The sofar bed was uncomfortable.hard, kids hurt them self on they legs every time they get in because steels frame that stick out underneath bed sheet that them couldn't see. Pool was half close at the time we stay and only little pool was opened so it was over crowded and water was cloudy as too many people in it. Not nove.Other then that was good.

The room was good but not fully clean upon arrival, it was sorted by housekeeping the next day though. The largest pool, pool bar and beach bar were closed for refurbishment forcing everyone to the smaller splash pool which was ok but the staff struggled to deal with the number of people. The service was good but at meal times you were basically limited to one drink. It all felt rushed and not relaxing. The pool itself was poorly maintained too. Both my son’s cut their hands and feet on numerous occasions on sharp or missing tiles, once needing first aid from the lifeguard. Another child cut the end off his toe.

Horrendous, dont even bother . Half the facilities are closed which we were not aware of! No beach access. Large family lagoon pool and all restaurants around it are closed. Woken up 8am all day to 12 hours of industrial power drills and extreme building site noise. Our view was a waste as we couldn’t see through the filth on the windows. Out hot tub was full of thick black pieces of dirt every time we turned it making it unusable. £3000 it cost me and me 3 children for our stay after upgrading via the hotel direct when hotels.com failed to resolve a issue. Complained about the building site and was told to take it up with hotels. Com on our return. Absolutely disgusting !!!

We had an Amplified Studio Suite with hot tub on the terrace in February. Huge room, exceptionally comfortable bed, walk in couples shower room, hydro bath, separate sitting area. Then the terrace; 2 deep filled mattress sun beds and a hot tub big enough to fit 3. The terrace we had faced in a southeasterly direction so we had the sun from sunrise until 2pm. We would grab breakfast and then utilise our private terrace until we lost the sun at 2pm. At which point we would then migrate to the Eden pool (adult only) with its swim up bar and a good mixture of Ibiza tunes, house, rock and even a live saxophone player one afternoon. Alternatively you can head to the largest Lagoon pool. This has a swim up bar, but it wasn’t open in our low season visit. It also has a “naturally” created beach facing the real cove out to sea. All inclusive gives you breakfast, lunch and dinner at Sessions buffet. This covers all tastes, grilled meats, fish, veggies, pasta, pizza, cold cuts, cheese, sushi, cured fish, amazing salads, fresh breads, oils, vinegars, deserts galore, and a ice cream machine. If you can’t find it here, you need to reconsider your dietary choices. Sports bar, fusion, and splash bar are all bookable restaurants (via app) and well worth a visit. Starter, main and desert included in each. 16th bar on the roof top is well worth a sunset drink and photo opp. Payable bar (20% discount for all inc). Drinks are excellent. Popular brands for most available.

Hotel was fun,great theme. Food and room was excellent. Disappointed with the benefits of rock royalty, definitely didn't get that feel.The rock royalty restaurant was very busy for the space. One access to the spa was very disappointing and one of the reasons i booked the hotel was to use the spa facilities. You have to pay 30 euros for a hour half after that. When i stayed in 2019 the hotel was alot better. The drinks and food in the hotel is three times the price of outside. 3 cocktails 50 euro! Outside the main buffet the restaurants are very quite ( due to price id imagine. Effects the atmosphere. Also down in the beach club you have to pay to sit anywhere nice. Not very rock royalty . Overall a nice hotel that is a shell of what it used to be. If they just dropped there prices all around im sure would double there income and have more returning customers. If you do go ,id probably recommend all inclusive otherwise youd be paying alot. Rock royalty staff especially in the reception where fantastic.

Lovely hotel very clean good live music but the music played at all pools and rooftop was dance and house music bit strange for a hardrock i repeat hardrock didnt hear one rock song.

Clean and spacious hotel. Excellent beds and shower. Nice entertainment music. Nice pools. Good buffet. The only thing I didn't like is the fact we have to pay for water at the buffet. But this is the case with most Spanish hotels I think.

This place is awful. Dated building inside and out, not very clean, stained sheets, dirty rooms, awful food, staff are generally rude and unhelpful, honestly you could not pay me to go to this hotel again. We did all inclusive but ended up eating out as the food was really poor. I thought faeces in the pool day one was bad but it got worse someone also puked in the pool. The surrounding area is tacky and run down. The beach is a literal joke! You really feel unwelcome here, complaints are just ignored, it's just grim. The steak house staff, in particularly Alicia was on another level of rude genuinely shocked by her behavior, this was their a la carte restaurant! I love Tenerife and have been to several different resorts but this hotel was very disappointing, really poor value for money!

Great room, spotless and well-maintained/cleaned daily. Immaculate hotel, great staff and atmosphere. Fantastic breakfast. Lovely pools and surrounds with a personal service available to your lounger. Couldn't fault a thing

Sheets on the bed were not changed daily. Must have been on for a week. Dust in the room. Not acceptable for a 5 Star hotel. The steak restaurant was very good. Never been charged 10 euros per portion of chips before. Well over the top. Thought they were included should have been brought to out attention. Inside the hotel, good, Child friendly, and staff very nice. Outside the hotel poor amenities and poor restaurants. Importantly breakfast of poor quality. Bacon looked processed. Had this in a 3.5 star, not in a 5 star. Expected better from a 5 star hotel. One of the main points of a breakfast is the bacon. Overall less quantity and more quality.

What I appreciated was the hospitality of Reception & Guest services staff. Courteous and professional. I liked that music preference was a feature in bedroom, that was cool. I am a frequent traveller and stayed in many 5* hotels, im afraid, this in my opinion was not 5*. Pools cold not warm as claimed. My shower was dirty on arrival water stains brown and 3 long blonde hairs on floor. Breakfast queues long and food average. Stayed 1 night and left. Still in tenerife but at another hotel which is 4* and better! Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife may be just a lacklustre experience for me but may suit others.

Leider hat das Hotel nicht den Erwartungen entsprochen. Es war der erste und letzte Aufenthalt. Kein 5 Sterne Niveau. Wir hatten eine Kakerlake im Zimmer, danach Zimmerumzug. Feb Half term week: Rooms are very spacious and clean. The lighting was very dim in the bathroom and doors to toilet or bathroom didn’t lock or even shut properly and kept swinging open. There was also a smell of drains which I have seen other customers complaining about in reviews over the past week also. Kids club was great for our pre teen with games consoles/regular football tournaments which kept him happy. Toddler was happy with the splash pool and toys in the kids club. Breakfast was ok. Good range of food but most cooked breakfast items such as bacon etc were burnt/hard. The policy they have where you can’t approach the bar for a drink is ridiculous. You had to wait for a server to come and take your order and at some points of the day where the children wanted drinks at the pool we waited over an hour. One day they didn’t come to serve at all so walking to the shop was quicker. For those going all inclusive I would seriously rethink about the board you stay. I’m very grateful we chose bed and breakfast for the lack of staff and service to cope with the amount of customers wanting and waiting for drinks or food, especially around the pool. On the few occasions I did approach the bar to complain that we have waited too long for drinks orders to be taken and ask could I please just be served at the bar I was rudely told no and to go and wait for her colleagues. No where near enough staff to deal with a full hotel. Location is also poor. Taxi to Adeje is €20

Es ist abends sehr laut, Party und Lifemusik. Wenn man die Zimmer auf der falschen Seite hat, muss man da durch, ob man will oder nicht. Auschecken geht bis 12 Uhr, ab 11 waren unsere Zimmerkeys deaktiviert , was ärgerlich ist, wenn man noch am Pool war … die Musik ist grundsätzlich überall zu laut

Vermoderte Fugen in der Dusche, Wasserschäden an Türrahmen, und insgesamt ein eher "abgerocktes" Interior zeugen davon, dass das Hotel doch sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist und keinesfalls die Erwartungen an ein 5-Sterne Haus erfüllt, ebensowie das in Teilen sehr schroffe und unaufmerksame Personal.

We had an Amplified Studio Suite with hot tub on the terrace in February. Huge room, exceptionally comfortable bed, walk in couples shower room, hydro bath, separate sitting area. Then the terrace; 2 deep filled mattress sun beds and a hot tub big enough to fit 3. The terrace we had faced in a southeasterly direction so we had the sun from sunrise until 2pm. We would grab breakfast and then utilise our private terrace until we lost the sun at 2pm. At which point we would then migrate to the Eden pool (adult only) with its swim up bar and a good mixture of Ibiza tunes, house, rock and even a live saxophone player one afternoon. Alternatively you can head to the largest Lagoon pool. This has a swim up bar, but it wasn’t open in our low season visit. It also has a “naturally” created beach facing the real cove out to sea. All inclusive gives you breakfast, lunch and dinner at Sessions buffet. This covers all tastes, grilled meats, fish, veggies, pasta, pizza, cold cuts, cheese, sushi, cured fish, amazing salads, fresh breads, oils, vinegars, deserts galore, and a ice cream machine. If you can’t find it here, you need to reconsider your dietary choices. Sports bar, fusion, and splash bar are all bookable restaurants (via app) and well worth a visit. Starter, main and desert included in each. 16th bar on the roof top is well worth a sunset drink and photo opp. Payable bar (20% discount for all inc). Drinks are excellent. Popular brands for most available.

The hotel is situated in Playa Paraiso its a very quiet village with only a few restaurants. We hired a car luckily we had free parking included with Expedia. The rooms were large however had no privacy given the open bathroom. Cleaning was hit and miss sometimes good other times bad. Carpets everywhere needed a good Hoover. There was a good choice of food at breakfast however it was so busy, you couldn’t even hear yourself talk. Towels were often threadbare in both the room and the pool at which you could only get one towel in exchange for a card given at checkin. The teen club was only open until 7pm, far too early and the football pitch had a hole that was a trip hazard. The entertainment was sporadic at best. This hotel is at most a 4 star.

We love this place. The music is excellent. Amenities excellent. Food all really good. Not enough staff for the volume of guests though and meant it took 30-55 mins for a drink to arrive (including water)! Restaurants all already booked on arrival. No VIP perks for Expedia gold either.

We were not informed of a private event and were treated poorly and told conflicting information from.Reception. Everyone had bags searched,drinks bought at their own premises confiscated inc water. And told not to use the sunbeds as they were for private event people VIPs. Ruined husbands birthday treat.

Positives: nice room and drinks at the beach bar. Negatives: Limited food option,I had to walk around several times to find something to eat.No special food for Christmas.No DJ by the pool at Christmas day.No special enterntainment. Room was cleaned twice in our 4 night stay.2nd clean I have requested twice on the app and eventually had to go to reception to aak for it.Even so bed sheets wasn't changed once.My husband had elbow bleed and was sleeping all 4 night on the blood stains.Room wasn't dusted - even glass bedside cabinets.Coffee pots and drinks were refilled once. Staff at the sessions restaurant.I was told off for seating at the empty table when no waiters were around ,making me feel embarrased like a naughty child.Plates were taken away couple of times even thought we didn't finish our meal.Another time there were no cuttlery at the table ,my husband went to the bar and asked for the forks and was rold off by the waiter that he doesn't know were the forks are.Husband asked again : how come yoi don't know aren't you working here? And reaponce was : I do work here ,but I don't give a f...ck - in those exact words. All those issues were raised with manager Diana ,who didn't want to help at all .She said that nobody else complaining ,which made us feel as liars.We seen people complaining at the reception several times during our stay.Embarrasing again ,as we just raised up someting needs attention amd improvement ,as service in the several parts of the hotel is afwul.

From the moment we checked in we felt welcomed and special. Guillermo checked us in and gave us so much information about the property. Cristina in the Rock Shop was so helpful on all our visits helping us top get the most of our shopping experience. We loved the meals we had at the 3rd Half Bar, the team there, Elan, Antonio, Eduardo, Maykel and Junior were all so attentive without being intrusive. The pools were a great way to spend a day recharging and having fun as a family. Appreciated the courtesy bus to visit the Hard Rock Cafe, which was an added bonus for us. Cannot wait for a chance to return to the resort at the earliest opportunity. One of our best ever holidays, Thank you to the entire team at the resort.

The service was generally not great. The hotel staff left our luggage in the lobby the entire day, right by the door, after asking them to deliver this to the room 3 times, we eventually went down and took it to our room ourselves, with two small kids this is not ideal. The food was average and generally no one explained anything and everything was done with attitude. Sorry hard no, for the hard rock!

Great hotel, great food, great for families. Drinks services (both alcoholic and non) on all inclusive let it down massively, constantly waiting for someone to take your order, long waits for drinks to arrive, not allowed to order in the bar areas - seemed very ‘controlled’ which let our experience down a bit.

We stayed 3 nights at Hard Rock hotel and absolutely enjoyed our stay.Staffs were very friendly,buffet breakfast was brilliant and we really loved the heated swimming pool. 471 bus stop is just outside the hotel which is so convenient for travelling.

The hotel is excellent, the pools the staff the vibe of the hotel is excellent. The only negative is the location of the hotel. There is a few restaurants around the hotel and small bars. We were there for 4 nights, we were breakfast only at the hotel so we tried 2 restaurants locally. We did enjoy both restaurants but the other 2 nights we caught a bus outside the hotel to costa Adeje 2 euro each and a taxi back approx 16-18 euro. There is the option of going all inclusive and stay the duration of your stay at the hotel, but we prefer to eat out somewhere different every night. We would definitely come back and stay again.
The hotel is excellent, the pools the staff the vibe of the hotel is excellent. The only negative is the location of the hotel. There is a few restaurants around the hotel and small bars. We were there for 4 nights, we were breakfast only at the hotel so we tried 2 restaurants locally. Excellent stay at the Hard Rock Tenerife. Staff were very friendly, areas waere clean and entertainment was great. I think you need a hire car if you want to have a look round as the area is not in the town.

Property was lovely didn’t realise how Far out although only €15 to Adeje in a taxi rank at front door of hotel. Really loved the hotel rooms beautiful and different. Entertainment was great live music every night. Not much around the hotel few shops and places to eat. Food in the sessions buffet great choices. Being inclusive felt at a disadvantage as only allowed to eat in cafe at appointed times. I would not eat in the al a carte as an all inclusive guest again as poor service and limited menu. Staff attentive slightly abrupt at times will put this down to language barrier. Really clean although lagoon pool needs a little attention the heated pools were fantastic. Again service around the pools is brilliant. Staff at the pool bar were amazing thank you. We had a great holiday would highly recommend and will definitely return. I recommend downloading the hotel app and familiarising yourself with the hotel before going. There is also a Facebook page. Lots of children here who were well catered for by all activities.

Amazing hotel . As always the Hard Rock offers exceptional service and facilities. The hotel location isn’t perfect and you cant really walk into the main strip due to the coastline but there is a bus just outside which is easy and cheap . If this hotel was in Costa Adeje centre it would be twice the price. Overall still excellent. Thanks to all at Hard Rock .

Hotel war gut, sehr sauber und sehr ästhetisch, die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett. Leider gibt es in der näheren Umgebung kaum etwas zu sehen, so dass man immer mindestens 20-30 Minuten mit bus/taxi in andere Orte fahren musste. Die Mitarbeiter haben sich jedes mal bedankt, dass sie unser dreckiges Geschirr mitnehmen durften, das war uns etwas unangenehm. Wir haben für den Service zu danken. Beim Essen gab es gar keine Abwechslung. Jeden Tag gab es das gleiche Fertigessen! Sind trotz Halbpension dann am ende lieber auswärts essen gegangen. Die Cocktails vor Ort waren nicht lecker. Viel Sirup und eher minderwertiger Alkohol. Viele haben sie probiert und stehen lassen. Die Abendanimation war nett umgesetzt, aber im Foyer immer schlecht abgemischt und zu laut. Great property, staff were amazing. Nice food choices. Only draw back is although there is access to a "beach" is not a sandy one. But the resort was great from the room to the dining options and pool areas were great also. Entertainment at night was fab.

When is all inclusive NOT all inclusive?! Over half of the drinks are supplement, half of the restaurants give you a 30% discount, but worst of all the coffee bar, splash pool and beach club will let you have an all inclusive lunch between 1200-1300 and 1300-1500 and it’s less than half of what’s on the menu (if you’re paying anytime/anything you want). But between 1300-1500 the only All inclusive option is buffet restaurant. Not like most 5* AI, most things ARE NOT ALL INCLUSIVE

Room was good. Staff on the whole were good. Buffet was very poor, food quality was ok, but the selection was limited. Atmosphere at the hotel was quite dull. Entertainment was terrible. While being a decent all Inc hotel, it's one of the worst I've ever been to. Value for money was poor.

Hotel was very clean. The All inclusive was very confusing and the times that you could eat in some restaurants was also confusing. The food in the buffet restaurant breakfast was very nice lunch time was ok but the evening was the same every night. If you liked salad you would be ok. Sometimes it took a long time to get a drink as you are not able to go to the bar to get one yourself and had to wait for a member of staff to see you waiting. The weather was not that kind (out of the Hotels control) nothing to do when not able to sit by pool. Nothing much to do around area either bit too quite. Hotel had a shuttle bus to The Hard rock which we used but the taxi back was expensive so could not afford to do that all the time. Went on a trip booked through Hotel to the Volcano and 3 villages which saw the Northern side of the island which was vey good although when it came to lunch and the recommendation of the tour guide to eat in the restaurant set meal I would not recommend. All in all we had a good break feel relaxed but would not visit again.

We had an Amplified Studio Suite with hot tub on the terrace in February. Huge room, exceptionally comfortable bed, walk in couples shower room, hydro bath, separate sitting area. Then the terrace; 2 deep filled mattress sun beds and a hot tub big enough to fit 3. The terrace we had faced in a southeasterly direction so we had the sun from sunrise until 2pm. We would grab breakfast and then utilise our private terrace until we lost the sun at 2pm. At which point we would then migrate to the Eden pool (adult only) with its swim up bar and a good mixture of Ibiza tunes, house, rock and even a live saxophone player one afternoon. Alternatively you can head to the largest Lagoon pool. This has a swim up bar, but it wasn’t open in our low season visit. It also has a “naturally” created beach facing the real cove out to sea. All inclusive gives you breakfast, lunch and dinner at Sessions buffet. This covers all tastes, grilled meats, fish, veggies, pasta, pizza, cold cuts, cheese, sushi, cured fish, amazing salads, fresh breads, oils, vinegars, deserts galore, and a ice cream machine. If you can’t find it here, you need to reconsider your dietary choices. Sports bar, fusion, and splash bar are all bookable restaurants (via app) and well worth a visit. Starter, main and desert included in each. 16th bar on the roof top is well worth a sunset drink and photo opp. Payable bar (20% discount for all inc). Drinks are excellent. Popular brands for most available.

Only minus / negative is the beds are springy and hard. Washbasin caused a lot of water spillage around them, so we got towels to pick up the excess water. The staff was serviceminded and pleasant. They spoke English and tried to cater out needs. We rented a car on the hotel and it was a nice experience. There are shows every evening with a variety of performer's with covers from Queen, the Killers, Rolling Stones and other great bands.

I had an incredible holiday, being solo somewhere you have never been before can be daunting but everything was absolutely excellent, from my room (gold suite) to the service, I cannot describe how fantastic it was. I attended the pool party which was ten times bigger than I expected but an amazing experience. The only thing I would say is the hotel is not walking distance to any nice beaches or where I wanted to go so I was spending €40-€60 per day when I wanted to explore but other than that I have not got one bad thing to say about anything. I would return in a heartbeat!
