From the dreamiest location, beautifully manicured grounds, the perfect suites with the most amazing views/top tier room comforts to the staff: they manage customer service as a finely tuned instrument: they surprised us at every turn from a keepsake welcome gift, scheduling transport, the onsite dining option was superb, reservations for local activities, turndown service included sweets & setting your slippers in front of the bed, they were delightful in every interaction from a simple ice bucket to ensuring the perfect temperature for swimming, they went above and beyond to make sure all was going as planned or better. Truly an unforgettable stay ! We are already planning to return!

I had an incredible stay at this hotel - in fact, this is my first hotels.com review but I felt the need to comment! The staff is incredibly nice and professional and welcoming and the breakfast/meal views are literally incredible of the caldera and the ocean views. The pool is great (it would be great if the main pool was heated though, but the pool experience is still great) and the breakfast was amazing. The individual heated pools on the terraces of the rooms are great - they are heated so they are more like jacuzzis. I had an incredible massage and spa experience at the Canaves Oia Suites hotel next door, which is where they take place. Highly recommend this hotel!! So quiet, relaxing, and beautiful. It was perfect for a couples trip.

Beautiful hotel. Idyllic view of the caldera. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was amazing. Our dinner the first night was delicious — and they surprised me with a cake for my birthday. Stunning property and views. We didn’t like how difficult it was to find the hotel or parking. Clear instructions should be given on the process of finding the property in order to check-in. It was a bit cumbersome. They made up for the confusion with a wonderful room upgrade and bottle of wine. It was an extremely pleasant stay. We will be back again!

Wow! What a stunning and beautiful hotel. The interiors and design are to a high quality and let’s not forgot about the most amazing view of the caldera and sea. The staff are amazing, they are on a 5 star service level. The what’s app messaging service we used all the time, saves you having to go to reception and they are available to chat 24/7. The breakfast areas were lovely, the great options to suit everyone’s tastes. The restaurant was amazing!! The pool area was lovely with comfortable loungers and the swim up bar was perfect for the hot days. The location is perfect , in walking distance into the main part of Oia which makes it peaceful and away from the busy areas. The only little negative was the room just didn’t seem to flow and wasn’t comfortable in terms of getting ready, with no plugs beside mirrors, surfaces to put things on. And also lacked seats on our outside balcony to sit as a couple and take in the sea views. But we did get a lovely upgrade on our last night which was very special and the honeymoon suite was very nice and spacious and felt more comfortable than our other room. Overall we had a magical stay and would highly recommend!

The hotel is immaculate along with their staff! They went above and beyond to make my honeymoon spectacular. Right in the heart of Oia there were plenty of restaurants and boutiques to visit … although it was hard to leave the pool and resort. Only negative was the beds were slightly hard and the drinks were pretty expensive ($20-30 per drink). The food was absolutely delish, and we would highly recommend!

I travel a lot, and this resort tops the list. Spectacular view, perfect plunge pool on our patio, excellent food and drink, beautiful modern aesthetic inside and out, great shower. Best part was the great hospitality from the moment we were picked up at the airport, until checkout. Shopping was a short walk away. Very quiet location on the edge of town.

Hotel is located at the start of the caldera so it is perfectly quiet and easy to get to. It is convenient if you rent a vehicle as parking is right across the street. But it is also a five minute walk to the Oia square.

Really beautiful place, we stayed in the grand suite as a family of 4 ( teenagers) and it was very spacious. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We ate breakfast on our veranda with the most breath taking views. The hotel is in the perfect location. It is just on the edge of the pedestrian walk so not right in the heart of the restaurants and bars, so easy to get to everything but without the noise. I left my glasses out one day and the hotel left them on a cleaning cloth, such a lovely extra. Also left local treats daily. They really pay attention to detail.

Beautiful property with the best views in Oia. Secluded yet easily accessible to all restaurants and shops nearby, including the iconic Oia Blue Dome Church. Amazing service with staff that is courteous and takes pride in their work. The room was exceptionally clean with daily turn service. We stay at many 5star hotels and this one tops them all.

It was a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect and more than expected. The staff was very kind, the rooms having spectacular view of OIA are very comfortable and romantic. The complimentary offers in the room, free room upgrade upon availability and early check in/late checkout made this holiday unforgettable. We ll definetely visit again!

Beautiful hotel!! It can’t get better than this, the room was great an d very comfortable!! The view of the caldera is amazing!! The staff was great and they made us feel like is we were at home!! Out of the crowds!! I completely recommend this hotel!! My wife and I had great time!

The hotel is immaculate along with their staff! They went above and beyond to make my honeymoon spectacular. Right in the heart of Oia there were plenty of restaurants and boutiques to visit … although it was hard to leave the pool and resort. Only negative was the beds were slightly hard and the drinks were pretty expensive ($20-30 per drink). The food was absolutely delish, and we would highly recommend!

I travel a lot, and this resort tops the list. Spectacular view, perfect plunge pool on our patio, excellent food and drink, beautiful modern aesthetic inside and out, great shower. Best part was the great hospitality from the moment we were picked up at the airport, until checkout. Shopping was a short walk away. Very quiet location on the edge of town.

The location of the hotel is very nice! We stayed in a Superior Suite that was quite spacious and also provided excellent views from the balcony. Breakfast from an ala carte menu along with service is a welcome way to start the day. Overall, excellent service from the staff. Negative: The bedroom is dark as it has no natural light coming in directly and hence you have to keep the bedroom door open to get light. That probably is not a big deal given how spacious the unit is.

From the dreamiest location, beautifully manicured grounds, the perfect suites with the most amazing views/top tier room comforts to the staff: they manage customer service as a finely tuned instrument: they surprised us at every turn from a keepsake welcome gift, scheduling transport, the onsite dining option was superb, reservations for local activities, turndown service included sweets & setting your slippers in front of the bed, they were delightful in every interaction from a simple ice bucket to ensuring the perfect temperature for swimming, they went above and beyond to make sure all was going as planned or better. Truly an unforgettable stay ! We are already planning to return!

It was a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect and more than expected. The staff was very kind, the rooms having spectacular view of OIA are very comfortable and romantic. I’ve stayed at plenty of 5 star resorts, this tops them all by a long shot. I would literally have paid double for this place. The staff was so friendly and incredibly helpful. John, the hotel manager, is an amazingly helpful person. Gave us his personal what’s app number and helped us procrastinators secure very desirable and hard to get reservations at ideal times. The views from this hotel are breathtaking. The breakfast, which is included, will ensure you’ll never want to leave. We stayed in the River suite which was so great to come back to after a long day of exploring and have our own decent sized private tub. I really can’t even say enough great things about this place. 5 stars isn’t enough. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

An excellent small luxury hotel. Everything was perfect from checkin to checkout. We stayed for 10 days and could have stayed longer. The staff and service were exemplary. The restaurant was very good and the table service breakfast was excellent. A 12 out of 10 experience.

The staff are amazing, they are on a 5 star service level. The what’s app messaging service we used all the time, saves you having to go to reception and they are available to chat 24/7. Really beautiful place, we stayed in the grand suite as a family of 4 ( teenagers) and it was very spacious. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We ate breakfast on our veranda with the most breath taking views. The hotel is in the perfect location. It is just on the edge of the pedestrian walk so not right in the heart of the restaurants and bars, so easy to get to everything but without the noise. I left my glasses out one day and the hotel left them on a cleaning cloth, such a lovely extra. Also left local treats daily. They really pay attention to detail.

Stunning property and views. We didn’t like how difficult it was to find the hotel or parking. Clear instructions should be given on the process of finding the property in order to check-in. It was a bit cumbersome. They made up for the confusion with a wonderful room upgrade and bottle of wine. It was an extremely pleasant stay. We will be back again!

My husband and I had an amazing stay here! The hotel staff were kind, helpful and accommodating! The hotel itself was everything you would want staying in Oia Santorini! With the white and blue domes, stunning views of the Caldera, excellent food and rooms! We were so happy with our choice to stay there and highly recommend! ☀️

Breathtaking views of the caldera and because we were there during the fall, the tourism was not anywhere what friends described during the summer. It was an idyllic fall week with fabulous service and food to boot. Highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

Our stay at Canaves Ena in Santorini was absolutely spectacular. The breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea were unforgettable and created the perfect setting for a relaxing and luxurious vacation. The staff was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We especially appreciated that John Bubaris the Hotel Manager personally greeted us upon arrival, which added a wonderful personal touch to our experience. The service, accommodations, and stunning location exceeded our expectations in every way. The only suggestion we would make is to expand the pool and dinner menu with additional food options to provide guests with a greater variety of choices throughout the day. Overall, we highly recommend Canaves Ena to anyone visiting Santorini and look forward to returning in the future.

The staff was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We especially appreciated that John Bubaris the Hotel Manager personally greeted us upon arrival, which added a wonderful personal touch to our experience. The service, accommodations, and stunning location exceeded our expectations in every way. The only suggestion we would make is to expand the pool and dinner menu with additional food options to provide guests with a greater variety of choices throughout the day. Overall, we highly recommend Canaves Ena to anyone visiting Santorini and look forward to returning in the future.

We had the 2 bedroom suite and it exceeded all expectations. I never wanted to leave the terrace! The view, the staff, the spaciousness of the suite, everything was impeccable. Breakfast was amazing, the staff was very polite and fast to respond to every request. I highly recommend!

Beautiful property with the best views in Oia. Secluded yet easily accessible to all restaurants and shops nearby, including the iconic Oia Blue Dome Church. Amazing service with staff that is courteous and takes pride in their work. The room was exceptionally clean with daily turn service. We stay at many 5star hotels and this one tops them all.
