The apartments were in a central location, spacious, clean and characterful. Not enough bedsheets for all 5 of us though. Beds were comfortable for a good nights sleep and walk-in shower great. Ameneties were useful and working fine. Fridge-freezer and washing machine were essential for us. We stayed over weekend and there was no reception so checkin was stressful.

Wonderful stay. Right at a central place. Clean apartment with all the required amenities. The best part was the host, Kate, at the front desk. She took special care to make sure we had everything we needed. There was a small situation where I had to contact the next hotel host in Salzburg. We traveled from the US and didn't have a local phone. kate allowed us to use her cell phone to make sure our issue was addressed. Thank you, Kate! Devinder

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit hohen Decken, Fischgrätenparkett-Boden und hochwertigen Sanitäranlagen. Lage ist direkt angrenzend an Kreis 1 und die Innenstadt 15 Gehminuten entfernt. Zimmerbezug ohne jeglichen Kontakt über Schlüsselbox möglich. Sehr angenehm war auch, dass ein Starterpacket mit Abfallsäcke, Tücher und aufgepasst Kaffe bereit standen. Duschshampoo vorhanden. Würde das Zimmer weiter empfehlen.

I would give this property 3+ stars. The biggest advantage is, without question, the location—location, location. The accommodations were quite spacious compared with a typical hotel room, and having a kitchen with useful amenities was a real plus. Check-in and check-out were both simple and efficient. I also appreciated the character of the historic building and the thoughtful renovation. On the downside, the very central location means there is considerable street noise when the windows are open. During the summer, the lack of air conditioning can make the room uncomfortable with the windows closed, which affected the overall stay. In addition, we found the floors had not been cleaned properly and felt sticky.

Bad odor in the shower room. Hand soap was completely empty when I first got into the room. I requested it to be refilled, but it was never done.
