DoubleTree by Hilton Phoenix Mesa

Stayed here for a work conference. Hotel Rooms were tidied every day whether it was requested or not. Sign said that towels hung up wouldn't be changed but they were taken every day. Buffet breakfast was delicious. Beds were comfortable. Air Conditioning was a bit loud but manageable. Quiet time started at 10 pm which was great, only a bit of noise and running around from a sports team on the first night.

The tub in my room was not draining properly and therefore had dirt and debris from when the cleaning crew had cleaned the room. Also the tub had worn areas where it was cracked and peeling.

Clean room, friendly staff. Easy parking.

The staff at checking was so nice. There was a problem with my check-in (no reservation) But I still managed to be checked in and shown to my room..

Double Tree was amazing. From the moment I checked in to when I checked out. The staff was very accommodating to not only me, but also our cat, Grogu, welcomed with fresh warm cookies. The rooms were nice and clean. The pool and hot tub was really nice. Overall I will definitely be booking back here again.
