die Tram-Station ist fast genau vor der Tür. Parkplätze an der Straße oder auf dem Gelände (Gebühr) vorhanden. Das Personal beachtet einem nicht, was schade ist. Wenn man z. B. aus dem Fahrstuhl aussteigt, blickt keiner hoch. Und wenn, dann gibt es nicht mal ein Kopfnicken oder einen Morgengruß. Auch beim Frühstück konnte man Gäste und Personal nicht auseinander halten.

Kritikpunkt: Es ist mir unklar, wieso man neben der Kaffeemaschine beim Frühstücksbuffet Einweg-Holzlöffel benötigt. Hier gehören neben Masser und Gabeln auch Metalllöffel hingestellt. Auch müsste Zucker nicht in Tütchen verpackt angeboten werden, sondern könnte wie Salz und Pfeffer am Tisch als Streuer stehen. Im Zimmer könnte auf Pappbecher und Holzlöffel ebenfalls zugunsten von Tassen und normalen Kaffeelöffeln verzichtet werden. Ansonsten: Freundlichkeit top, Geschmack im Restaurant top, Service gut.

Ett hotell som helt och hållet överträffade våra förväntningar. Hotellet har egen parkering med gott om platser. Mycket bra AC på rummet. Frukosten var fantastisk med tanke på att den ingick. Spårvagnen går precis utanför hotellet med två olika linjer, ca var 10-15e minut. Det finns en liten matbutik väldigt nära där man bland annat kan köpa mackor, sallader, snacks och läsk.

En väldigt blandad upplevelse. Personalen i receptionen var mycket vänliga och tillmötesgående. Det var lätt att betala och parkera, det var dock något oklart var man fick/ inte fick stå. Rummet var ok med ett standard utbud. Det luktade dock konstigt och vi fick be om handdukar då rummet inte var utrustat med detta. På kvällen tänkte vi äta i restaurangen, men mannen som arbetade där kunde inte tala engelska och var ovillig att försöka konversera med oss. Vi frågade om vi kunde äta där (på engelska) och då gick denne iväg och började plocka med disk istället. Det slutade med att vi fick gå ner till närmsta affär och handla middag. Frukosten var ok. Det kändes som att mycket hade stått framme länge och då var vi relativt tidiga ner till frukosten. Det positiva var att hotellet var billigt.

Og så et kursus til tjenerne i restauranten. Bestilte en Mojitos det havde de ikke bad så om tequila sunrice begge var på menukortet men fik tequila med cola. Oplevelsen var denne gang skuffende og har tidligere fået verdens bedste kyllinge bryst samme sted

I stayed at Vulcan Hotel in Szczecin for one night during my trip around Poland. The location of the hotel is next to a shipyard and there is a tram stop outside the entrance of the hotel. The view of my room was towards the shipyard with cranes, machinery and buildings and I really liked it. I had a double bed room which was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The only issue for me was that the walls and doors are not sound proof so I could listen noise from other guests who were not respectful of the late hours. Breakfast is served at the restaurant next to the lobby and was delicious with many options even for vegans. The staff at the reception and the restaurant was just AMAZING. So authentically polite and kind people without wearing the mask of professionalism. I would definitely recommend it and would definitely return.

Wir haben ein Dreibettzimmer gebucht, es war sauber und sehr geräumig, aber auch hellhörig (Straßenbahn und Besucher über uns).Die Betten waren sehr weich, aber wir haben trotzdem gut darin geschlafen. Leider gab es im Badezimmer keine Abstellmöglichkeiten und nur eine Stange für Handtücher. Zum Frühstück gab es ein tolles Angebot am Buffet.

Ett hotell som helt och hållet överträffade våra förväntningar. Hotellet har egen parkering med gott om platser. Mycket bra AC på rummet. Frukosten var fantastisk med tanke på att den ingick. Spårvagnen går precis utanför hotellet med två olika linjer, ca var 10-15e minut. Det finns en liten matbutik väldigt nära där man bland annat kan köpa mackor, sallader, snacks och läsk.

En väldigt blandad upplevelse. Personalen i receptionen var mycket vänliga och tillmötesgående. Det var lätt att betala och parkera, det var dock något oklart var man fick/ inte fick stå. Rummet var ok med ett standard utbud. Det luktade dock konstigt och vi fick be om handdukar då rummet inte var utrustat med detta. På kvällen tänkte vi äta i restaurangen, men mannen som arbetade där kunde inte tala engelska och var ovillig att försöka konversera med oss. Vi frågade om vi kunde äta där (på engelska) och då gick denne iväg och började plocka med disk istället. Det slutade med att vi fick gå ner till närmsta affär och handla middag. Frukosten var ok. Det kändes som att mycket hade stått framme länge och då var vi relativt tidiga ner till frukosten. Det positiva var att hotellet var billigt.

Der CheckIn ging schnell. Das Einzelzimmer sowie das eigene Badezimmer waren relativ groß. Die Matratze war sehr sehr weich, sodass man beim "drauf sitzen" runter gerutscht ist. Hat man sich in der Nacht gedreht, schwang der Körper zwei mal nach... Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig: man hört den Zimmernachbar telefonieren oder auf Toilette gehen. Nachts hört man verschiedene Menschen schnarchen. Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Das beste Frühstück seit langem! Die Tram-Station ist fast genau vor der Tür. Parkplätze an der Straße oder auf dem Gelände (Gebühr) vorhanden. Das Personal beachtet einem nicht, was schade ist. Wenn man z. B. aus dem Fahrstuhl aussteigt, blickt keiner hoch. Und wenn, dann gibt es nicht mal ein Kopfnicken oder einen Morgengruß. Auch beim Frühstück konnte man Gäste und Personal nicht auseinander halten.

Kom sent og skulle bare overnatte og så videre næste dag. Sov fint. Hørte ikke sporvognene, som andre havde påpeget. Værelset var pænt og rent og receptionen var venlig og hjælpsom.

Kritikpunkt: Es ist mir unklar, wieso man neben der Kaffeemaschine beim Frühstücksbuffet Einweg-Holzlöffel benötigt. Hier gehören neben Masser und Gabeln auch Metalllöffel hingestellt. Auch müsste Zucker nicht in Tütchen verpackt angeboten werden, sondern könnte wie Salz und Pfeffer am Tisch als Streuer stehen. Im Zimmer könnte auf Pappbecher und Holzlöffel ebenfalls zugunsten von Tassen und normalen Kaffeelöffeln verzichtet werden. Ansonsten: Freundlichkeit top, Geschmack im Restaurant top, Service gut.

Das Hotel ist eigentlich ok. Ich habe hier mehrmals übernachtet. Aktuell wundere ich mich, dass ich extra darum bitten muss, dass die Heizung im Zimmer angemacht wird. Im Zimmer kann man als Gast nichts einstellen. Letzte Nacht habe ich gefroren, denn man hat die Heizung offensichtlich nicht angemacht, obwohl ich eingecheckt habe. Im Bad gibt es keine Heizung und kein Handtuchhalter. Es ist sehr frisch. Das war sehr unangenehm. Am Wochenende in der Früh ein Taxi hier zu bekommen, ist teils nicht möglich. Das erfordert zusätzliche Planung und sehr zeitiges aufstehen, wenn man Termine wahrnehmen muss.

Whilst it’s abit from the centre, it’s easy to get to on 2 tram lines that run at frequent times and the stop is outside the hotel. The surrounding area may be industrial however the hotel is clean and modern, the rooms well equipped and tidy. Check in was fine , there’s a bar and restaurant. The breakfast was amazing with a massive range of things and included. Would stay again.

This hotel have several problems; like not hot water, dirty bathrooms, undraining baths, not enough breakfast and have bad localization in Szczecin. I do not offer this hotel to anyone, your money would be waste if you make a reservation like me. Nobody helps you in the hotel, I am very dissappointed about this terrrible hotel experience. Please don’t stay in Vulcan Hotel.
This hotel have several problems; like not hot water, dirty bathrooms, undraining baths, not enough breakfast and have bad localization in Szczecin. I do not offer this hotel to anyone, your money would be waste if you make a reservation like me. Nobody helps you in the hotel, I am very dissappointed about this terrrible hotel experience. Please don’t stay in Vulcan Hotel.

Hotel was clean and the parking was in a good location. The staff was very friendly, although they were stingy when we asked for ice, and would only give us one extra pillow. The breakfast was amazing with lots of variety. We would definitely return.
