Point A Hotel London Shoreditch

Alarm went off during night. No staff member came to check, but it went off. When checking out, no mention, no apology, nothing - which I thought was poor given it disturbed everyone sleep

Hotel was in a good location for the event I was attending and just about in budget. Bed was comfy and staff were all friendly. I was surprised by how tiny the room was for the price, and always struggle with the shower gel dispensers not allowing you to get any out because of how they're fixed to the wall (I've stayed at a few point A's before and always have this issue!) Ideally the hotel would've had a gym, but appreciate that's not an easy win!

Feels really penny pinching to be charging a decent price for the hotel room and then trying to make money from leaving luggage early. Used to be a lot better.

Nice stay. Top location. Comfy bed. Rather small room. Overall very good value for the price.

The hotel was clean however the lack of space and facilities was difficult. No iron in the room had to go through reception to an ironing room and also no drinks facilities at all in the room. Think they're trying to be like moxy but missed the little things
