Nice room, friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Busy street though

We were served clean towels and trash emptying every day after I requested this service at the front desk when we arrived. The staff was very friendly and cordial when fielding our requests. The pool and exercise areas were clean and stocked with towels. We felt comfortable and secure in using these areas. Adequate free parking was available to us. Great location with good restaurants and Krogers nearby. The Hampton by Hilton Dearborn/Detroit was rated as a 2 star hotel but it clearly should be rated higher. I would give it a 3 star or 4 star. The only bad thing was I only saw one luggage carrier and that one was not available to us one the day we checked out.

The parking lot was okay. I felt customer service should have been better. The first attendant didn't tell me about parking, incidental prices, nor did she tell me about the Wi-Fi. The second attendant told me all of this.
