Great all inclusive options for the price. Did not feel shortchanged in any way. Any premium options are reasonably priced at the bar and with regard to dining. But the important part is really the huge beach, safe, can leave belongings behind without worry and enjoy the sea. Great sport offers including bicycle trips and archery included in the base rate.

Best hotel we've ever stayed at, perfect location right on the beach surrounded by lots of green and hills, a short 15 mins taxi ride from airport £18. two massive pools, plenty of activities to keep you busy on your stay, 6-7 places ro get your inclusive/premuim drinks, lots of different dishes to choose from. The staff are so attentive always smiling and eager to help. Clean beautiful beach with a bar and lots of loungers for everyone. Live dance shows in an open air theatre A cinema on site shows movies in the evening Kids play area to keep your little ones busy and a mini zoo with some cute rabbits and ducks. We would like to thank everyone at the hotel for making our stay as nice as it was. We will see you again soon

We stayed for 3 nights in July. The hotel was in great shape and clean. The food was delicious with many choices. The beach is best for swimming in the morning, and windsurfing in the afternoon. The pool is also clean and great. The evening events were entertaining.

10/10, we stayed here for 4 nights and had great time. All the staff were polite and very helpful. Our room was nice and clean. We really enjoyed the food as there was lots of variety and good quality. Beach was also great and many activities to do. Overall we had a blast and would love to return. The only thing (and this is not the resorts fault) most of the guests are Germans and they surely live up to their reputation as being cold, and unwelcoming (no smiles or hi/hello).

Die Qualität des Sandstrandes und die Sauberkeit des Meeres ist in 1A-Qualität mit dem fabelhaften Inselausblick. Das Animationsteam ist sehr aktiv und sehr professionell und bieten zahlreichen Aktivitäten für alle Altersgruppen an. We had a great time at this place. The landscape is beautiful, and the staff was very friendly, especially at the front desk. Our only issue was that we were traveling with a baby and there were stairs to get to our room. We had to carry our stroller up and down the stairs, which was very inconvenient.

Sehr schön, und ruhig der Familienbungalow.Für die Bungalows und Strand muss man jede Menge Steintreppen steigen aber es lohnt sich. Personal, alle sind sehr freundlich und fleißig. Das Essen war reichlich und sehr gut. Uns hat der Urlaub sehr gut gefallen. Danke an das Team von Magic Life

Was uns nicht gefallen hat: das viel zu kleine Badezimmer ...!! (Die Türe vom Bad war immer im Weg und es konnte sich gleichzeitig nur 1 Person im Badezimmer aufhalten). Sonst hat es uns sehr gut hier gefallen.

When we arrived the room was not ready, even though we had got there in time for check in. We were then made to wait for 30-40mins before given a room. Before arriving I had emailed to ask for a room with a bath tub as I was travelling with a small baby however we were given a shower room and after explaining several times they gave us a travel tub which was not suitable for our baby. Within a day of our stay there was a leak in our room which caused a huge puddle on the floor, I nearly tripped holding my baby but when I had explained this to the reception staff they did not take this seriously and one of the receptionists even laughed and said this is totally normal! Managers were not great either, we had raised the issue with them and they were not very accommodating. There is a language barrier making it extremely difficult to communicate and they failed to understand us on numerous occasions. It became quite frustrating to get our point across and in the end we just accepted that this resort isn’t what it makes out to be. The resort itself is lovely but customer service needs some work.

Everything was OK Except one major thing; Poor customer service. I was given a room which had a problem with the air conditioning. The staff at the reception kept promising me to solve the problem or change my room, but they never did. The management of the hotel doesn’t care about the guests at all. I will never return to this hotel.

Doğa dostu olması, yeşilliklerin içinde kaybolmanız, aktivitelerinin olması, yemeklerinin güzel olması ve personelinin 10 üzerinden 11 olarak kibar ve kaliteli hizmet vermesi oteli ikinci kere tercih etmemde etkili oldu. İkinci konaklamam da aynı hizmet kalitesinin devam ettiğini gördüm. İlerleyen dönemlerde tekrar tercih edeceğim bir otel.

The grounds of the hotel are very nice - lots of plants and greenery. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food was decent for what we paid, however the all inclusive drinks werent so great. Overall we loved our stay at the hotel and would definitely return.
