Communication with the property manager was very easy. We were in touch with Johnny for arranging the parking spot, carrying our luggage, finding the room, and other requests. He was extremely polite and patient. The room was clean, tidy, and had a nice local-style design. The small kitchen was equipped with all the essentials, the view from the room was amazing, and the hot tub was warm and perfectly usable.

Lovely view from the tab and lovely breakfast! Managers were extremely helpful through the entire stay. It was difficult to find the location however 1 call and then they came to pick us up at the landmark location and took us to the room. We also asked to raise the temperature of the hot tab and they instantly dealt with it and we could enjoy nice hot tab!

I’ve stayed in Amaya Villas in the past so I was happy to book again. The place I booked was not the one I received initially. However the host made it right by getting myself to a new villa which we had an amazing time at. Just wish the pool and hot tub were filled but it was technically off season so not much could be done.

The property has Jaccuzi and swimming pool with the view of the sea , it was very close to the market and shopping center. We paid 1000 $ per night, but just the first day we had hot water, second and third days we showered with the cold water. we sent few request to the manager without resolution. Also, the property has a lot of stairs which was not mentioned in the description, if you have knee issue, please rethink about renting this property.. Does not worth it. One good thing regarding this property was the care taker, a wonderful guy name Ari

They have everything ready for your stay, so be patient if you don't get an answer from the phone number provided after booking. Our host was Johnny, he was excellent when meeting us and he always answered our meesages during the stay. He provided very good recommendations and made sure our stay was perfect. We stayed in a beautiful villa and everything worked perfectly, clean room, kitchen, bathroom and shower worked perfectly, no issues at all. Jacuzzi outside was warm and perfect for relaxing with a gorgeous view. We stayed on early November so the city was calm with not so much people.

The apartment was lovely your paying for that view. Which is stunning!! Wouldn’t order breakfast as it was cold by time we got it and first day we had a choice but last two days it was minimal and coffee and omelette was cold . Hot tub was what I wanted but it wasn’t hot and water was dirty . Which was a real shame as on information it says cleaned

The villa was emaculent , spotless would be an understatement. It had everything we wanted. The private pool , hot tub , steam room and sauna were magnificent. The comfort of the beds and the breathtaking view of the caldera were top notch. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention how kind , courteous and professional Mr. Christos was. He handled all our needs with a genuine smile. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience of the serenity villa at the amaya selection of luxury villas. The serenity , tranquility , and overall relaxation was extraordinary. I couldn’t recommend this property enough ! Do yourself a favour and experience true privacy and tranquility at the serenity villa in the amaya selection !

The picture showed up pool but we did not have a pool on the facility. If it did, it was not communicated to us. The hot tub had an obstructive wall so our view wasn’t as great as I hope and the water was a bit cold when we used it at night. The location and view was great. We booked last minute which made the price a bit high. Breakfast was good and the host was very responsive, friendly and helpful.

We stayed in The Bliss Villa and it was an amazing place to stay. The view from the terrace was stunning and the hot tub was lovely and warm and was a great place to relax whilst taking in the views. The location was perfect as it was close to the main pedestrian street with lots of shops and restaurants and a few minutes walk away to watch the sunset. There are some very steep steps to get to the villa, this is to be expected in Oia though and you will always be walking up and down stairs and hills here. The villa was very clean on arrival and was cleaned daily. It also had great amenities provided… iron & board, air con, bath towels & towels for the hot tub, toiletries, hob, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. Breakfast is provided and bought to the room each morning at the time you request with the property manager Mrs Ezeni. Mrs Ezeni is available all day via WhatsApp if you need her and is very attentive when helping out. When staying in The Bliss Villa, make sure that the transport company knows to drop you off and pick you up at Oia Post Office. We was greeted on arrival and had our bags carried down to the villa for us and when we checked out, our bags were carried back up. Thank you for that, it was very much appreciated and thank you for an amazing holiday.

The unit is designed to be a cave like unit. Maintained to its age. Had some inconveniences though. The smaller bathroom was leaky. The water at times was dirty. The hot tub was filled with bugs and my kids got scared to get into it. The location does not match whats in google maps and you have to contact the property manager to find out the exact location. Our biggest disappointment is at the time of check out is that the bell boy refused to take all our luggage and we had to carry some of them a steep upward steps and was extremely hard to carry 23 kg suitcase upwards. We were a party of five with 3 suitcases and backpacks as we were island hopping with long stay in Greece.

Clean room, staff especially Jonny is very helpful and responsive. They were able to accommodate us for early breakfast and early check out. We had an awesome time staying in the villa which with beautiful view and conveniently located. I will come back again and strongly recommend Amaya Selection of the Villa.

This property is in terrible condition with ants all over the bedrooms, kitchen cabinets and bathroom. The bed is actually a sofa and so hard got a terrible backache and couldn’t enjoy my stay in Santorini at all… the breakfast was horrible… returned it and did not eat any of it…we were 4 adults and they promised 4 beds but it was only 1 king bed with 2 sofas. The property manager never came to meet with us at all only staff that speak limited English… horrible will not recommend to anyone…

The unit is designed to be a cave like unit. Maintained to its age. Had some inconveniences though. The smaller bathroom was leaky. The water at times was dirty. The hot tub was filled with bugs and my kids got scared to get into it. The location does not match whats in google maps and you have to contact the property manager to find out the exact location. Our biggest disappointment is at the time of check out is that the bell boy refused to take all our luggage and we had to carry some of them a steep upward steps and was extremely hard to carry 23 kg suitcase upwards. We were a party of five with 3 suitcases and backpacks as we were island hopping with long stay in Greece.

Communication with the property manager was very easy. We were in touch with Johnny for arranging the parking spot, carrying our luggage, finding the room, and other requests. He was extremely polite and patient. The room was clean, tidy, and had a nice local-style design. We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Amaya Villas for our honeymoon! We had an amazing guide in Johnny, who told us about Santorini and where to go. The entire staff was very accommodating and provided delicious breakfast in the morning. The view was incredible from our villa too, it felt like a dream come true. The first Villa we were assigned had issues. One of the showers didnt have a light working and the bathtub was in the master bedroom. The second one we moved to was the actual one from the photos and was beautiful. The villas are more like cave homes. Going in the winter there were only 2 restaurants open within walking distance while we were there. Beautiful view and Villa employees were kind and tried to help. There was minimal hot water that trickled in the showers

The view of the Caldera was magnificent. The Sunrise and sunset experience and photographic opportunities were ideal for us. A view of the iconic Blue Dome churches was spectacular. The villa was quiet, and private, yet so close to the Oia first class shops and Restaurants. The Villa was also closely situated near the Castle and the steps that descend to Amoudi Bay. The staff were A in meeting all the needs for us. Requests for transfer through car service was exceptional. The breakfasts were fantastic! A big thank you to the staff at Amaya Villas in Santorini!

The villa was emaculent , spotless would be an understatement. It had everything we wanted. The private pool , hot tub , steam room and sauna were magnificent. The comfort of the beds and the breathtaking view of the caldera were top notch. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention how kind , courteous and professional Mr. Christos was. He handled all our needs with a genuine smile. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience of the serenity villa at the amaya selection of luxury villas. The picture showed up pool but we did not have a pool on the facility. If it did, it was not communicated to us. The hot tub had an obstructive wall so our view wasn’t as great as I hope and the water was a bit cold when we used it at night. The location and view was great. We booked last minute which made the price a bit high. Breakfast was good and the host was very responsive, friendly and helpful.

The room was good and a really good location. The person who escorted us into the room was friendly and helpful for 90% of the trip. On the day we were leaving I asked him if he can extend our stay for a few hrs as our flight is in the evening. He said he’d ask the owner but she replies slowly and that we can stay in the room until the owner replies. He then came back with a price which was too high when we wanted to leave in an hour so I rejected. He got really angry as he misunderstood and thought I was 100% going to stay. He walked off and gave so much attitude as if he was a girl. My wife felt very uncomfortable

Clean room, staff especially Jonny is very helpful and responsive. They were able to accommodate us for early breakfast and early check out. We had an awesome time staying in the villa which with beautiful view and conveniently located. I will come back again and strongly recommend Amaya Selection of the Villa.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at! Other than a nice location it has nothing else. Don't ruin your santorini trip by booking this place. There is only 1 staff who does everything. He does not speak much English and is quite unhappy. We had no hot water our entire stay. The room does not lock! So anyone can come in. You or your belongings are not safe. Orbitz should take this place off their site. I'm quite disappointed. We paid so much for this place...it looked great in pics but it is so misguiding!

Our host was Johnny, he was excellent when meeting us and he always answered our meesages during the stay. He provided very good recommendations and made sure our stay was perfect. We stayed in a beautiful villa and everything worked perfectly, clean room, kitchen, bathroom and shower worked perfectly, no issues at all. Jacuzzi outside was warm and perfect for relaxing with a gorgeous view. We stayed on early November so the city was calm with not so much people.

The hot tub and view was amazing, the indoor was not as bad but I think the villa can improve on communication with their guest, topping off the coffee pods, shower gels and towels. When we arrived - the villa wasn’t ready with enough towels, hand wash and shower gels as a guest if we would want those to be ready instead of asking the owners. The communication arriving to Santorini (I would expect consistent communication and a welcome message in order for us to know the meet up spot or if we need transportation or not, that wasn’t communicated unless we asked them)

Amazing view, staff was great. I forgot to check in before, so our cab dropped us off blocks away. We contacted the property, Google maps gave us the wrong adrress. The staff answered and ran around the streets looking for us. Great service. Also we adopted a family of cats, watered and bought fresh food for them. We left it for the next guest, to pay it forward. Hopefully they will ..loved it there. Also, bring good shoes to walk in 😊

The villa was very close to castle and sunset point, we will not have the crowd disturbance because of sunset compared go other sunset boulevard villas, the view is amazing and morning sun rises are amazing. Clean healthy breakfast provided every day. The staff was very quick to respond to any help we want.

Location is A , really close to all the amazing shopping, food, castle (for sunset views), Ammoudi port, and a blue dome. Two amazing spots for those gram pics, just a few steps away. Staff goes above and beyond for the guests! Two considerations: (I) some of the villas have very steep drops near the entry door or close to it. There is no fence or railing for safety. Not a place for folks with younger kids, inebriated adults, elderly. A fall can cause severe injury (ii) There is no central reception or check-in area, get WhatsApp for communicating with the villa staff members

We was greeted on arrival and had our bags carried down to the villa for us and when we checked out, our bags were carried back up. Thank you for that, it was very much appreciated and thank you for an amazing holiday.

Amazing view, staff was great. I forgot to check in before, so our cab dropped us off blocks away. We contacted the property, Google maps gave us the wrong adrress. The staff answered and ran around the streets looking for us. Great service. Also we adopted a family of cats, watered and bought fresh food for them. We left it for the next guest, to pay it forward. Hopefully they will ..loved it there. Also, bring good shoes to walk in 😊

Very nice cave room. Staff available but not intrusive. Walkable to restaurants, shopping and a few nice hikes. Hike from Fira to Oia is a hike but worth it, bring water and snacks.

Clean room, staff especially Jonny is very helpful and responsive. They were able to accommodate us for early breakfast and early check out. We had an awesome time staying in the villa which with beautiful view and conveniently located. I will come back again and strongly recommend Amaya Selection of the Villa.

Unit was very clean and spacious and beautiful views. Right next to Mia restaurant at the beginning of pedestrian street of Oia. Would recommend they put outside table to have breakfast to be able to enjoy the view. Also breakfast was not good.

The villa was very close to castle and sunset point, we will not have the crowd disturbance because of sunset compared go other sunset boulevard villas, the view is amazing and morning sun rises are amazing. Clean healthy breakfast provided every day. The staff was very quick to respond to any help we want.

The apartment was lovely your paying for that view. Which is stunning!! Wouldn’t order breakfast as it was cold by time we got it and first day we had a choice but last two days it was minimal and coffee and omelette was cold . Hot tub was what I wanted but it wasn’t hot and water was dirty . Which was a real shame as on information it says cleaned

This property is in terrible condition with ants all over the bedrooms, kitchen cabinets and bathroom. The bed is actually a sofa and so hard got a terrible backache and couldn’t enjoy my stay in Santorini at all… the breakfast was horrible… returned it and did not eat any of it…we were 4 adults and they promised 4 beds but it was only 1 king bed with 2 sofas. The property manager never came to meet with us at all only staff that speak limited English… horrible will not recommend to anyone…

The view of the Caldera was magnificent. The Sunrise and sunset experience and photographic opportunities were ideal for us. A view of the iconic Blue Dome churches was spectacular. The villa was quiet, and private, yet so close to the Oia first class shops and Restaurants. The Villa was also closely situated near the Castle and the steps that descend to Amoudi Bay. The staff were A in meeting all the needs for us. Requests for transfer through car service was exceptional. The breakfasts were fantastic! A big thank you to the staff at Amaya Villas in Santorini!

The picture showed up pool but we did not have a pool on the facility. If it did, it was not communicated to us. The hot tub had an obstructive wall so our view wasn’t as great as I hope and the water was a bit cold when we used it at night. The location and view was great. We booked last minute which made the price a bit high. Breakfast was good and the host was very responsive, friendly and helpful.

A little disappointing, we booked this property based off of the reviews that we saw, but once we arrived, it wasn’t anything that we expected it to be. The staff was amazing, so very helpful and kind. However, the property itself is quite dated. The fresh towels were stained. One of the robes, its loops for the belt, both sides were broken. The powder room bathroom counter had sand on the corners of it. The hot tub had dead bugs and tiny debris in it. They offer a complementary bottle of wine, however, what they don’t mention is that it’s in a decanter. I would assume after Covid, that there would be sealed bottles being offered. Needless to say we didn’t touch it. Very disappointing because we thought that was a very nice touch. There was a vast array of mismatched dishes in the kitchen. You can tell that some of the wine glasses have been broken but never got replaced and other random glasses were put there instead. Like I said, the staff was amazing, but I really think the property itself needs quite a bit of work, especially for what we paid. We thought that we would splurge on this property but were quite disappointed

Amaya Graceful Villa with Caldera View and Outdoor Hot Tubに４泊しました。 良い点が以下の通り沢山あります。 - 恐らくサントリーニのイア地区で最も景色の良い宿の一つです。地形的に前に出っ張った所にあり、左横には青い屋根の教会群側、右横にはイアキャッスル側が、そして全面にはカルデラと海が隠れる所無く望めます。夕日は見えませんが、丁度満月だった月が海に反射し、町の夜景と共にとてもきれいでした。本当に最高です。 - イアの多くの宿は通りを歩く観光客から丸見えですが、この宿はほとんど見えません。 - 室内は広くて、居心地が良いです。設備もほぼ揃っていますし、普通にきれいです。二階建てで、どちらにもベランダがあります。 - イアの中心地にあり、観光に便利です。バスターミナルへは８分程度ですが、クルーズ船乗客が道に満杯になると、プラス５分です。 - 朝食は、たまご、チーズを挟んだパン、カステラの様なもの、ヨーグルト、フルーツ数種類を切ったもの、チーズ、オリーブ、コーヒー、ミルク、そしてオレンジジュースでした。量と種類は普通で十分と言った程度ですが、ベランダで素晴らしき景色を見ながらの朝食は最高でした。 - 貸し部屋なのに、掃除も毎日入ってくれます。 - 宿のマネージャーはWhatsAppで色々サポートして下さいました。感謝です。また、重いスーツケースの移動や毎日の朝食を運んでくれた方にも大変感謝してます。皆さん、とても親切です。 さて、これから宿選びをされる方へのご参考として、何点か以下にお伝えします。我々の場合は、上記の良い点が以下の様な問題を帳消しにし、イアにまた来ることがあればこの宿をお願いしたいところですが。 - ベランダのコンクリート系の壁が若干高く、椅子に座ると景色があまり見えません。我々は椅子にクッションを重ねて対応しました。 - 設備が老朽化しています。ドアノブの欠損、デッキチェアの破損・汚濁、洗面所排水溝の若干の悪臭などがありました。また、ジャグジーは良く清掃して頂いたのですが、恐らく給湯濾過設備の老朽化の為か、完全にきれいにはならず、お湯も少し匂いました。 - Villaは車の入れる所から５分位下に降りた所にあります。階段もとても多いです。宿の方が重いスーツケースは運んで下さるので、チェックイン、チェックアウトは大丈夫ですが、毎日の観光ではどうしても上り下りが結構あります。普通の人なら大丈夫と思いますが。 - 管理の皆さんはとても親切で本当に感謝ですが、ちょいちょい（悪意の無い）ご愛敬程度の抜けがありました。
