Great place to stay. Great location, very professional staff. I love the fact that they lock up the premises by 11 pm so random people can't just walk up and enter the property. Also I love that they have a decent washing room which takes coins or payment via an app.

There is no driveway accessing the hotel--you need to use the parking lot next to it to get in, which is a minor-ish issue, but a pain. The hotel was understaffed. There was no one there to check me in, and two guests coming out told me that was typical. The young man who eventually came down seemed perfectly nice and competent, but he told me there was an elevator malfunction, and it took him time to get from the rooms to the desk. The problems on site were not his.

While checking in I noticed a very strong smell in smell in the lobby as if they were trying to cover up something. I’ve we got to our room we were greeted with the same smell which was so strong it was hard to breathe. The floors in the room were so sticky that if felt like you were walking with tape stuck to the bottom of your shoes. After maybe 10 minutes my wife and I left this hotel and spent the money to stay at one down the road. Would not recommend this property to anyone. Stay far away.

This was the WORST hotel I have EVER stayed in! The hall near the elevator smelled like cat pee, the entire room was filthy: floors were greasy and looked like they NEVER been cleaned, there was food splatter in the microwave, hair and trash under the bed, dust buildup on everything, something splattered on the walls, stains on the bedding, black mold in the bathroom and so on! When we went down to get a new room, the next two rooms were just as bad!! And there were SEVERAL guests also complaining about the cleanliness of their rooms!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! The ONLY nice thing about this hotel is that they had the sweetest girl at the front desk working.

Thought I give this property a try because it had a kitchen. It didn’t come with any forks, spoons or anything to cook or bowls. The room felt alil stuffy so I had to open the window when showering. I arrived and they told me they were overbooked and there was nothing they can do, I didn't receive any call or email saying anything, I had an urgent trip and had to cancel important meetings to look for another place that ended up being way more expensive, far from where I needed to stay and a complete loss of time. Employees were completely unhelpful and just kept saying "there is nothing we can do"

I was first told that expedia overbooked the property, and that they didn't have a room. After calling Expedia, suddenly the property had two cancellations and could host us. When we got to the property, the doors were locked to get into the lobby. There was a phone to use to call for assistance. It took almost 30 minutes for someone to finally come down and check us in. This was after having to call over snd over for someone to help us.

I contacted them at 10:30 pm to see if we could check in and was told yes because our room Was already paid in full but whrn we arrived there was no one at the front desk to give us a room card, nor a hotel phone available to dail 500 per their sign. I called the msin numbet several times and was advised I would have to get a refund from my third party I booked with. This is ridiculous that I paid for a room in full and was unable to check in due to no one being available to let us in. I have NEVER been to a hotel that didn't gave someone on site! I am requesting a full refund!

No one was present for check out @10:45am and my key got deactivated so I couldn’t go back up to the room to get the rest of my stuff and just left it behind since we had to go. There was a sign at the desk that said “gone to the bank be back in 25 min” but no time stamp. I left my keys in the sleeve on the counter unattended to check out. Tried to call but no one picked up. Walked outside to load up the car and the front desk lady was smoking a cigarette.

Check in was decent but that's where it ends. The smell in the entire hotel is stomach churning. Exterior doors were propped open all night. My room was obviously a smoking room even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. Our floor smelled like a very used catbox. There is no entrance...you have to use the driveway next door and cut through the parking lot. It is not marked and it's on a one way street so most guests have to do several laps to figure out where to pull in. I do NOT recommend this facility.
Check in was decent but that's where it ends. The smell in the entire hotel is stomach churning. Exterior doors were propped open all night. My room was obviously a smoking room even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. Our floor smelled like a very used catbox. The lobby has a gagging smell of freshener. Shower was clean but the rat looked a bit spartan: chipped paint, water damage by the window, broken piece of blind left a view from outside into the room. Room 122 has a kitchen and full fridge, but no utensils to cook anything, not even coffee. The bathroom door gets stuck and doesn't close all the way. All expected given the $65 rate.

Very clean rooms and property. Staff was super nice. Room has a refrigerator, cooktop, and microwave but NO pots, pans, or utensils. No coffee maker in the room. No ironing board. No hairdryer. VERY basic room with a bed.

The price was right. There was all we needed for one night. For a longer stay you may need to provide your own utensils. There were none in the kitchenette.

Thought I give this property a try because it had a kitchen. It didn’t come with any forks, spoons or anything to cook or bowls. The room felt alil stuffy so I had to open the window when showering. And you can hear the everything outside with the window fully closed. The stay wasn’t all bad I would give it a 6

Parking entrance was easy to miss. We were hoping for a little continental breakfast but only coffee was offered. Staff was very friendly and informative. Descent for the money. we will stay again.

I’ve stayed at this property before, but this time they change a lot. They don’t offer kitchen stuff or utensils anymore. I didn’t like how it wasn’t any small towels to use, they only give dry towels and medium towels. I’m glad I brought backup. The housekeeping tried to come in my room twice while I was staying there, I never ask for housekeeping service. It’s not a bad property, I just wish they gave more than what they charge to stay at their hotel.

When I arrived, it took over 15 minutes to just check in. The front staff we so slow and took so long on the computer and walking around and answering phones and I finally just grabbed my key and walked off because they had walked off also. They were not rude, just no care about getting anyone helped. Also, the place was just dirty. The elevator rug looked so old and trash on it. Not maintained and a dump.

There were tons of baby roaches all over the room. Two crawled on my spouse at night and woke him up. Dirty shower and very sticky floors. We could also hear the people next door up all night cussing and watching TC very loud

Me and my girlfriend had to change rooms 3 times in an 8-day stay... First room (only stayed one day) was insanely loud, was right next to the highway and they were in construction all week. Next room was better (we stayed about 5 days or so), but when we got back to the room one night we saw a huge cockroach walking on the wall and we found 2 more dead next to the fridge. The last 3 days we stayed at a different room but the water pressure was awfully low. This hotel was the cheapest around the area for a reason
