Incredible hotel with terrific staff. The views of the sea were magical and the breakfasts were delicious. From our porter meeting us at the parking lot and carrying all our luggage to the great suggestions given by the concierge, our stay here was perfect and we would highly recommend this hotel. It’s a lot of steps down but that only adds to the cave-like romantic views set into the caldera stone.

Amazing property and staff I’ll take the time to leave this review because it is very well deserved .We will comeback again with no doubt I can not explain how amazing and beautiful the property is Best view in oía balcony are wonderful all is clean and beautiful from the bathroom to the room You have the perfect view from any room including the bathroom Close to everything u need and totally safe They have a partnership with Nicos Villas and u can use the pool with a great bar and best sunset view The service is wonderful they will pick up outside will take ur bags and will explain everything about the property u will have an incredible breakfast in your balcony with a breath taking view The staff is very good Irinis at the front desk is the best host Thank u for making possible an unforgettable experience

This place was amazing. Where our suite was located, we had a great view of the caldera with privacy. The room was great with traditional cave and modern touches. Relaxing hot tub with a view, you can't beat that. The best part was the staff, the reception and porter were great. They were attentive and helpful with recommendations on what to do and eat. Breakfast was brought to your room to eat while enjoying the view. I would definitely return here for my next trip to Santorini.

The stay was perfect! Martina greeted us right away and the porter helped us with the luggage. We love the hospitality of the staffs there. Night shift Dimitri is always happy and full of energy , pool bar - bartender he made the best cocktail! Sorry I didn’t catch his name ~ we love the location is so close like 3-5mins walk to the walking street but away enough to be quiet and relax. Room was clean and spacious and the view was incredible! Highly recommend this place for your stay in Oia !!! And we have breakfast delivered to the patio everything morning so we get to enjoy the beautiful view while having our breakfast that was part of the room booking ! Amazing! Thank you all for your amazing hospitality!

Excellent accommodations. Private. Beautiful views. Breakfast delivered to our veranda was delicious. The hot tub was relaxing every evening. The only caution is the number of stairs down to the unit. While this provides the privacy and beautiful views, if you have any mobility issues this may not be the right option for you.

If there’s a better place to stay on Oia then I didn’t see it. This room is perfect for two people. Magnificent views; a spa overlooking the Caldera; comfortable room; scrumptious breakfast delivered to the room. Staff and service were amazing. There’s a bus stop nearby but I recommend walking to the town centre and catching one from there.

We were totally blown away by the accommodation. The suite was amazing and super clean, the breakfast each morning was fantastic. All of the staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming.The view from our balcony and hot tub was absolutely incredible and something we will never forget. Keith & Jodie.

Great place with great service. Hot tubs were on controlled temperatures and never got warm enough but that was the only minor complaint. A great stay in the heart of Oia for sure!

Thirea Suites was amazing! The staff were all friendly and very hard working. They kept the place spotless and provided huge, delicious breakfasts on your patio or room. The hotel was about 85 steps down from the main walking path. This made it very quiet for the night. Highly recommend this location!

Anastasia, who works at reception, was awesome. She was very kind and helpful. She explained how to get to know the island and let us know we could reach out to her through WhatsApp whenever we needed. She always responded right away. I highly recommend the resort. The view from the resort is breathtaking, and everything is well-maintained and clean. All the staff were very nice and kind. I will definitely come back!

The location, view, cleanliness, style, breakfast and staff are simply amazing. By far one of the top hotels I’ve ever stayed in anywhere in my life. The front desk girl made our stay wonderful, helping with booking day trips, restaurant reservations and was always cheerful and happy. She made our stay extra special. Every morning we were served a fresh and different breakfast on our balcony. Such a wonderful hotel, loved it so much.

Lovely property and views. Our room was quite large and we had an incredible view. Breakfast was delivered to our room and was fresh and delicious, we ate outside on the patio appreciating the vistas. Note it’s important to be able to navigate the stairs up and down to the villas.

There isn’t enough good things I can say about Thirea Suites and Studios. Our room was beyond spacious and the staff were absolutely AMAZING! I can’t recommend Thirea Suites enough. The staff was amazing and so thoughtful. Even before we got there, they were in constant contact with us regarding our arrival and transfer from the airport to make sure it was seamless. When we arrived, she gave a detailed rundown of the island and things to do. The hotel is strategically located right next to where the road ends for the taxis so unlike other hotels you don’t have to walk far at all. Then, we finally saw our room. It was so beautiful and I’d highly recommend the “Luxury Suite” to anyone as it has the best blend of privacy and view from the jacuzzi tub. The room was perfect and a new breakfast each day on the balcony was perfect. Towards the end of our three night stay, I proposed to my girlfriend and worked with the staff to setup decorations on the private terrace and in our bedroom. Everything was stunning and my girlfriend loved it. I highly recommend this hotel due to the staff, amazing view and cleanliness, and great location.

The reception staff including Dimitri were so helpful setting up private transportation, providing suggestions for activities here and other areas of Santorini, and available day a d night. Easy to communicate with staff using Whats app. Would highly recommend this property!

Anastasia and Eleftheria were excellent host. They explained us lot of great locations and helped us with any questions we had. They always reply on what’s app messages which is very convenient for the tourists when they are stuck. Porter , food hospitality person and cleaner were all very friendly. Superb Hotel with Professional Service Staffs. We came form NYC to celebrate my wife the birthday. Amazing view of Sea, super clean and delicious breakfast ! Especially , Reception Staff Anastasia treat us as so special and recommend us to the most delicious greek restaurants. Highly recommended to enjoy superb hospitality environment ! The stay was perfect! Martina greeted us right away and the porter helped us with the luggage. We love the hospitality of the staffs there. Night shift Dimitri is always happy and full of energy , pool bar - bartender he made the best cocktail! Sorry I didn’t catch his name ~ we love the location is so close like 3-5mins walk to the walking street but away enough to be quiet and relax. Room was clean and spacious and the view was incredible! Highly recommend this place for your stay in Oia !!! And we have breakfast delivered to the patio everything morning so we get to enjoy the beautiful view while having our breakfast that was part of the room booking ! Amazing! Thank you all for your amazing hospitality!

This hotel is a gem in Santorini. Located at the beginning of the city walk in Oía, it offers one of the most breathtaking views I’ve ever experienced. The sense of peace you feel when sitting on the balcony and looking out over the caldera is something that can only truly be understood by being there. Of course, such a view requires some effort. There were 125 steps to reach our room (so I wouldn’t recommend it for people with mobility issues), but in the end, the experience is absolutely worth it. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and courteous, always willing to help. A special thanks to the heroes who prepare breakfast and carry the luggage up and down all those stairs — they truly deserve recognition! One major advantage of this place is that you can escape the noise and crowds of Oía. It feels like the caldera is yours alone during your stay.

If there’s a better place to stay on Oia then I didn’t see it. This room is perfect for two people. Magnificent views; a spa overlooking the Caldera; comfortable room; scrumptious breakfast delivered to the room. Staff and service were amazing. There’s a bus stop nearby but I recommend walking to the town centre and catching one from there.

Lovely property and views. Our room was quite large and we had an incredible view. Breakfast was delivered to our room and was fresh and delicious, we ate outside on the patio appreciating the vistas. Note it’s important to be able to navigate the stairs up and down to the villas.

Thirea Suites was amazing! The staff were all friendly and very hard working. They kept the place spotless and provided huge, delicious breakfasts on your patio or room. The hotel was about 85 steps down from the main walking path. This made it very quiet for the night. Highly recommend this location!

This really is the perfect stop in Oia Santorini. It’s very private, with stunning views and traditional architecture. Could not fault the suite. Breakfast each day varies and is very high quality. Probably little I would order on my own, but exceptional each day. Best of all is the staff. Could not rate them more highly. The facility is a little bit of a climb, so if that’s an issue, then find something closer to the road, but then you will not have the privacy. Excellent accommodations. Private. Beautiful views. Breakfast delivered to our veranda was delicious. The hot tub was relaxing every evening. The only caution is the number of stairs down to the unit. While this provides the privacy and beautiful views, if you have any mobility issues this may not be the right option for you.

The location, view, cleanliness, style, breakfast and staff are simply amazing. By far one of the top hotels I’ve ever stayed in anywhere in my life. The front desk girl made our stay wonderful, helping with booking day trips, restaurant reservations and was always cheerful and happy. She made our stay extra special. Every morning we were served a fresh and different breakfast on our balcony. Such a wonderful hotel, loved it so much.

A vista do hotel é incrível , mandei mensagem e eles já prontamente me mandaram uma pessoa para ajudar com as malas pois tem algumas escadas para descer . O quarto não é luxuoso , a pia estava com vazamento e a porta da cozinha do balcão estava quebrada e tinha um cheiro forte de esgoto em baixo da pia . Mas tudo vale a pena para mim pela localização e vista . O quarto era limpo , tinha toalhas e roupões . A vista apesar de parcial conseguimos ver o sunset

Amazing staff, amazing suite, amazing service, amazing view. One general word of caution for those unaware: the towns in Santorini are not ADA friendly. If you struggle going up and down many flights of stairs I would advise finding a hotel that is on the street level. Accessing Thirea Suites requires going down about 4 flights of outdoor stairs. Any time you come and go you must ascend/descend these stairs. Fortunately the Thirea staff are extremely helpful and they will carry all of your bags for you so suggest having some change handy for gratuity because I cannot imagine hauling 80+ lbs of bags to the property. 10/10 hotel and service. Highly recommended. Rooms are beautiful, clean and service was 5star. Breakfast delivered and setup to your room every morning was top notch.

The staff was amazing, the room was super clean. Ms. Elfetheria was an amazing host and very informative about Oia. She helped us with our Sunset cruise booking and had breakfast delivered to the room every morning. The views are spectacular, my only regret was that I didn’t book for a longer stay. I would highly recommend Theria Suites.
