Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Lancaster East at The Outlets

Sehr schönes Hotel und super Lage. Man kann zu Fuß zu den Tanger Outlets gehen. Es war sehr sauber und das Frühstück hatte eine tolle Auswahl. Wir hatten richtig heißes Wasser. Ich kann die anderen Rezessionen nicht bestätigen. Rundum toller Aufenthalt. Ich würde wieder kommen.

Our family had an overnight stay to celebrate a birthday & this hotel had a decent price and reviews which was why we chose to stay there. I'll start with check in, the lady at the desk was very friendly and even tried to put us in a better room, however, she was not aware that the room she put us in had a faulty window that would close all the way. This was very unsafe especially since we had little kids with us so we asked to be moved to another room. The room itself was nice & spacious with 2 queen beds and a sitting area with a pull out sofa bed. It was also a bonus to have two TVs in the room. However, the mattress on the pull out sofa bed was very worn out and thin so it was very uncomfortable. The bathroom was also not cleaned very well as there were hair all around the toilet and the floor. The amenities were great as far as the gym and the laundry area & although there was a pool, it seemed all run down with the floor of the pool looking like its peeling. The hallways were also pretty beat up looking as well with the wallpapers peeling and some rooms were missing room numbers. What made up for it all was the breakfast which was pretty good & had a huge variety from bacon, potatoes, eggs to waffles, cereal, breads and pastries and even yogurt. There was a little bit of everything for everyone so that was probably one of the best parts of our stay. Unless the price is at a decent rate compared to what we paid, we probably wouldnt consider staying here again.

Rooms were cleaned, but had a stale smell, staff member during check in wasn’t that pleasant, but checked staff beautiful smile. Will I stay again… yes

Overall the place was not bad. However, I could hear every footstep from the people who had the room above ours. Very aggravating.
