2 arkadaş tatil için geldik. Aile oteli olduğunu biliyorduk ama çok fazla çocuk vardı. Havuz özellikle çok kalabalıktı. Restoranda çeşitlilik güzeldi. Farklı mutfaklar vardı. Deniz biraz dalgalı ama güzeldi. Plajda bar olmaması kötü. Etkinlikler tamamen İngiliz çocuklu ailelere yönelikti.

Like it. In the end of October/ beginning November swimming pools are opened , slides work, weather was ok to sunbathe. Every facilities work as in season and price much lower. Definitely, good place and time for October holidays)) we will come back )

Das Abendprogramm war sehr schlecht bzw gleich null. Generell ist Abends kaum was los in der anlage.der Strand ist sehr schön aber keine Möglichkeit etwas zu trinken zu holen sodass man wieder etwas zurück zur Anlage laufen musste um sich was zu holen. Am Strand gab es eigentlich auch nichts wie WC oder bar oder sonstige. Potenzial wird nicht ausgenutzt.

İkramlar ile ilgili bir problem yoktu,çalışanlar ilgili güler yüzlü idi, kahvaltı ve diğer öğünlerde problem yaşamadık.Öğle yemeklerinde havuzda yapılan gürültülü aktivitelerin yerine müzik yayınlanması daha uygun olurdu.

Beach was short of facilities.. you had to walk for some distance to get some water. Also no lighting in night

Genel deneyimimiz güzeldi. Havuzlar...Deniz genelde dalgalı ama havuzların çeşitliliği kesinlikle denizi aratmıyor. Yemekler...otel müşterilerinin yüzde doksan beşinin İngiliz olduğu göz önünde bulundurulunca onların damak zevkine hitab ettiği anlaşılır bir durum. Sonuçta çeşit çok yiyecek bir şeyler bulunuyor. Karnıyarık ya da mantı beklemek mantıklı değil. Odalar...Sağolsun Resepsiyondaki Başak hanım havuz yakınındaki villalardan 5135 Bolu odayı verdi. Balkonun önünde havuz vardı. Yeşillikler içinde harika bir ortam. Çıkış günü sabah orada sakin bir ortamda vakit geçirdik, yüzdük. Oda geniş ve ferah ,çok kullanışlı. Dekorasyon güzel. Çocuklar açısından...çocuklar için uygun bir otel. Fakat sadece çocuklara özel su kaydırağı olan bir havuz olsa iyi olurdu. Tek eksik bunu gördüm. Yetişkinlerle aynı yerde olmamalı çocuklar kaydıraklar anlamında. Sonuç olarak gözümüz odamızda, Vakit geçirmeye zaman bulamadığımız balkon manzaramızda ve balkondan atlayış mesafesindeki havuzumuzda kaldı.

Amazing resort. Everywhere is so clean and the layout is perfect. Family room was spacious and lots of pools to choose from. 99% of sunbeds are "reserved" by 9.30am with some people not turning up until 11am/12pm so that wasn’t great. But is obviously more due to selfish human nature than the hotel itself. Bring travel cups to fill up using the water and drinks machines. The bar will also serve your drinks in your travel cup. There is an area next to reception where you can leave items that you no longer want. This is a good place to collect anything that you may have run out of as people leave suncream, toiletries, pool toys etc. Entertainment and food was good and varied. Suncream is expensive approx £40 for a normal Nivea factor 50 spray bottle. So bring lots with you!! Taxi from/to airport was £20 each way. No need to book. We only took £GBP with us as everyone accepts £ The only thing that this resort is lacking IMO is a beach bar. Other resorts we've been to we have enjoyed having a drink overlooking the beach in the evening but this is just a personal thing that we enjoy.

We stayed for 4nights with 2 kids in the standard room. The rooms are now dated and requires refurbishment specially the bathrooms. Overall, good facilities, food and staff. A la crate restaurants always busy and need to use the app. A lot facilities are chargeable such as tennis courts, indoor pool tables and bowling areas which could be inclusive. Simple things like an iron board are also chargeable which was a further let down.

British vibes. Guests are 90% from UK even the animation is done by british people. Great facilities, one of the best buffets way more than we expected.

We took our 9 year old granddaughter with us. Room was spacious and very clean. The pools are huge and very very clean. Staff was simply amazing. I cannot find words to explain the buffet options. It is like Disneyland for kids

Öncelikle otel gerçekten çocuklu aileler için çok tercih edilesi. Yemekleri hem çok çeşitli hem de çok lezzetli, hani idare eder diyebileceğim seviyede bile hiçbir yemek yoktu. Normalde indirimli oda satın almıştık ama sağolsunlar boş oda olduğu için jakuzili suit odaya upgrade yaptılar. Tek yaşadığımız olumsuz durum, odaya ilk giriş yaptığımız da tuvalet kenarında ve jakuzinin içinde bir çok uzun ve kısa kıllar vardı. Özellikle eşim bu durumdan rahatsız oldu. Arayıp söylediğimizde ılımlı bir yaklaşımla tekrar temizlik yaptılar, ama tabi bu deneyim kötüydü. Etkinlikler tamamen ingilizce eğer ingilizce bilginiz varsa türk olarakta keyif alırsınız ama eğlence anlayışları biraz farklı, soru cevap havasında etkinlikler vs var. Diskosu var fakat 1 tane insan bulamıyorsunuz, bu biraz kötü geldi. Daha canlı olmasını beklerdik. Ama özetleyecek olursak fiyat performans olarak iyi bir hotel.

As a family of 4 (incl 2 young kids), we really enjoyed our experience here. First, everywhere was exceptionally clean. Also, we were highly impressed by the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Food was amazing. Normally it is not wise to expect super-tasty food in open buffet, but everything was great. Mediterranean alacarte restaurant was (wow!) unbelievable. All of us enjoyed the slides in the pool. Sandy beach was only 2 mins walk. Evening entertainment wasn’t great but okay. Kids clubs were offering lots of different activities. And the place was only 20 mins of drive from Dalaman Airport. All in all, we absolutely enjoyed our time here.

Clean room, helpful and smiling staff

The gardens were stunning although the area outside the hotel was very much a building site with little to do. The hotel was spotless and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The a la Carte restaurants were lovely but for me the main dining hall was so busy and had the brightest lights so felt like you were at school. The lunch area was nice and I felt the food was nicer there.

Everyone at the hotel couldn’t do enough for you , food, cleanliness, entertainment, weather all spot on . Very impressed, no mozzies either

We loved our stay at Holiday Village Türkiye. The hotel is in exceptionally picturesque grounds and the gardens were so well maintained. The beach was a short walk and very quiet, and there were a range of pools catering for all needs. Our rooms were lovely and the food was fabulous. We’re already looking forward to our next stay!

Otele eşim ve 2 çocuğumuz olmak üzere 4 kişi gittik. İlk gidişimizdi.Yemekler bol , lezzetli ve çeşitliydi. Oda geniş , ferah ve konforluydu. Odanın büyük bir balkonu vardı. Banyoda jakuzi mevcut. İnternet bağlantı hızı iyiydi. Yollar güzel ve ulaşım kolaydı. Havuzları güzeldi. Fakat çocuklar için havuzdaki kaydıraklar yetersiz diyebilirim. Kendi özel plajı var. Sahil kum. Taş yok. Deniz temiz ama derin ve dalgalı. Personeller çalışkan ve güler yüzle işlerini yapıyorlar. Otelde kaldığımız 5 gün boyunca mutlu ve huzurluyduk. Bütün bunların altında otelcilik hususunda yıllara sari tecrübe , birikim , liyakat ve disiplin olduğu kuşkusuz. Ben ve ailem çok memnun kaldık. Tavsiye ederiz. Notumuz %92 'dir. Holiday Village Turkiye'ye teşekkür ederiz.

It was as expected from the reviews I'd read. Amazing buffet, great staff and a well kept resort although the rooms slightly dated. We travelled as a couple and it's very much a family with kids hotel. The entertainment from the pool over the loud speaker could be heard from everywhere, unfortunately there wasn't a quiet spot and it seemed even louder down by the beach than the pool next to it. We weren't too bothered- thank goodness for headphones, but it would have been nice to have some child free pool area during the day. Evening entertainment in the evening for the adults was good, even though we'd had an email saying not all activities were running due to it being end of season. Weather was good, had a morning of it being overcast and a couple of evenings that were quite windy so need a hoody on to stay outside. Staff really helpful and enjoyed a trip to the local town for a couple of drinks and some clothes shopping.

Our stay was amazing! The room was very spacious, we had 2 baby cribs they provided for free and we still had plenty of space left. We had a balcony with pool view. All of the drinks are included in the price which is amazing, because some cruises and resorts don’t include that. I fell in love with the mojitos and iced coffees. The buffet is massive!! Tons of food options and desserts. Everything from the resort to your room was spotless clean. Customer service and staff was very friendly. The only thing we would recommend is an updated bathroom. Our tub/shower and the tile was kind of old and outdated, didn’t go with the rest of the room.

Food was great and varied each night. We didn’t book an Al a Carte as the buffet food was so good. Rooms were in good order and the beds were comfortable.

Rooms were big enough for 4 with partition doors Huge selection on delicious foods to suit even fussy eaters The grounds were immaculate well kept with lots of space to be away from the noise if it’s peace you need there are many pools some slides games arcade archery beach all on site the outside was stunning lots of stuff for kids & teens babies staff are friendly maids keep the place gleaming shops on site ny only negative is some of these shops rip you off big time so make sure you have toiletries suncream & lighters as it’s v expensive to buy in the shops but you don’t have much choice as local shops are 1 mile walk both ways down and up the mountain so this place provides everything apart from toothpaste shampoo & conditioner they just have a soap dispenser the entertainment every evening was a laugh I a was a solo traveller and I loved it next time I will bring my teens !

Booked 2 rooms at the holiday village. Arrived at 10.30pm to be told they were full. Moved next door to the tropical. Told this was an upgrade (it was not). No apology or any further contact from the Holiday village. Stayed there several times before but will not be back

Tesis, konum ve havuz imkanları çok iyidi. Hizmet ve çalışanların kalitesinden çok memnun kaldık. Özellikle Snack Bar yanındaki yemek alanında çalışan Erdeniz Bey ve Serhat Bey biz ile çok ilgilendi ve yardımcı oldu.

Karşılama ve check in konforlu. Odalar temiz. Servis personelleri güleryüzlü ve yardımcı olma eğilimindeler. Türk müşterileri diğerlerinden ayırmamaları hoşumuza gitti. Havuzlar dokuz adet ve çeşitli derinlikteler. Yiyecek ve içecekler çeşitli, lezzetli. Sonuç olarak, tekrar gitmek isteyeceğim, 2 çocukla harika zaman geçirdiğim tesis.

İlk girdiğimiz andan itibaren bütün personelin güleryüzlü olması ve saygıyla karşılaması takdire şayan.. Temizlik ise tek kelime ile Harika.. Tesisin Çevre düzenlemesi ve yüzlerce çeşit Çiçek sizi Botanik bahçesinde geziyormuş gibi hissettiriyor... Havuzların bol ve çeşitli olması inanılmaz derecede artı bir olay ve havuz güvenliğinin olması İSE çocuklu aileler için büyük avantaj.. Yemekler Kusursuz odalar temiz..Kediler bile bu düzende yerli yerinde duruyor yani kesinlikle yemek yediğiniz alanlarda yoklar, sanki birileri eğitmiş onları...Teşekkürler Holiday Village...

Hotel is fantastic. The food was the best AI i have been to. Provided plenty options and accomodated for allergies amazingly! Staff couldn't do enough for you. I would highly recommend this hotel. And being 20 mins from airport is an added bonus. Also Sarigerme is a great village with shops, bars and restaurants.

We had a generally good experience at this resort. The kids absolutely loved the pool and water slides, which kept them entertained throughout our stay. The food was also good, definitely better than what we've encountered at similar resorts. The room was clean, and we enjoyed the variety of pools—there were about 5-6 in total—and the quiet, well-maintained sandy beach.However, our experience at the reception was disappointing. The staff member we dealt with at reception was grumpy and unfriendly, showing little interest in helping guests. We paid for a late check-out the evening before our departure, but when our flight got rescheduled to an earlier time the next morning, they refused to refund the fee. At the time of payment, there was no mention that it was non-refundable, which left a sour taste on an otherwise pleasant stay.In summary, it's a great place for families with kids, but the reception service could definitely use some improvement.

Havaalanindan otele ulasimda rahatti taxiyle 15 dk 700 tl. Bence oteldeki tek sikinti yada bize denk gelen oda cok iyi degildi. Iceri girer girmez kuf kokusu aliyor sizi ve banyo tavaninda da mevcuttu. Bence otel bu konuda yenilemelerini yapmali. Denize sifir ve cok sakindi deniz tarafi su tertemiz genel anlamada memnun kaldik. Tavsiye edilir iyi tatiller

The hotel is huge and is resting on an amazing land with lots of fruit trees and various flowers. It makes you feel like you are in paradise. I don’t usually prefer all inclusive resorts because of how crowded they feel and the quality of food is usually so so, but this place was pretty decent in terms of food and didnt feel crowded, likely due to its huge landmass. The most outstanding part of the hotel experience is though is the staff. From reception to kitchen to housekeeping, the entire staff is so kind and helpful. I hope they get compensated fairly because they make the hotel what it is.

Great family hotel only 20 minute drive from the airport lots of activities to do for the children plenty of fresh food and drink right on the beach

Was met with disappointment from the first night when the bar closed their “all inclusive” and started charging guests for all drinks after 12am (without pre-warning). The associated costs weren’t cheap either. When raising the point via email, was met with the following response:- “As we are not a Luxury 5* Plus All-Inclusive Resort, we do not offer 24 hour a day food and drink to our guests in resort”. They highlight this fact in their terms and conditions in a very subtle way:- “This property is all-inclusive. On-site food and beverages are included in the Room price (some restrictions may apply).” Basically, from 12am-10am; you better bring your wallet as your “All inclusive” booking; doesn’t apply. Food was average, same stuff in the buffet every other night. A La Carte (Mediterranean) was mediocre- the options are slim and the food doesn’t resemble any Mediterranean restaurant I’ve ever eaten at before. Rooms are dated- could do with some updating. Gardens are beautiful and smell great. A lot of empty space throughout the hotel that is just filled with random items such as an empty library. The staff and the beach are the high points. Staff are very approachable and the beach was very quiet and clean. No bar or snacks nearby the beach though, have to venture back onto the resort for 5 minutes. Many elements of this place didn’t hit the mark for us and for an advertised “all inclusive”, extremely underwhelming experience.

Bu yıl ikinci gidişim idi. 2023'ten buyana değişen hiçbir şey yok. Her şey aynı güzellikte. Tek kötü tarafı var. Lezzetler arasında ayrım yapamadığım için her seferinde kilo alıyorum. Mutfak gerek kahvaltıda ve gerekse akşam yemeklerinde harika. Çeşit, kalite ve lezzet rakipsiz. Mutfak şefimize ve her akşam bizimle sanki özel müşteri imiş gibi ilgilenen garson Erdeniz'e ayrı bir teşekkür. Deniz biraz dalgalı ama, havuz ve şezlong alanları çok keyifli.Dilerim seneye tekrar giderim.

Holiday village a geldiğimiz andan beri hızlı hizmet çalışanların güler yüzlü ve yardımsever olması bizi inanılmaz etkiledi hotel 1800 kişi ile aşırı kalabalık olmasına rağmen hiçbir hizmetten faydalanamadığımız olmadı herkes harıl harıl çalışıyordu gerçekten tertemiz bir hotel ayrıca bize müsaitlik olduğundan family suıt oda vermeleri ile de gönlümüzü kazandılar kahvaltı çok iyi öğle yemeği dürüst olmak gerekirse ortalama ama akşam yemekleri tek kelimeyle muhteşemm asya ve türk gecesini asla unutmayacağım akdeniz restoranda da rezervasyonumuz olmamasına rağmen yardımcı oldukları için çok teşekkür ediyorum birazda negatif yanlarını konuşacak olursak tek türk bizdik çok fazla ingiliz aile özellikle ne yazık ki küçük çocuklu ingiliz aile var ama havuz ve tesisin geneli çok büyük aktivite teami inanılmaz eğlenceli içkiler ne yazık ki kalitesiz kokteyl bardağa sıkılarak yapılmamalı ama onu da kalabalığa bağlıyorum özet olarak aşırı eğlendik hiç sıkılmadık aktiviteler ve akşam eğlenceleri mükemmeldi yemekler inanılmaz başarılıydı çok lezzetliydi (içkiler vasattı )sahili tertemiz plajı sessiz sakin huzurlu denizi güzel havuzları büyük ve eğlenceli Sözün kısası ben çok eğlendim kesinlikle bir kez daha holiday village a geleceğim her şey için teşekkürler 🙏

British vibes. Guests are 90% from UK even the animation is done by british people. Great facilities, one of the best buffets way more than we expected.

Great holiday for a family. Amazing food. Drinks are mostly sugary, getting enough of sweet cocktails and switching to beer pretty quickly 😀 Definitely recommend, great helpful staff and all around

Great food, very clean, amazing pools. Only dropped down as alcohol options were not amazing.
