The staff was simply terrific. They knew us by name, wouldn’t let us touch our bags, brought us towels and water to the beach, were great servers at dinner and for drinks. The rooms were very clean and the resort was right on the beach.

Pros: Super nice and helpful staff, very accommodating. Breakfast buffet is excellent (but arrive earlier!). Transport to and from airport is included. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Central location at station 2. Nice little exercise space. Free popcorn and ice cream in the afternoon! Excellent restaurant! Cons: There should be a kids pool and an adults only pool. There was some construction going on and if you sat by the pool, you could smell the paint. I had an adjoining room (203) and I could hear the people next door who were luckily, not very loud.

I stayed for four nights. The pick up at the airport and boat transfer to the island or efficient and flawlessly executed. Once at the hotel, I was greeted by an extremely friendly staff who throughout my stay did everything they possibly could to make it a pleasure. The hotel itself was in a great location, right on the beach. It was in the middle of everything, most things not more than 5 to 10 minute walk away. The room was spacious, very clean and well appointed. The entire resort, including the rooms were kept clean by the staff who seemed to be constantly cleaning. The breakfast had lots of choices and everything I ate was very good. The restaurant and bar seemed to be very nice although I did not use them other than for breakfast. I had an opportunity to swim in the pool, which was very clean and well kept and utilize the beach chairs frequently. The beach staff also was very friendly and accommodating, constantly refilling ice water, spraying aloe or coconut mist and refreshing the towels. Every time you went in the water, you were greeted back at your chairs with a staff member holding your towel open to wrap you in. Nice touch. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again if I return.The only negative is that they do not have an elevator. But rest assured that their staff does everything they can to make sure that you don’t have to struggle. They carry your luggage up and down and deliver anything you might need to your room.

COAST staff treats you like a family and one of their own—-very friendly, welcoming, attentive, and caring. Our experience is by far the best! From the arrival private transfer to the departure. There were also staff at the beach looking out for their guests. From setting up the blanket for us, providing towels and water, and even preparing the towel when we came out of the beach. We expressed our concerns and dealt with it with professionalism and care. The manager, Julie, personally approached us and dealt with it. If it’s your first time in Boracay, you want to feel safe and have fun, COAST is the way to go. We would go back again!

The Coast Hotel on Boracay Island is a gem in the Pacific Ocean. The staff are super duper friendly, polite, courteous, attentive, warm and friendly. I have stayed in 5 star hotels and resorts all over the world, and the service that I received at the Coast Hotel in Boracay was exceptional. The hotel provides complimentary snacks throughout your stay. Each hotel room has a giant bathroom and a walk in shower. The hotel rooms have smart TV’s that allow you to watch local Filipino programming, and also watch streaming movies and TV networks like Netflix. The hotel Wifi is complimentary. The hotel is very clean, and has laundry service if you need it. The hotel has two pools that are very clean, and there are areas of the pools that accommodate small children. The hotel is right on the gorgeous White Beach in Boracay. The hotel bar and restaurant which is called Cha Cha's have a large menu, and the food is very good, and reasonably priced. The restaurant has nightly live music, and even a live dancing show once a week. The hotel serves a complimentary breakfast buffet every morning, and it has a variety of Asian and Western style foods available for breakfast. The hotel is located in Station 2 of Boracay Island, and is near the famous D’Mall where all the shops and restaurants are located. This is one place where they’ve figured out how to exceed expectations from the airport pick up, it was a bit inconvenient if we had to go to the hotel ourselves but they made sure we were comfortable all the way to the hotel. The hotel property is alright, nothing much to rave about, but the little touches from the staff made the stay memorable. It’s also a beachfront property and they will set up a mat and bring towels for you on the beach. Everyone was extremely kind and friendly to my toddler, he had a great time at Coast. Thank you!

Friendliness and few staff going above and beyond. Johnny and can’t recall the other male staff but was thin, tall and wearing pink shorts were outstanding. Highly recommend to family and friends. There were ongoing construction on the main pool and entrance way but other than that nice hotel. Food was good with breakfast style Buffett which included traditional Filipino food and American. The view from the entrance is stunning!

This is a smaller resort but it was kept in very nice condition. The rooms are nice, the spa provided wonderful massages, and the pools were beautiful. The best thing about this facility were the people working there! All were so kind, hospitable, catered to or every desire. They arranged our travel to and from the airport with their own employees and they wouldn’t let us pick up one single suitcase! That is what makes this facility…the people!!!

We had an amazing stay at Coast! The room was spotless, and we were comfortable. We appreciated the welcome treats and goodies, as well as the daily treats that were given to us. The location was great- right at the beach front. Customer service was amazing! We felt right at home and well taken care of. I highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Once again a lovely holiday (4th time at coast)..From Devan at the airport and port and his team,got us through immigration and on the speed boat to the hotel..Jonny with the suitcases,good check-in,lovely friendly reception staff,Bryan in charge…Great breakfast choice,room always kept clean to a good standard….then on the beach,Ben John an ram as ever very professional….The hotel is looking a touch dated at present,but it’s the little touches by the staff,that makes you want to come back…10/10

I was beyond impressed with the friendly staff, communication and organization of ensuring your arrival and departure was as convenient as much as possible. The room and hotel grounds were very clean. I would definitely recommend this place for others and I would stay here again with my family.

The hotel is very clean, and has laundry service if you need it. The hotel has two pools that are very clean, and there are areas of the pools that accommodate small children. The hotel is located in Station 2 of Boracay Island, and is near the famous D’Mall where all the shops and restaurants are located. This is a smaller resort but it was kept in very nice condition. The rooms are nice, the spa provided wonderful massages, and the pools were beautiful. The best thing about this facility were the people working there! All were so kind, hospitable, catered to or every desire. They arranged our travel to and from the airport with their own employees and they wouldn’t let us pick up one single suitcase! That is what makes this facility…the people!!!

The staff was excellent, location was perfect. Only issue is the pet owner who left their dog in the adjacent room when they went out. The dog incessantly barked while they were away, every time. Not very relaxing.

We had a fantastic time at Coast. The staff do a wonderful job making their guests feel special, from airport pick up to the hotel and back to airport. Food is very good. Room is very comfortable although maybe needing an upgrade soon for the furniture. Pool and beachside area are wonderful, very good for families with small kids. Airport transfer seamless. Hotel service is what you would expect from a fancy luxury hotel. So superior bang for buck.

I stayed for four nights. The pick up at the airport and boat transfer to the island or efficient and flawlessly executed. Once at the hotel, I was greeted by an extremely friendly staff who throughout my stay did everything they possibly could to make it a pleasure. The hotel itself was in a great location, right on the beach. It was in the middle of everything, most things not more than 5 to 10 minute walk away. The room was spacious, very clean and well appointed. The entire resort, including the rooms were kept clean by the staff who seemed to be constantly cleaning. The breakfast had lots of choices and everything I ate was very good. The restaurant and bar seemed to be very nice although I did not use them other than for breakfast. I had an opportunity to swim in the pool, which was very clean and well kept and utilize the beach chairs frequently. The beach staff also was very friendly and accommodating, constantly refilling ice water, spraying aloe or coconut mist and refreshing the towels. Every time you went in the water, you were greeted back at your chairs with a staff member holding your towel open to wrap you in. Nice touch. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again if I return.The only negative is that they do not have an elevator. But rest assured that their staff does everything they can to make sure that you don’t have to struggle. They carry your luggage up and down and deliver anything you might need to your room.

This property is very nice. The only downside is if you so happen to be assigned a room on the 1st floor. The pool is immediately outside the door and if you’re looking to sleep in late, the kids around the pool are quite noisy starting immediately at 9am.

Once again a lovely holiday (4th time at coast)..From Devan at the airport and port and his team,got us through immigration and on the speed boat to the hotel..Jonny with the suitcases,good check-in,lovely friendly reception staff,Bryan in charge…Great breakfast choice,room always kept clean to a good standard….then on the beach,Ben John an ram as ever very professional….The hotel is looking a touch dated at present,but it’s the little touches by the staff,that makes you want to come back…10/10

I can't say enough great things about their customer service. From the moment we got off the plane to the time they dropped us off at the airport. I never lifted a finger. It almost feel like we had our personal butlers. They greeted us with towels as soon as we got off the water, brought us water with out being asked. Gave us pillows for our backs when we sat down. Johny and Ben were the ones we had the most contact with. They anticipated all of our needs and specially great with kids. They were great and brought out toys and played with them making sure the kids enjoyed themselves. The kids looked for them every day. They had towels prepared for us to take when we went island hoping. All the staff were great Fe was our server during our breakfast and she was very accommodating. We had welcome drinks and a refreshing towels upon arrival. We had bowl of fruit and and had turn down service every night.

The staff was simply terrific. They knew us by name, wouldn’t let us touch our bags, brought us towels and water to the beach, were great servers at dinner and for drinks. The rooms were very clean and the resort was right on the beach.

This hotel is amazing! Our party of 8 was pampered to the max. The staff are incredible and go the extra mile to make your stay special. We were greeted with cold towels and a drink. The airport transportation was great. Location was unbeatable and right in the center of everything and beachfront. The breakfast buffet was great. After swimming in the ocean, staff greeted us with towels. They brought my kids pool toys when swimming and even played with our kids. They took amazing photos of us that made us look great. We definitely loved our stay and will make this our go to hotel in the future if we ever return to Boracay. Jony and Ben primarily served us and by the end of our stay, they felt like family. Truly amazing hotel and staff!!!

This is one place where they’ve figured out how to exceed expectations from the airport pick up, it was a bit inconvenient if we had to go to the hotel ourselves but they made sure we were comfortable all the way to the hotel. The hotel property is alright, nothing much to rave about, but the little touches from the staff made the stay memorable. It’s also a beachfront property and they will set up a mat and bring towels for you on the beach. Everyone was extremely kind and friendly to my toddler, he had a great time at Coast. Thank you!

Pros: Super nice and helpful staff, very accommodating. Breakfast buffet is excellent (but arrive earlier!). Transport to and from airport is included. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Central location at station 2. Nice little exercise space. Free popcorn and ice cream in the afternoon! Excellent restaurant! Cons: There should be a kids pool and an adults only pool. There was some construction going on and if you sat by the pool, you could smell the paint. I had an adjoining room (203) and I could hear the people next door who were luckily, not very loud.

ボラカイ初です。良さそうなホテルを探して迷った挙げ句こちらに4泊しました。口コミ通りのスタッフの質の高さ、ホスピタリティがあり感動すらしました。おもてなしNo.1のスタッフをあえて挙げさせてもらいますが、、海側、プール側を行ったり来たりしているジョニーとベン！！！！ 二人のおもてなしサービス精神とフレンドリーな気遣いに楽しいホテル滞在となりました。 ジョニーは海にゲストがいるととにかく泳いでいるゲストにも気をつけて見守ってくれるようなスタッフです。海から上がるとタオルを広げてかけてくれます。 ベンは冷たい水を必ずビーチに置いてくれて脱ぎっぱなしのTシャツを畳んでくれプールでもあれこれ気を配りビーチボールや浮き輪などとこからか持ってきてくれ プールにいる全員のゲストに最高のサービス精神で一生懸命走りまわっていました。今回雨季でしたが日中は晴れていてホテルのレストランもよく使いました。食事は基本的に美味しいです。もちろんビーチ沿いホテルのレストランなのでそれなりの値段ですが、ビーチ沿いの他のレストランも似たような値段です。ならばコーストのレストランで昼夜済ませてのんびりサミゲル飲んでだらけて過ごすのがイイかなあと思える素晴らしいホテルです。次は海の透明度の高い乾季に行きたいと思います。

This hotel is amazing! Our party of 8 was pampered to the max. The staff are incredible and go the extra mile to make your stay special. We were greeted with cold towels and a drink. The airport transportation was great. Location was unbeatable and right in the center of everything and beachfront. The breakfast buffet was great. After swimming in the ocean, staff greeted us with towels. They brought my kids pool toys when swimming and even played with our kids. They took amazing photos of us that made us look great. We definitely loved our stay and will make this our go to hotel in the future if we ever return to Boracay. Jony and Ben primarily served us and by the end of our stay, they felt like family. Truly amazing hotel and staff!!!

Great location in Station 2. Staff was very helpful and professional. Our room is probably going to be to for a quick reno. Food at the connecting restaurant, Cha Chas was good. Maybe just a tad pricey but it is at a prime location. Breakfast buffet was very good. To and from shuttle and boat service to the airport was seemless. Jony, Ben and Bryan are special mentions. But everyone was excellent! Our second stay here because the staff is awesome!

The Coast Hotel on Boracay Island is a gem in the Pacific Ocean. The staff are super duper friendly, polite, courteous, attentive, warm and friendly. I have stayed in 5 star hotels and resorts all over the world, and the service that I received at the Coast Hotel in Boracay was exceptional. The hotel provides complimentary snacks throughout your stay. Each hotel room has a giant bathroom and a walk in shower. The hotel rooms have smart TV’s that allow you to watch local Filipino programming, and also watch streaming movies and TV networks like Netflix. The hotel Wifi is complimentary. The hotel is very clean, and has laundry service if you need it. The hotel has two pools that are very clean, and there are areas of the pools that accommodate small children. The hotel is right on the gorgeous White Beach in Boracay. The hotel bar and restaurant which is called Cha Cha's have a large menu, and the food is very good, and reasonably priced. The restaurant has nightly live music, and even a live dancing show once a week. The hotel serves a complimentary breakfast buffet every morning, and it has a variety of Asian and Western style foods available for breakfast. The hotel is located in Station 2 of Boracay Island, and is near the famous D’Mall where all the shops and restaurants are located. You can walk to D’Mall, or take a 5 minute e-trike cab (also known as tuk-tuks) to the D’Mall for a small fee. The Coast Hotel front desk staff are responsive to all your inquiries.

This hotel absolutely deserves 5 stars! We were blown away by the exceptionally outstanding service – no matter what, the team was always attentive and ready to help. One thing that really stood out: every time I came out of the sea, they immediately brought me a towel. It’s the little things like this that make all the difference! The breakfast was also a solid 10 out of 10 – freshly baked bread, Beef Tapa, pancakes, pork belly – there was truly something for everyone. The location is unbeatable, central yet peaceful, and the entire staff was simply fantastic. A special shoutout to Ben and John, whose warmth and professionalism made our stay unforgettable. We’re already planning to come back in March – that’s how amazing it was here. Thank you for such an outstanding experience!

The experience my & i had with this hotel is extraordinary. As someone who it's first time in the island of boracay? This hotel made my stay even more unforgettable & amazing, the people that adds so much joy and memories, the treatments of all crew is absolutely very welcoming from coast to coast. My partner and I is so satisfied from the room to foods. I can't name y'all but Jony hehe we will definitely go back for more.
