The gym could use a little upgrading, but the hotel was otherwise gorgeous and the staff very kind and helpful. Our 2-bedroom suite had two levels and was incredibly spacious. And we walked home from dinner in town within minutes. Highly recommend.

Bella struttura vicino alla capitale dell’isola e personale super gentile e sorridente. Peccato per la piscina super gelata e per l’idromassaggio all’interno della piscina rotto; altra pecca che abbiamo trovato: capelli nella doccia, polvere e tante formiche. Bella la struttura ma è una struttura da 4 stelle non da 5 stelle.

The room and hotel were super clean. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The limo driver picked me up from the airport with my name on a board, that was cool. They offered to help with scheduling tours, dinners, taxi rides. The breakfast was a beautiful spread of meat, cheese, pastries, eggs, juice, cereal. Lots of options. And a breakfast bag for the early airport flight. I didn’t use the spa service, but I wish I had. I’m adventurous and did a lot of public bus, hikes, runs and even mountain biking. I could have used a spa day. The pool was beautiful with a lovely view of the sea. The jacuzzi on the patio was a great feature, and great for photos- however it did smell of plastic from the plastic cover. Not sure a way around that, perhaps a rubber cover would do the trick.

J’ai trouvé l’hôtel mal isolé Nous avons eu 2 chambres différentes et à chaque fois nous avons beaucoup entendu les voisins. Les plafonds sont hauts et le sol est en carrelage, ils bougent une chaise, prennent une douche et on entend. Pas acceptable pour un 5*, et l’eau des piscines est froide, complètement froide, donc inutile hors juillet et août je pense.

Just 10 minute walk from Fira centre, it was easy to get to with good parking. Excellent food in the restaurant. Very helpful staff who were really friendly. Really enjoyed my stay!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel with our 3-month-old baby for 2 nights — and immediately wished we had booked a longer stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We've travelled a lot around the world, but the reception team here truly stood out as the most friendly, helpful, and accommodating we've ever encountered. They made travelling with a young baby remarkably easy and we were so grateful. We booked a Senior Suite with an outdoor terrace and private jacuzzi — and it was absolutely perfect. The space was beautiful, and we loved having the jacuzzi to relax in. The pool area was peaceful with comfortable sun loungers, and breakfast each morning was a lovely experience, made even better by the attentive and kind staff. We also really appreciated the location — just an 8-minute uphill walk to the centre of Fira. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fira.

The staff were all exceptionally helpful and friendly. The rooms clean and have everything you need. Great pool area with comfortable beds and towels. Short walk to main area of Thira albeit uphill. But santorini is hilly so that is the same everywhere. Would recommend. Thank you.

Love the hotel. It is well kept and beautiful. All the staffs were very nice with great service. The location is a bit of walk to Fira but manageable. Love how there is complimentary parking in front of the hotel. Will for sure recommend and will return if I come back to Santorini

This was our third stay at Astro Palace, and again we had a wonderful time. The experience started before we left home, with Katerina reaching out to enquire about our timings and transportation. A luxurious Benz taxi and lovely driver took us to the hotel, where we received a warm welcome! It was really great to see everyone again (when they came on shift) and to see new friendly faces. Astro Palace is particularly clean, modern, luxurious and professional. The location, in the Fira, is perfect: 10 mins casual walk from a beautiful sunset and, if you're not renting a car or using taxis, 10 mins walk from the buses to Oia, etc. But what makes Astro Palace special is its people. They are very warm and genuinely invested in guests having a good time in Santorini. The other guests we spent time with expressed the same sentiment. In our case, as we've explored the island many times over the years, this time they recommended more rustic, less touristy places, essentially where they enjoy eating in 2025. And, of course, they follow up when we return to get our feedback. Coming back to reception and hanging out by the bar, catching up, was one of many highlights. A massive thank you to Hope, Katerina, Georgia, Ahmed, Dimitri and the entire Astro Palace family for your hospitality, authenticity and good humour 🙏

Hôtel bien situé à 600 m à pied du centre de Fira. Personnel à l’accueil très chaleureux et souriant. Petit déjeuner excellent (je suggérerai de rajouter des produits gluten free, des laits végétaux et des fruits secs). Cependant quelques remarques d’amélioration: 1/ salle de fitness très petite, dépourvue de poids lourds (max 2 altères de 6kg), avec une machine polyfonctions ne fonctionnant pas pour le dos et les pec, sans eau dispo. Incontestablement leur point faible pour ceux comme moi qui réserve leur hôtel pour la salle de fitness. 2/ Le service de chambre ne fait pas systématiquement le réassort de café, lait, eau, donc il faut systématiquement demander. 3/ la chambre n’a pas de rideau occultant et le frigidaire fait beaucoup de bruit donc la chambre n’est pas dans l’obscurité totale et est bruyante donc difficile de dormir correctement 4/ le milk shake est à 9€. Hallucinant 5/ le développement durable n’est pas leur point fort car bouteilles en plastique à foison par exemple

The gym could use a little upgrading, but the hotel was otherwise gorgeous and the staff very kind and helpful. Our 2-bedroom suite had two levels and was incredibly spacious. And we walked home from dinner in town within minutes. Highly recommend.

J’ai trouvé l’hôtel mal isolé Nous avons eu 2 chambres différentes et à chaque fois nous avons beaucoup entendu les voisins. Les plafonds sont hauts et le sol est en carrelage, ils bougent une chaise, prennent une douche et on entend. Pas acceptable pour un 5*, et l’eau des piscines est froide, complètement froide, donc inutile hors juillet et août je pense.

The staff were amazing. Ditto the service. The room was huge and I was upgrated to one with a hot tub which was wonderful. The location is great (9' walk from Fira) if you want a car and to avoid thr crowds. It's just the spectacular views thst you wiil be missing and the thoughtful design or sophisticated luxury you get in otherr 5 star hotels. But this is Santorini, and compared to similar properties at prime locations, overlooking the caldera this is still good value for money. Also, a big shout out to Anna Maria for an great massage!

As we went at the start of the season, it was a little quiet at the start of the week but got busier at the end. This hotel has everything you need. The drinks are fairly expensive but this is common on the island. The food is good quality and tasty. We opted for a room with a private pool and wow, it was amazing, really comfortable and loads of space. Could not fault this hotel or staff at all. We loved it and would love to return.

This was our third stay at Astro Palace, and again we had a wonderful time. The experience started before we left home, with Katerina reaching out to enquire about our timings and transportation. A luxurious Benz taxi and lovely driver took us to the hotel, where we received a warm welcome! It was really great to see everyone again (when they came on shift) and to see new friendly faces. Astro Palace is particularly clean, modern, luxurious and professional. The location, in the Fira, is perfect: 10 mins casual walk from a beautiful sunset and, if you're not renting a car or using taxis, 10 mins walk from the buses to Oia, etc. But what makes Astro Palace special is its people. They are very warm and genuinely invested in guests having a good time in Santorini. The other guests we spent time with expressed the same sentiment. This hotel was, by every stretch of the imagination, a 5-star hotel. From the moment we checked in until check-out, we were treated with a genuine warmest, sincerity, and a smile to boot. Every staff member was friendly, customer focused, and fulfilled any and all our requests. The location is 10 minutes from the center of the town of Fira. The grounds of the hotel are well taken care of. Breakfast was the best we had during our travel to Greece. We'd stay there again if we went back to Santorini.

Staff is very nice. The hotel Itself is clean and the condition Is good. What was a problem is the bathroom shower-every time I was afraid I was going to fall. It was not designed safety. The breakfast- while Included and service was helpful, the food itself was mediocre. The location while about a 12 or so minute walk was not at all safe and not for people who are not strong. Cars will swam past you and not stop. The pool, while very pretty, is surrounded by cars driving around the hotel. Also, my tv was crooked, the programming was “scrambled” Not coming in clearly.

Property was amazing, staff very friendly and area is well designed. Food and amenities were great so definitely a great experience. The only thing that i didnt like was the location. It is at the entrance to Fira, not in the caldera so a 10 min uphill walk is required to get to the main town. We had a rental car so getting around was easier.

The room and hotel were super clean. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The limo driver picked me up from the airport with my name on a board, that was cool. They offered to help with scheduling tours, dinners, taxi rides. The breakfast was a beautiful spread of meat, cheese, pastries, eggs, juice, cereal. Lots of options. And a breakfast bag for the early airport flight. I didn’t use the spa service, but I wish I had. I’m adventurous and did a lot of public bus, hikes, runs and even mountain biking. I could have used a spa day. The pool was beautiful with a lovely view of the sea. The jacuzzi on the patio was a great feature, and great for photos- however it did smell of plastic from the plastic cover. Not sure a way around that, perhaps a rubber cover would do the trick.

And a breakfast bag for the early airport flight. I didn’t use the spa service, but I wish I had. I’m adventurous and did a lot of public bus, hikes, runs and even mountain biking. I could have used a spa day. The pool was beautiful with a lovely view of the sea. The jacuzzi on the patio was a great feature, and great for photos- however it did smell of plastic from the plastic cover. Not sure a way around that, perhaps a rubber cover would do the trick.

Great location and staff. We had a pool room - secluded with great bathroom and terrace. Only issue is breakfast- staff were attentive but it is 3/4 star room and food. No fresh juice, croissants etc

This hotel was, by every stretch of the imagination, a 5-star hotel. From the moment we checked in until check-out, we were treated with a genuine warmest, sincerity, and a smile to boot. Every staff member was friendly, customer focused, and fulfilled any and all our requests. The location is 10 minutes from the center of the town of Fira. The grounds of the hotel are well taken care of. Breakfast was the best we had during our travel to Greece. We'd stay there again if we went back to Santorini.

Hôtel bien situé à 600 m à pied du centre de Fira. Personnel à l’accueil très chaleureux et souriant. Petit déjeuner excellent (je suggérerai de rajouter des produits gluten free, des laits végétaux et des fruits secs). Cependant quelques remarques d’amélioration: 1/ salle de fitness très petite, dépourvue de poids lourds (max 2 altères de 6kg), avec une machine polyfonctions ne fonctionnant pas pour le dos et les pec, sans eau dispo. Incontestablement leur point faible pour ceux comme moi qui réserve leur hôtel pour la salle de fitness. 2/ Le service de chambre ne fait pas systématiquement le réassort de café, lait, eau, donc il faut systématiquement demander. 3/ la chambre n’a pas de rideau occultant et le frigidaire fait beaucoup de bruit donc la chambre n’est pas dans l’obscurité totale et est bruyante donc difficile de dormir correctement 4/ le milk shake est à 9€. Hallucinant 5/ le développement durable n’est pas leur point fort car bouteilles en plastique à foison par exemple

My husband and I stayed at this hotel with our 3-month-old baby for 2 nights — and immediately wished we had booked a longer stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We've travelled a lot around the world, but the reception team here truly stood out as the most friendly, helpful, and accommodating we've ever encountered. They made travelling with a young baby remarkably easy and we were so grateful. We booked a Senior Suite with an outdoor terrace and private jacuzzi — and it was absolutely perfect. The space was beautiful, and we loved having the jacuzzi to relax in. The pool area was peaceful with comfortable sun loungers, and breakfast each morning was a lovely experience, made even better by the attentive and kind staff. We also really appreciated the location — just an 8-minute uphill walk to the centre of Fira. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fira.

Excellent hotel. Very nice food. One of the best (probably the best) hotel we’ve ever stayed at in terms of the staff. We had an amazing welcome from the owner/manager Cleopatra and her team and from that moment on, they were all so attentive, friendly and professional. They really made you feel like their focus was entirely on making your stay as good as it could possibly be. I am sure we will return.

Great location , beautiful hotel new, you do not have to do stairs , very friendly reception staff , Katrina, Hope , Cleopatra and the fourth staff female member that I forgot her name , they made you feel right at home , service with a smile , good breakfast buffett , plenty space for free parking right in front. 10 minutes walk to Fira , though at night roads are not lit and fairly narrow .

The hotel is a quick 5 minute walk into Fira. On the walk into town you will pass the bus terminal/parking lot. Very convenient for a trip to or from Oia. The hotel staff was very warm and accommodating. Since I was arriving to the hotel in late evening, they assisted in arranging for airport pick up—30 Euros from the airport. They also arranged for my transportation to the port for the ferry. The room was spacious and very clean. The pool area is beautiful with views of the sea. The buffet breakfast was varied and plentiful. I took the caldera walk from Fira to Oia. Wear good shoes as parts of the walk are dicey. I would suggest Santorini Dave’s YouTube video to gauge your expectations and be informed of landmarks. Tha highlight of my stay was the staff, especially Kleopatra and Ahmed. I was traveling solo and would highly recommend this hotel.
