I stayed in the business suite which was comfortable and clean. I received the complimentary transfer which was convenient and great. Checked in early which was smooth which helpful staff. The biggest let down was the half board element. Although excited to receive a 3 course dinner with drinks included, the food left a lot to be desired. Although there were lots of options which could be made gluten free as requested, was given the blandest fish and steamed vegetables with absolutely no flavour. The food was cold and when asked for it to be warmed, it was returned rock hard and inedible. The head waiter was very kind and when he saw my disappointment, offered to bring me fruit to my room which he did. But I’d lost my appetite. Breakfast was no better. I had an early flight so was told could go 15 minutes early. The chef on the omelette station reacted as if it was too much trouble to make me an omelette, looking at his watch and sighing annoyingly. He rang the bell for me to come collect when cooked. So moody, no smile when thanked. I asked for some chilli to which he gestured for me to go elsewhere even though it was right in front of him. I asked again and he threw some on my plate with another annoyed sigh. He should definitely not be working with guests if he hates it so much. Altogether was an Okay stay but left feeling rather disappointed.

I like the staff at Bricks: they are attentive, and helpful and go out of their way to help you if they can. The room was really quite nice and the breakfast was excellent. The only downsides are: trying to park at the property (It's on a very busy highway and you have to attract the attention of the doorman to get a valet to park your car, and the surrounding area which is poorly lit at night and seems rather out of the way and dingy. However, I would recommend it as being well worth the price and as a pleasant experience.

I enjoyed my stay, I did observe however that the room was not as clean as I thought expected. The washroom door had visible splash marks on it. Room service is timely, however often the portions are incredibly small for what you’re paying. Breakfast had a great variety, and there’s a restaurant and coffee shop in the actual hotel. There’s also many coffee and food places near the hotel like within a 10 minute walk. Staff were very friendly and hospitable, make sure all your needs are met. Room was comfortable. Bathroom was great as well.

Beautiful property but the traffic noise was crazy. Had to use earplugs to sleep. The kitchen was more than accommodating for my dietary restrictions of gluten free. Even the breakfast buffet was accommodating. Close to transit if you’re adventurous. Staff more than happy to please.

From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, all of the staff was helpful and cheerful. Not only did they care for me when I was on property, they provided me with their phone numbers in case of emergencies. They all proud a sense of proud to their jobs and it shows. The hotel staff is nice and wonderful. Unfortunately, the simple thing like adapter they don't have for the devices, even though it is a free service provided by all 5-star hotels. The problem is that they sell the adapter to the customer under the pretext that he brought it from outside the hotel at a price more than 8 times higher than its official price. I don't know why the hotel is rated 5 stars.

Wow! The service at Bricks is incredible. My aunt had left her luggage with a hotel luggage service while we traveled to Cappadocia. When we got to Brick's at 11PM at night, we told the folks in the hotel lobby that we were going to go get the luggage, and they said if you're too tired we can arrange someone to pick it up for you. We were so tired, it really saved us time and energy. The hotel is beautiful and the staff was just so kind.

This was our fourth stay at the Bricks Hotel in nine months. We were once again very satisfied. Service and customer satisfaction are top priorities at the Bricks Hotel. The staff are all very friendly and helpful at all times. I would like to particularly highlight Mr. Salih and Mr. Ismail for their excellent service. I can definitely recommend this hotel and am already looking forward to our next stay at the Bricks Hotel.

Bereits das zweite Mal innerhalb von 3 Monaten im Bricks Hotel verbracht und erneut sind wir mehr als zufrieden gewesen. Sonderwünsche wurden berücksichtigt. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und serviceorientiert. Man wird von jedem Mitarbeiter zu jeder Tageszeit höflich begrüßt und empfangen. Es wird zudem großen Wert auf Sauberkeit gelegt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist mehr als ausreichend. Somit konnten wir unseren Aufenthalt von 15 Nächten mehr als angenehm verbringen. In unmittelbarer Umgebung befinden sich zahlreiche Einkaufszentren sowie Restaurants und Cafés. Auch öffentliche Transportstationen befinden sich in der Nähe. Somit geht eine klare Empfehlung für dieses Hotel raus, welches wir bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Istanbul erneut in Erwägung ziehen werden. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Bricks Team!
