Tutto perfetto, é una bellissima residenza d’epoca con camere private. Abbiamo lasciato l’auto al parcheggio della stazione (2 euro al giorno) e raggiunto la struttura con le scale mobili e un piccolo tratto a piedi tramite Porta Camollia.

The property was nice and centrally located. Easy access to the Cathedral and Basilica. We got lucky with parking by finding a spot100 feet from the front door. Didn’t move the car for 3 days. The bathroom was very small and the shower even smaller. I’m 6-3 and While trying to was my feet I would hit the shower controls and turn the water, hot to cold or off. My wife at 5-2 didn’t have any issues. Also 3 flights of stairs with luggage was a bit difficult. Other than those issues, we enjoyed our stay

En general todo muy bien, pedi una pava y gentilmente el recepcionista me la dio a pesar que ya estaba fuera de su horario de trabajo. la crítica que hago es por el wifi, pésimo, el router lo tenía a menos de 50 metros y nunca me llegó la señal. El resto todo muy bien.

The room was nothing at all like the photos , and it was not clean at all , the owner was terrible in communicating and was so rude. The Person who was cleaning the rooms was very nice, but our towels and bed sheets were not changing every day. The location was good , easily accessible to everywhere.

It was a lovely charming apartement with a cozy and comfortable bed. It's a bit cold this time of year but there was a thoughtful little heater and big wool blanket in the room in addition to the radiator which was very warm. Great sleep! Lovely space and everything feels quite walkable here in Siena.

La colazione pur essendo inclusa nella prenotazione andava richiesta via sms tutti i giorni e veniva servita con un vassoio in camera: piuttosto scarsa, senza possibilità di scelta, prodotti confezionati e per due volte yogurt scaduti da una settimana!!

The room was perfectly clean and tidy. The staff seemed friendly and helpful (although we never met them as we unexpectedly had to leave early) but via messages, they were helpful and quick to reply. Check in was very smooth and easy, with the place to collect the keys only a couple of buildings down from the actual place. The room itself was a wonderful representation of Siena and the medieval essence of the city. The room did have a fridge (which actually worked unlike many of the hotels we have stayed at in Italy), but a kettle would have been a nice touch. Toiletries were provided, and the bathroom felt very clean. The location was great; a short walk to the city centre. There was also a courtyard/garden which I’m sure would have been nice to sit and eat breakfast, but we did not make use of this nor the breakfast (which is for an extra fee) as we only stayed one night and had to leave early the next day. Overall we enjoyed our, albeit short, stay and would definitely consider staying in future if we return to Siena.
