check in was quick and easy - room was convienent for a couple of nights - clean and spacious and so so good on price! A bit far out from the city but trams are closely situated. Room toiletries could have been better.

Waren schon mehrfach im Biz Apartment Hammarby Sjöstad und waren bisher sehr zufrieden. Die Angestellten dort sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, die Apartments zweckmäßig und sauber, die Umgebung modern und sicher - nah an ÖPNV, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie. Was aber auffällt ist, dass nötige Renovierungs-/Reparaturaurbeiten nicht durchgeführt werden. So waren die Schließmechanismen der Schränke größtenteils kaputt, Einlageböden im Kühlschrank kaputt, die Balkontür ließ sich nicht komplett schließen, Dekokissen fleckig etc. Was auch umständlich ist, dass die Temperatur zentral gesteuert wird und so ist diese bei 20°C standardmäßig aufgestellt. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption kann dort diese noch um 3°C nach oben verändert. Wir haben aber zum Glück noch zusätzlich einen Elektro-Radiator bekommen. Im Schlafzimmer war die Lüftung rund um die Uhr an. Leider ist diese recht laut und man liegt permanent im Luftzug. Auch nicht sehr komfortabel. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen, wenn sich mehr darum bemüht wird, die Dinge im Schuss zu halten.

I normally can‘t be bothered to write reviews but I will make an exception because this appartment hotel was truly extraordinary! Both the room and the bathroom were quite spacious, very stylish and new and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need for a short to medium-length stay. There was a filter coffee maker, a kettle, toaster, microwave, 2 electric cooking plates and even a dishwasher. I had made rather disappointing experiences with accomodations like these in the past so I brought my own hand soap, dish soap, tea towel and dishwasher tabs but I wouldn‘t have needed to because they were all provided. There are plenty of towels and pillows, too. The surrounding area is still quite new but has everything you need including discounters and supermarkets, several restaurants, a pressbyrån, systembolaget and petrol station within walking distance. There is a hip brewery right by the waterfront just a few steps away where you can enjoy a sundowner drink or two. Despite all that, it’s a quiet residential area so you won’t have any trouble finding sleep at night, especially because the beds are super comfy. The tram stop is also just around the corner and takes you to Gullmarsplan in 5 minutes where you can board the metro into the city. I‘ve never waited more than 5 minutes for a connection so even though you aren‘t downtown, you can get there very quickly. I would definitely come back here every time for my next stay in Stockholm! So keep it up :)

Great location, breakfast bag was meaner, parking was available but limited, wound up parking on the street, but could only pay for 24 hours at a time, tv had half the channels not available.

Allting var jättebra förutom att det var fruktansvärt varmt på nionde våningen. Det enda som fanns att tillgå var fläktar som gjorde varken till eller från. Blev nog runt 28-29 grader när solen låg på. I övrigt var allting jättebra.

Dejlig lys i lejligheden og godt beliggenhed. Jeg var utilfreds med rengøring, da det ikke bliver gjort rent under 3døgn opholdet. Jeg henvender mig til receptionen og bliver oplyst at det kun bliver gjort rent i lejlighed en gang om ugen og man skal selv tomme skraldespanden og smider affaldet på anden sal. Ingen nye håndklæder, medmindre man selv henvender sig i receptionen.

We booked a ”big breakfast” but this was only a breakfast bag that you had to fetch at the reception. Very cheap for them but a huge dissapointment for us. Don’t stay here if you like nice breakfasts! Rooms were nice and clean. The staff was friendly. If you stay loonger they say you only get cleaning once per week. They say it good for the environment but I think they are saving money.

We stayed here on two occasions and had great experience both times. One of the stays was a week long. Everything is very clean. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were quiet. Kitchen is well stocked and the laundry room was convenient. The staff was helpful and was available 24/7. The hotel is just a 5 min walk from the train stop, supermarkets and an awesome bakery. We would definitely stay here again.

They room was not very clean and the bed was uncomfortable but other than that it was nice. Local area is great and the staff were very pleasant.

Room was nice, but wasn’t cleaned properly. Garbage wasn’t emptied and there was hair and eye lashes on the floor from previous guests. Staff were nice and helpful.

Allt var topp och passade mina behov perfekt. Det enda jag skulle kunna ge feedback på är att golvet i rummet var rent från synlig smuts men mina vita strumporna blev ganska smutsiga, så golven hade behövt våttorkas också. Men detta var nog det enda jag kan anmärka på. Annars var detta ett fantastiskt bra boende.

You have no control of the climate of your room which I found too hot even with the balcony door open. It had the worst bed on my extensive travels far far too soft and its way over priced.

Modern, spacious, well equipped Room, great facilities. Location is a little far out of the centre, but transport connections are excellent. This also makes the accommodation much friendlier on the wallet.

Sehr bequeme Betten und Bettwäsche, ruhig in einer schönen Wohnanlage gelegen. Freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption 24/7. Nahegelegene Supermärkte und Lokale.Appartement mit angenehmer Grösse. Küche sehr spartanisch, aber alles da. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältis, absolut empfehlenswert. Aufgrund der Entfernung zum Flughafen und Stockholm City sind Fahrten mit Uber perfekt

Perfekt lägenhetshotell nära till allmänna kommunikationer och bara drygt 25 minuter till centrala Stockholm Lägenheterna är väl planerade, bekväma sängar, bra köksutrustning, spis, kyl, micro och diskmaskin. Personalen supertrevlig, restauranger, supermarkets etc finns på promenadavstånd och även om läget inte är det mest välbesökta kvällstid så är det ett lugnt läge utan störande omgivningar. Som helhet ett prisvärt boende för besök i Sthlm

This was a nice clean property and the bed was super comfy. It was a tad bit out of the way of the old town, but Uber operates close by so that wasn't too much of an issue. Ultimately we had a lovely few days there!

Hade flera interaktioner med personalen som lönade mycket att önska. Underbemannade receptionen sa att de skulle åtgärda X inom 5-10 minuter, kom efter 45 minuter - ganska lång tid om man står och väntar. Vi upptäckte dag två att låsmekanismen inte fungerade, så vår dörr hade stått helt olåst 1,5 dag när vi inte varit där. Även kring detta sa de att de skulle komma direkt, men kom endast nästan en timma efteråt. Överlag dålig servicekänsla. Frukosten kom i en påse och var en besvikelse.

Överraskande bra, bodde här för att besöka Avicii Arena. Promenadavstånd 20-25 min. Säng, jättebra, dusch jättebra. Rum jättebra. Personalen lämnade mycket övrigt att önska. Väldigt unga, ingen service känsla eller välkomnande.

Seriously, skip the hunt for a café and just go with their breakfast—you won’t regret it. But what truly set this place apart was the reception staff. Warm, welcoming, and unbelievably helpful—these folks are in a league of their own. They didn’t just do their jobs; they genuinely cared, and it made all the difference. Mili was phenomenal—friendly, professional, and incredibly thoughtful. He went above and beyond time and again. Whether it was answering our many questions or just making sure everything was perfect, Mili was always one step ahead. This man needs a raise, no question about it. And shoutout to Lovie, who gave us fantastic restaurant recommendations that completely leveled up our dining experiences. Every spot was a hit. Her local knowledge really made us feel like we were in the know. This place has everything—comfort, convenience, and a team that genuinely makes you feel welcome. I’d book again in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommended!

Hotel well located and very confortable room. The staff was very accommodating and professional. It would just be great to have disposable toothbrushes/toothpaste and coffee/tea in the room. Great stay !

The Fire alarm sounded Monday evening around 23.30 for more than 30 minutes. No communication from the staff and a lot of confusion for the whole hotel. You should really establish a speaker on each floor so staff can explain to guest what is going on. The elevators wese still working, and used by some guest, which is a BIG no-no if there would be a fire.

The apartment was in a great neighborhood, close to Coop and Lidl grocery stores. Luma T station was very close with access to Central Station and other sights. The kitchenette was well equipped with everything you need to cook a meal.

vriendelijke personeel. We zaten bovenste verdieping. Dus hadden we mooi uitzicht over deel van stockholm. Daarnaast is ook heel rustige buurt met goede verbinding naar Gamla stan en C-Centralen. Ook is een veerboot op loopafstand.

Personalen supertrevlig, restauranger, supermarkets etc finns på promenadavstånd och även om läget inte är det mest välbesökta kvällstid så är det ett lugnt läge utan störande omgivningar. Location was convenient, between the Luma and Sickla Kaj Tram 30 stops, and close to two supermarkets. The room was clean, and the facilities are in new condition. Room is well-equipped, although I would suggest a large plastic spoon for cooking and a colander for cooking pasta. A small bin for recyclables would also be useful. We enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it.

Verkligen prisvärt rum. Rent, rymligt, bekväm säng, fint badrum, smidig in- och utcheckning. Tog 4-5 minuter att gå från Tvärbanans station. Rent och fräscht område runt hotellet. Besökte Hovet under resan och kunde enkelt promenera dit på ca 25 minuter. Rekommenderas varmt och hit lär jag återkomma.

Hotel ligt zeer kort bij tram / bus verbinding. Netjes en LIDL en COOP in de buurt. Ideale uitvalsbasis in Stockholm.

Breakfast does only exist in bags, no restaurant, and so much plastic waste comes with it. No garbage is collected from the room. Apart from that: clean, quiet, comfortable, pretty big rooms, close to tram station, staff is friendly.

Det var ett fint hotell, men vid bokning står det frukost ingår. Då tar man förgivet att det är frukostbuffé av något slag, det visade sig några dagar tidigare bara vara frukostpåse som var sådär. Halva vistelsen är frukostbuffén för oss och hade inte valt detta alternativ om vi visste.

Hotellet er helt OK, men frokosten er bare en pose med brød, litt pålegg, Musli og drikke.

Clean and soundproof room with a small kitchen. Safe neighborhood, close to tram 30 and it has a 24h service desk. Breakfast in a bag was good enough to get going. Service oriented staff.

O apartamento fica bem distante do centro da cidade. Fizemos a reserva com café da manhã incluído mas mudaram para uma cesta de café da manhã que é entregue na recepção. O café da manhã era sempre repetitivo e com pouquíssima opção com apenas pão, uma fatia de presunto uma de queijo, uma maçã e um suco.

Ruhige Lage Leider gibt es derzeit kein Frühstücksbuffet

Fint, tyst boende på gångavstånd till Globen och Tele2 Arena (ca 20 min promenad). Lugnt område. Sköna sängar, välstädat och rent. Lite trist med frukostpåsar istället för frukostbuffé men dom var ändå helt okej.

Nöjd med upplevelsen överlag. Trevlig personal.Gångavstånd till Avicii och tre arena. Supertrevlig restaurang i anslutning. Enda klagomålet är frukosten. Jag tyckte det lät trevligt med en frukostpåse att ta med upp till rummet, men innehållet var så otroligt dåligt - en torr fralla, standard yoghurt med tristaste müslin, ett äpple och Bravo juice. Här behöver jobbas på kvaliteten!

飯店很好，住的很舒服，房間很大，附近很安靜。關於住宿的部分真的很不錯，以它的價格來說真的很划算。我如果來斯德哥爾摩還是會考慮這裡！很不錯！ 早餐不能說不好，就是兩個麵包，一片起司，兩片火腿和幾片生菜，優格和果汁還有咖啡和茶。如果懶得準備早餐，加購早餐的價格也不貴，可以選擇。 如果有空準備早餐，房間內的廚房用品一應俱全，很方便！附近也有超市，所以如果我下次再有機會來，我會選擇自己做早餐。
