Property was very convenient. Right off of I-30 and close to AT&T stadium(roughly 15 minutes, very easy drive). Plus there was round trip transportation available for an additional fee to get to AT&T stadium.(charter buses) Staff were extremely friendly. They go out of their way to ensure you have an excellent stay. Hotel is very clean. Tons of restaurants and shopping available around hotel. If we are in the Arlington area again we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This was a great hotel nice and quiet had a breakfast down in the lobby. I thought was good. It was 1295 which I don’t think I could have bought that anywhere else for that price although I thought they should’ve offered a continental breakfast. The only problem with the hotel was the shower head in room 505. The pipe was not attached to the wall other than that it was fantastic. also, they offered a shuttle to the Cowboys game and or the concert that was going on for $20 which I thought was really good.

This was a great hotel nice and quiet had a breakfast down in the lobby. I thought was good. It was 1295 which I don’t think I could have bought that anywhere else for that price although I thought they should’ve offered a continental breakfast. The only problem with the hotel was the shower head in room 505. The pipe was not attached to the wall other than that it was fantastic. also, they offered a shuttle to the Cowboys game and or the concert that was going on for $20 which I thought was really good.

The place is just ok. Don't expect the Hilton name set expectations too high. The room smelled a bit mildewy, the carpet was disgusting, the room could definitely use a deep clean. For the price I was expecting the minimum cleanliness (no hair in the shower) but they cut the housekeeping to every other day. Another thing was no coat hooks or anything to hang a towel. There was a very short closet if I tried to hang my suit it would touch the floor. In reality I won't stay here again just because there are so many better places to stay for around the same price.

The staff was kind courteous professional- excellent. Check in and out was super easy. Great location. There was visible mold on the ceilings hallways and bathroom. The room smelled strongly of mold and mildew. Our eyes were watering and throats itchy upon waking. Otherwise very clean- saw cleaning staff in hallways and elevators the entire stay. Lots of chemical smells from this as well. Perhaps they are aware of the mold issue?

This hotel is right off I20W so convenient as far as getting on the highway. It’s near good dining choices also. I will note that the exhaust fan - or at least I assume that was what it was in the bathroom didn’t work or not functioning. That I feel is a must for any bathroom for many reason. Also, the AC was so loud when it was on. I had mine set at 72, but it wouldn’t kick on until it was about 74 - 75 in my room, and it felt toasty. I feel like I didn’t sleep well because of this. But the bed was decent at least.

Everything was good except the bed, it was very hard and uncomfortable. Also the fridge was not very cold and there was no freezer section. Other than that, it’s a nice hotel. Staff was very nice, pool was good and room was very clean and quiet. Parking was easy too.

The staff were very helpful and provided superb customer service! The young lady who checked us in on Wednesday after 3PM, rearranged our room situation so that our stay would be as comfortable as it could be. We really enjoy staying at this hotel. We stay here every time we come to Dallas. We love the location.

The check in experience was horrible! I was given a key to a room that was already occupied. When the situation was brought to the staffs attention the person who made the error Terri told me that no one needed to know and to not tell me experience. She then proceeded to yell at me, while she had another customer in front of her. Lucky Britney was quick to try to help and get us situated but Terri still yelling at us while i was talking to Brittany about how the situation was awkward and scary for me and my family. Terri kept yelling at me in fron of a lobby full customers and my family telling me just to complain to guest services and be quite about it. OVERALL WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!

They stay was good. What ruined it for me was the check in process. Walked in and got our keys, we walked into our room expecting a 2 queen room and it was a 1 king bed room. I double checked my reservation and yes I had reserved 2 beds. So we walked back down and asked for a 2 queen room. The front desk associate asked me if I was sure I reserved 2. I said yes and she asked if we had touched anything and I told her no. We walked in and walked out. Then she said she needed someone else to look to see if there was a room for us and Avon asked if we touched anything or if we used the bathroom. Once again I said no, we walked in and out. She said the person who could help left. Then she kept looking and found us a room. Then have us new keys and before we walked away she asked AGAIN if we were sure we hadn’t touched anything. NEVER apologized for anything. That made us not want to stay there again. But the rest of the staff was very pleasant:

Check in process was flawless. The lady checking us in was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. Clearly she loves what she does. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Free water upon entry was a nice touch. Great location. Would definitely stay here again.

Good stay at a good location near shops and restaurants. Bed could be more comfy. Walls are thin. Front desk service is good. Ensure that you’re not charged for the bottled water if you did not use it. I was initially charged although I did not touch the bottled water. After calling twice, I received a refund.

Don't rely on your GPS to get you there. It will take you to a driveway that doesn't have access to the hotel. It's set behind a shopping center and you have to drive through that parking lot to get to the hotel

Property was very convenient. Right off of I-30 and close to AT&T stadium(roughly 15 minutes, very easy drive). Plus there was round trip transportation available for an additional fee to get to AT&T stadium.(charter buses) Staff were extremely friendly. They go out of their way to ensure you have an excellent stay. Hotel is very clean. Tons of restaurants and shopping available around hotel. If we are in the Arlington area again we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This was a great hotel nice and quiet had a breakfast down in the lobby. I thought was good. It was 1295 which I don’t think I could have bought that anywhere else for that price although I thought they should’ve offered a continental breakfast. The only problem with the hotel was the shower head in room 505. The pipe was not attached to the wall other than that it was fantastic. also, they offered a shuttle to the Cowboys game and or the concert that was going on for $20 which I thought was really good.

They are just over price on all of their food and i do mean everything. A pant of ice-cream was 12 dollars thats ridiculous. A simple breakfast id 14 dollars. So i skipped most breakfast.

The hotel was very nice and comfy. The woman who does the breakfast however SUPEERRRR rude. Not the cooks, the woman to rings people up. We literally were looking, and she right away said I'm In Charge! I'm the Boss. I'm like um ok we were not asking didn't say it but was thinking it. Then she proceeded to charge me for a hot breakfast from the kitchen that was not ours. I asked her very politely excuse me ma'am but what is the hot breakfast? Her reply didn't you order an omelet from the kitchen (with attitude) I'm like um no ma'am. The breakfast is stupid expensive 15.00 for 2 small cups of fruit and 2 bagles with butter and nothing else. Then asking for a tip when you served yourself um no thank you.

Parking is great. At no time did I feel unsafe in the area and we were coming back late as we were there for 2 concerts. The surrounding area as well was safe. The lobby was very clean and well kept. The staff greeted me and check in went smoothly. Our room was on the 4th floor. The whole floor was quite and clean. Our room was very nice. No bad smell. Beds were comfy and the bathroom was big. We didn't get to try the pool but it looked pretty clean in there. It's about a 15-20 minute drive from the AT&T stadium and Six flags. Our stay was great. I will definitely be staying there in the future if we needing to be in this area. I think the only downside was no complementary breakfast. It's about $12-13 a person a believe but there are places near by to get breakfast. Other than that, everything was great.

It was a very nice room but it never was cleaned and I had to go downstairs for clean towels. I called for towels, an answering machine came on and I left a message asking for towels. No one called back and no one came.
