The Ritz-Carlton, Langkawi

Lo bueno: - Muy buenas instalaciones: habitaciones tipo cabaña grandes, cuarto de baño espacioso, cama comodísima, espacios comunes estupendos, dos piscinas, una de ellas solo para adultos, playa privada… - Organización general impecable: servicio de traslado interior a distintas zonas del complejo, facilidad para las excursiones, personal amable y resolutivo. - Variedad de restaurantes, desayuno variadísimo y abundante. Lo malo: - La playa tiene un aviso permanente de mejor no bañarse por la existencia de animales peligrosos. Estaba vacía prácticamente siempre. - Al reservar la estancia y enviarte información sobre los restaurantes del hotel, no informan de que es necesario reservar mesa en todos con antelación, lo que provoca que llegues y , si tu estancia es corta como la nuestra (dos días), el riesgo de tener que comer siempre en el restaurante de batalla es alto. - En recepción no son inicialmente muy colaboradores ante la petición de un late check out, lo que no se entiende cuando en su web aparecen habitaciones disponibles…. Tener que quejarse formalmente y ya, de paso, hacerlo también en cuanto a la falta de información previa por su sistema de reservas para comidas y cenas, para conseguir que te lo concedan, sobra en un hotel de esta categoría y pretensiones. Conclusión: sería un cinco fuer másvez me

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 100/100 - An Unforgettable Escape The Ritz-Carlton, Langkawi was everything I was hoping for and more. From the moment we arrived, the attention to detail was second to none. The level of politeness, genuine warmth, and attentiveness from every single member of staff made the entire stay feel incredibly personal and special. The rooms are absolutely stunning, beautifully designed, peaceful, and luxurious. It truly felt like a proper escape from reality, exactly what I was looking for. Every detail is thoughtfully considered, making it easy to completely relax and switch off. The monkeys roaming the resort genuinely add to the experience and make it feel even more unique and connected to nature. A special shout-out to the buggy drivers, who were all incredibly quick, helpful, and friendly, always arriving with a smile. Another huge thank you to Lee at the Beach Grill Restaurant, who was so kind and welcoming, and to the entire team at Horizon, where we spent a lot of our time and were consistently looked after so well. The front of house team also deserve a big mention they were lovely, organised everything I needed seamlessly, and even followed up to make sure all my questions were answered. That extra care really stood out. Overall, I honestly could not recommend this resort highly enough. Exceptional service, beautiful surroundings, and an experience that feels truly special.
