Wi-fi was not stable. Wi-fi was very weak, very slow. Hotel has only Lift (Elevator) for the customers. Lift was always crowded and long waiting time. In the restaurant, there were only three servers (attendants). Service was very slow.

Excellent Staff, Great Food, and a Beautiful View. Front Desk Supervisor Ambu, Food Manager Mathew, Restaurant Manager Vipin, restaurant staff George (Chocolate Maker), and Chef Sabu were all excellent. The shows and activities at the hotel were equally enjoyable for both kids and adults. It’s a great place to stay—home away from home—and our entire 10-member team enjoyed every minute of the stay.

Lovely place to stay in Munnar. Very welcoming and friendly staff throughout, food is excellent with a lot of choice. Lots of activities included with the stay. Great location for visiting waterfalls and beautiful tea plantation hills. Highly recommend!

Loved our 5 night stay. Awesome views and location. Staff were very attentive and went the extra mile to ensure comfort and all our needs were met. Lots of variety of food and all to a high standard. Linen and rooms were clean. Live singers, yoga, cookery demos and entertainment made it extra special. All the staff deserve credit for their efforts

Probably the best property in Munnar. Had a good waterfall view and view of the hills around. Waterfall is a tiny one though was not that impressive. Overall, Munnar had a lot of pollution so the overall experience was ok. For massage, I would recommend the ones in the Munnar market area, wouldn’t recommend one at the property. market had the best massage as compared with the Kovalam or any other areas in Kerala.

We stayed in honeymoon suite.The view is breathtaking. The staff is really friendly, always smiles and offer for help wherever needed. Cultural programs were enjoyable. The hygiene is well maintained. Access to hotel is not far from the main road. The breakfast was really good with many options. In room dining can be improved. The pool was warm (27 to 30 degrees) and clean , and fresh water. Overall I highly recommend this hotel for couples and families.

I had a beauty experience at the resort the staff were both warm and hospital.Everyone I met was incredibly kind.As a solo traveller I felt well looked after.The hotel is set in such a beautiful serene region surrounded by nature.The room was lovely and well maintained.I would definitely recommend this hotel to family /friends.Overall a wonderful experience!

The Blanket Hotel is an oasis, we stayed for 3 nights and every part of our time here was fabulous, however, the hotel team are the highlight, nothing is ever too much trouble. The rooms are large and have everything you need, they are also impeccably clean. The restaurant is also great, the food is varied and very fresh. The views from the hotel are breathtaking and we wandered to the nearby village stopping for a lime soda with the lovely lady who runs a small cafe near the bridge. I would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel to friends and family.

The rooms are large and have everything you need, they are also impeccably clean. The restaurant is also great, the food is varied and very fresh. The views from the hotel are breathtaking and we wandered to the nearby village stopping for a lime soda with the lovely lady who runs a small cafe near the bridge. I would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel to friends and family.

The hotel is very near to the waterfall, which makes the view from the room cozy. The rooms were neat and spacious with a balcony and good air flow. The approach road to the hotel not good and is through the tea estate, once you are at the resort the. It is better to hire a jeep to travel to other locations from the hotel. Overall a good hotel

Everything was exceptionally good from beginning till end of our stay. We had a great time. Food was also very good and very friendly and helpful staff . Felt like home away from home.and room was very nice and clean with a beautiful view of the waterfall and tea plantation. The inside road is a little bit rough but overall a very pleasant stay. Good hotel with nice scenic view, good staff, clean and modern hotel and very good food. Accessibility is difficult. The road to hotel is very bad. The main big nice scenic open dining area blocked for private newly weds that is only for 2 people every evening so you can not access that part even though in their amenities they show that it is accessible. Very bad. Blocking 50 people open dining area just for 2 people. So waste of money. No cellular signals so have to depend completely on hotel Wi-Fi which is not good.

Overall it was a decent stay. Facility was super clean. Sunrise and views were spectacular from the hotel. One evening we really enjoyed pakora and chai in the evening by the swimming pool. No complain except one morning there was no hot water in my shower.

We have booked the Honeymoon Pavilion room to celebrate our anniversary. We requested a small cake & bed decoration which they did wonderful without charging us any extra penny. Regarding the view, it was just breathtaking. The combination of waterfalls & mountains will definitely win your heart. You may get lost in natural with your morning tea and the roaring sounds of the waterfall mixing with the sweet voice of the birds. The hotel may not looks pretty polished from outside but very clean and well maintained from inside. All the staff are very friendly & welcoming and they will always try to feel you how special you are to them. Food was good & taste. A lots of options in the complementary breakfast. You will also get complementary evening tea and snacks, which is good. The only thing we are not happy with is the number of options for a non-vegetarian in the dinner buffet. Ala Carte menu price is on the higher side. Over all we are extremely happy with the service & location & view offered by the resort.

We looked at a whole bunch of properties to have an evening of luxury during our stay in Kerala. We're very pleased that we chose Blanket - The presidential suite is well worth the upgrade if you're thinking about it. The place is as advertised, and more. Double jacuzzi overlooking the waterfall, attentive staff, buffet options for breakfast and dinner (or a regular menu if that's what you want), included activities were a bonus too. We didn't try the spa, so can't comment, but if you're looking for a decadent stay, then I'd point you in this direction.

Not really a 5 star, room and bathroom not very big, we had much better elsewhere, but splendid view and comfortable bed. Service in restaurant was great thanks to its manager! Noisy hotel, room doors not sound insulated while children play and scream in the corridors until 11pm and from 7:30am! Apparently this hotel does not provide anything for the Driver unfortunately, except 2 washrooms for lots of them.

We stayed in honeymoon suite.The view is breathtaking. The staff is really friendly, always smiles and offer for help wherever needed. Cultural programs were enjoyable. The hygiene is well maintained. Access to hotel is not far from the main road. The breakfast was really good with many options. In room dining can be improved. The pool was warm (27 to 30 degrees) and clean , and fresh water. Overall I highly recommend this hotel for couples and families.

The Blanket Hotel is an oasis, we stayed for 3 nights and every part of our time here was fabulous, however, the hotel team are the highlight, nothing is ever too much trouble. The rooms are large and have everything you need, they are also impeccably clean. The restaurant is also great, the food is varied and very fresh. The views from the hotel are breathtaking and we wandered to the nearby village stopping for a lime soda with the lovely lady who runs a small cafe near the bridge. I would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel to friends and family.

Our stay at the Blanket Hotel was just what we needed in Munnar. It was away from all the noise and cozy. The staff makes you feel welcomed from the moment you arrive. They check on you constantly and are so welcoming. The views are amazing and the pool is even heated. I appreciated that they had a variety of options for food. Yes the road to get there isn’t the best, but it’s worth the 5 minute hassle. I mean you’re in India! On top of a mountain next to a waterfall!

Front Desk Supervisor Ambu, Food Manager Mathew, Restaurant Manager Vipin, restaurant staff George (Chocolate Maker), and Chef Sabu were all excellent. The shows and activities at the hotel were equally enjoyable for both kids and adults. It’s a great place to stay—home away from home—and our entire 10-member team enjoyed every minute of the stay.

We have booked the Honeymoon Pavilion room to celebrate our anniversary. We requested a small cake & bed decoration which they did wonderful without charging us any extra penny. Regarding the view, it was just breathtaking. The combination of waterfalls & mountains will definitely win your heart. You may get lost in natural with your morning tea and the roaring sounds of the waterfall mixing with the sweet voice of the birds. The hotel may not looks pretty polished from outside but very clean and well maintained from inside. All the staff are very friendly & welcoming and they will always try to feel you how special you are to them. Food was good & taste. A lots of options in the complementary breakfast. You will also get complementary evening tea and snacks, which is good. The only thing we are not happy with is the number of options for a non-vegetarian in the dinner buffet. Ala Carte menu price is on the higher side. Over all we are extremely happy with the service & location & view offered by the resort.
