Convenient. Debits in parking lot. 1 bed sunk in. Ice machine inop. Pool closed for maintenance but was not listed on line. Child dissapointed

This was one of the worst stays we’ve ever had and we travel frequently. The following was broken or out of order: the elevator, the pool, TV in fitness center, phones in room and fitness center, clock in our room, light bulb in our room. In addition, there was a very bad smell throughout the hotel that only eased when another guest opened the hall windows. The front entrance, lobby and stairwells were dirty, had trash and stains that were never cleaned during our stay. Finally, the breakfast was very limited and extremely unhealthy; the eggs were rubbery, the biscuits rock hard, there were only two kinds of cheap cereal (rice crispies and coco puffs) and the yogurt was extremely high in sugar. I would never stay here again unless there was a complete makeover with new management and personnel. With everything wrong, we felt like we’re were robbed and deserve compensation for our entire two day stay.

No pool as advertised due to maintenance, leaking faucet, elevator out of service. Facilities were in need of repairs.

I ice machine is broken on 3rd floor, other than that its a nice stay

Pool was under maintenance not explained before booking. Bed was comfortable. Room needed paint on wall putty work and some area of carpet was missing.

It was okay, probably the best place in Fulton, MO. But in any other city, it was missing the mark. Pool temp was frigid and the bottom was a little too sharp. Hallways were hot as they possibly could be. Staff were not friendly, but they also were not rude. The saving grace was, they didnt have any major issues and the Mojo BBQ joint right off the property was amazing.

Was not told the pool was closed! Was overcharged for the room. Construction inside the hotel made it very dusty.

Place was basically average! The ice machines did not work. I would not stay there again!

My shower was very cold. The tub was very nasty. The pool was shut down and no one said anything about that.

Ok but no elevator pool was out of service but no elevator was a big pain with handling all your bags

Tiny ants had to be flushed down the sink every day - from the second-floor room. The stairway was filthy - hadn't seen a vacuum cleaner in weeks or months. trash overflowed small cans in an area that used to house vending machines. The sleeping room was adequate, albeit the TV screen was very small compared to more modern motels. The shower curtain needed to be replaced months ago - dirty at the lower end. Not up to Wyndham standards. They should lose their franchise tag.

Bedbugs! And when we picked up and went to the front desk, they already had a list of other rooms with bedbugs! They knew they had bedbugs and still had us check in. So gross!

This hotel is very dirty, starting with the entry door glass, through hallway carpeting, staircases, elevator and so on. Inside the room everything is old, and it is very humid, everything smells like mold. Not worth spending any money on it, no matter how cheap.

Our stay in Fulton was average. Walking into the hotel, we could tell that the rug/floor needed vacuuming. Check in was good enough. Our room appeared clean but the bathroom should have been a lot cleaner: the tub needs to be bleached and scrubbed, the shower curtain was dirty/moldy and the chrome was spotted. We took the stairs to leave and the stairwell is in need of vacuuming! Breakfast tables needed to be wiped down as well. Other than that, our stay was good enough.

Our first room the bathtub was stained and the drain was out. I took a photo and showed it to the desk and they changed our room no problem. Though I don't think our beds were queen beds and were just full/double. The new room has stained sheets and mattress pads, something like dried mucus on the wall, small bugs running around in the window sill (not bed bugs), and a long hair was insise my pillow case (not mine). They also had a dehumidifier that was full when we checked in and after the 1st night we emptied it ourselves since house keeping didn't and it looked like it hadn't been touched in a long time. Definitely NOT worth $100+/night they were charging. This hotel is not to a Whyndam standard ar all.

Got to hotel at 8pm and they had to go check if they had a clean room. Took a little extra time. Got checked in, our room was not clean, hair in the bathroom counter and in the tub. Smelled of sewer in the sink.

Our room was very clean but the common areas (Elevator, halls, common area bathroom) were all unclean.

I would not recommend staying here. The place was not only dirty, but it smelled like someone went and took a poop in our room right before we checked in. The floors were dirty, elevator button was busted, tub was horribly stained, and my husband took a cold shower because there wasn’t any hot water. And the sink faucet was broken. And there was water in the coffee tray.

Will never stay here again, Bathroom was not cleaned correctly, soap scum in the tub! Elevator was also dirty. Went down to breakfast at 7am, no food was available and the small frig with the yogurt was locked up. Coffee was old and stale, no staff around to help. Very sad place to stay!

This hotel just needs to be completely renovated. It was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We booked for two days, the first night we didn’t even get under the sheets and the second day we found a better hotel in Columbia. I am normally not overly picky when it comes to hotels but this place was just too dirty. I hate that I wasted my money.

The room was super nice but nothing in the room worked. The AC couldn’t keep the room cool. There was a refrigerator that didn’t work. It was a little frustrating, but we powered through. The room was clean he bed was comfortable and it was quiet so, we were able to get a good night’s rest.

The room was loud with mechanical sounds, it was cold upon entering the room so I turned the ac off for about an hour. Then when I turned it on and lowered the temp from 72-69 it came on for 2 seconds and that was it. I kept lowering the temp to cool the room but it would come on for a few seconds at a time. Wifi was open so no code needed. The pages were slow to load and movies would buffer. Breakfast was ok, meat gravy, sausage, biscuits and waffles were it for a hot breakfast. Usually eggs are an option but not here.

Comfortable bed and clean room. A little out of the way, but nice hotel. Only negative was ac had a funky smell like filters needed to be cleaned.

The bed was old and creaky, and felt like a hollow box when you laid on it. We had a non-smoking sweet and it stunk of cigarettes. The final straw was the bathroom leaking and the toilet constantly running. When we complained to the front desk, they couldn't care less and gave us attitude.

Toilet was not attached to the floor and wobbled, the shower wouldn’t stop running and the air conditioner was hit or miss.

Holes in walls, Room 317 - shower head was removable and we could not take a shower because the slider would not stay up. Shower head was not even in the middle of the tub area

Everything was fine except wifi wasn't string enough to sign into computer

Even with both curtains closed, my room was flooded with light from outside all night long. The noise from the air conditioner was so loud that I turned it off in the middle of the night. This hotel is in an industrial area and I was worried about my car being broken into during the night.

Police had to be called upon arrival 2nd room for our friends were denied (over booked) after we were told their room was saved.

We were 6th in line to check in at midnight. We had confirmed reservations and when we arrived to the counter we were told there were no rooms available. After 15 hours of driving this was a huge disappointment.

Despite the kind young lady at the front desk who did her best to make things right.I would never recommend or stay at this property ever again. The room we reserved (on 3rd floor) was dirty, as in, it had old smelly food in the mini-fridge, carpet was not clean (dog hair, sunflower seeds, some dog food), fold out couch and chairs were badly stained, ice machine on 3rd floor didn’t work. When i tried to call the front desk to ask for another room, no one answered so I went down to speak to the clerk. She gave me room keys to another room on the second floor to go see if I’d like that room instead. So, i went to look at it and either someone else was already staying in the room (because the bed was unmade and there were objects around the room) or the maid hadn’t cleaned it yet. We opted to stay in the room we were in because at least the bed sheets appeared to be clean….but I asked her to have the maid come vacuum and she said that she was the only one there and that couldn’t happen. She offered to lower the price of the room which I accepted and told me the maid would be there the next day (we had the room for 2 nights). The maid never came by the next day to vacuum. My husband overheard several other guests in the lobby sayi the front desk clerk had given them keys to rooms that were already in use or dirty Overall…the entire property is badly run down and it was apparent that they didn’t have adequate staffing to handle the needs of the property or guests.

Check in was quick and easy, staff were very friendly. Bed wasn't too bad and oir room was nice. We would definitely stay here again.

New ones made and still had trouble getting in the room. Some people hanging around the front of the bogs and not guests were less than desirable. A little sketchy. Have stayed here each year for many years on our trips and found it now needs some attention.

Front desk was unmanned and we waited a long time to check in. Keys did not work and we had to return to desk and wait again for help after being on the road 9 hours. Breakfast had a severe lack of choices so we left without eating.

We stayed here six nights and the room was never cleaned or serviced. We had to request fresh towels from the service person or desk. Service person said he was not allowed to clean our room until checkout.

The place is always clean and real friendly staff.

The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable and clean. Great value for the price. I’d definitely stay here again when in the area.

A 5 minute drive off interstate, so it's in a quiet area. A few items weren't in the best condition - towel rack was slightly broken and shower dripping. But very clean overall.

It’s close to tanglewood

Worth the 5 minute drive from the interstate. Clean & comfortable room, safe parking, quiet area.

Easy access to highway. Close to town. Friendly staff. Rooms were clean and curtains fully covered the windows blocking almost all light.

This hotel met my needs - close to William Woods University. Overall it was clean, the window sills were not clean at all! The noise level was great, comfortable bed and pillow. Would stay again.

Clean and comfortable! Hot breakfast was great! Carpeted stairs in between floors needed vacuuming but that was about it. Check in was quick and check out by phone was convenient! Will definitely stay again.

Room was acceptably clean, but we had no bath towels and had to go the front desk to ask for them. When we went to the breakfast bar, all the main offerings - eggs, gravy, sausage, biscuits - were all *stone cold*. As in *refrigerator* cold for some of it. Check in took a long time. Room was clean. Breakfast was a joke. Juice machine broken. Waffle iron broken. Eggs empty. My granddaughter ate a yogurt and we went elsewhere for breakfast. It was ok but I wouldn't make an effort to stay there next time we drive through.

Pros: Very quiet property. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Great bbq place next door. Cons: No coffee available at breakfast two days in a row. Given it was a holiday, server may have been overwhelmed. All in all, we would stay there again due to location, pool, and pet-friendliness.
