They need to decide if this place is a venue or a hotel. You will not get not one peaceful night. They always have something going on. Access to the pool is closed when they have their concerts. Anybody can get into this place which makes it very unsafe. The food is nasty. The personal is very unprofessional except the cleaning staff. Overall DO NOT GO THERE.

The place was lovely, mostly everything was in excellent condition. The only two problems was the food, and the gym. The food was a let down because it was the same thing every day as far as breakfast and lunch. Also, better equipment for the gym is needed. The AC was not working, causing a very hot climate. Need machines that actually work.

The elevator is out of service. I had to take the stairs each time to the 3dr floor. It was hard since im a sick person. But good place to stay.

Food was way too expensive. Paid breakfast for 4 at $13 a person, paid dinner buffet for 4 at $39 per person per day everyday. A al carte even more. Bar expensive. For the hotel price breakfast could have been included. That would be the reason i would exited to stay they again. Staff was amazing. I was not feeling well so to medical issues, they help me carefully choose my food as directed by doctors. Very smiley people. The ATM exchange rate was unfair. Room was comfortable. Shower was great. Pool needs better treatment. It was safe place. I had a good time at the casino. The kids loved it off course because they did not spend a penny from they pocket...lol

The hotel was very nice. I love that it has a classic timeless look about it. If there is one thing I would say with this hotel ,it must do better with their food and drinks. It was not all that great and for the price you are being charged, I would recommend you eat in the city. The front desk staff were very nice and Alenjandro assist us professionally. I do love the fact that the security of EL Rancho are constantly watching the property and the housekeeping staff was very pleasant.

Mon séjour était agréable et paisible. Les chambres sont spacieuses et sont décorées avec goût. La nourriture était délicieuse et variée. La propreté par contre n'était pas irréprochableble. This is a location that I come to every time I am in Haiti. I was so happy to see some of the same staff from the past few years still working there . Great customer service and friendly faces. This is the ONLY hotel in Port Au Prince that I definitely feel at home and safe at. I’d like to say welcome to the new Manager Mr Anoop. What an amazing well versed man. He definitely knows the business.

Front desk was lying about how much money the cab is to the airport. They raised the price. At El rancho they prohibited visitors to visit you in your room first time I see that I travel every month to other countries. Some of the front desk employees are rude.

Mary gracia Beigel Anoop the manager takes his to come and welcome like he knows me for 20 years I felt great, welcoming,the staff well trained oh wow chef gabby was one of the best chef I ever met made me feel very special if you want to have a very special time you need be at El Ranchi Thank you El rancho for making me not miss home.

They need to decide if this place is a venue or a hotel. You will not get not one peaceful night. They always have something going on. Access to the pool is closed when they have their concerts. Anybody can get into this place which makes it very unsafe. The food is nasty. The personal is very unprofessional except the cleaning staff. Overall DO NOT GO THERE.

The place was lovely, mostly everything was in excellent condition. The only two problems was the food, and the gym. The food was a let down because it was the same thing every day as far as breakfast and lunch. Also, better equipment for the gym is needed. The AC was not working, causing a very hot climate. Need machines that actually work.

Friendly staff, nice and quiet area, wonderful restaurant and food. No complaints as ad for services but I spent 3 days without internet.

Mon séjour était agréable et paisible. Les chambres sont spacieuses et sont décorées avec goût. La nourriture était délicieuse et variée. La propreté par contre n'était pas irréprochableble. Les meubles mériteraient un nettoyage plus soutenu. De plus, à mon goût, l'ambiance est assez morne, il manque d'activités.

Food was way too expensive. Paid breakfast for 4 at $13 a person, paid dinner buffet for 4 at $39 per person per day everyday. A al carte even more. Bar expensive. For the hotel price breakfast could have been included. That would be the reason i would exited to stay they again. Staff was amazing. I was not feeling well so to medical issues, they help me carefully choose my food as directed by doctors. Very smiley people. The ATM exchange rate was unfair. Room was comfortable. Shower was great. Pool needs better treatment. It was safe place. I had a good time at the casino. The kids loved it off course because they did not spend a penny from they pocket...lol

Front desk was lying about how much money the cab is to the airport. They raised the price. At El rancho they prohibited visitors to visit you in your room first time I see that I travel every month to other countries. Some of the front desk employees are rude.
