Lovely venue - Quiet and comfortable rooms, excellent selection of toiletries, fridge with complimentary water and beer, comfortable beds and pillows. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food. Good selection at breakfast. Good location, only a few minutes flat walk to the town centre and train station.

Nice pub with rooms. Rooms furnished to a good standard. There are nice additions such as a coffee machine, coffe pids, bags, biscuits, a fridge with a complimentary beer, water and fresh milk. Access is easy. Staff ate friendly. Food available on site

Ideal location as I was attending a wedding. The room was available ahead of time and it was spacious and done in wonderful taste in decor. There are also limited parking spaces for residents. Clean, efficient and a comfortable stay.

Great option for an out of the city experience. Quaint comfortable rooms, bar and restaurant downstairs and close to transport options. Included breakfast was outstanding.

Stayed here for 2 nights as we were visiting Kew Gardens and Richmond park , both nearby . I booked a ‘cosy room ‘ which was very comfortable. Liked the style of it . Staff all very friendly and food was excellent. There’s a garden at the back and terrace at the front . Very relaxing .

Young staff, of which I spoke to 5, were all brilliant, friendly,efficient and good fun. Most impressive. Slight issue in that if you had a noisyroom neighbour then the thin walls could be a problem as you could hear people snoring!. Food wholesome and faierly priced, beer good too so overall I have to give it 5stars and will recommend to friends and family.

I had a beautiful, plush room (#4) with a mini-fridge and a sparkling bathroom so big that you could probably have put a cot in there. Although the property's pub restaurant was right below, I wasn't troubled by noise. The food was very good and the service was friendly. If you're traveling without a car (parking is tight & needs to be reserved, but there's a bus that stops practically at the front door & is 0.5 mi from Kingston's bus/rail hub) and don't mind stairs, this is a great choice.

It's a bit of a walk from the center and nothing about the room justified the price. Bed ok, nice shower, but really needs a paint job, cobwebs on the lights, jist a bit tatty. Nothing serious, bit for this price I expect a bit more (especially when the city centre Travelodge is almost half the price of booked early).

Great location , an easy, straight 10min walk from the train station. Close enough to Twickenham ..20 min train then 15min walk . A good selection of takeaways and restaurants nearby and a large Sainsbury’s close. Amazing service.. as good as anywhere I’ve ever been. Breakfast was exceptional , great choice and plenty of it. Complementary drinks in room fridge a nice change from most places where you have to pay for them. The room was very comfortable and warm with good quality fixtures and fittings. A lovely shower with nice toiletries. The only thing that let it down was the carpet, it was very badly stained and looked awful, it really let the room down to the point where you felt uncomfortable to leave anything on it in fear of it being contaminated. With that said I would most definitely return to this hotel and hope that the carpets had been replaced .

The accommodation lived up to expectations, and room number 10, the grand family room, was top notch. This room is in the back garden, so no car noise. The only strange thing is that they still have carpets on the floor, it feels and looks very dirty. The breakfast was delicious. The service was lovely and provided excellent service. Great to take the bus two bus stops into downtown Kingston, or even better walk along the river in the park.

This hotel was great in every way, apart from the one that mattered! Unfortunately i was placed in a road facing room. The window in room 4 is broken and has not been fixed properly, so the noise from the road is crazy! I ended up sleeping only 2 hours here. Aside from that the service and the breakfast were particularly good

Stayed for one night due to my wife having surgery at the nearest Hospital Kingston. Absolutely amazing service, changed our room to a ground floor which was easily accessible and large for my wife whom is using crutches, couldn’t do enough for us, made a stressful evening into a lovely comfortable one for us both. Highly recommend them 👍

Great location , an easy, straight 10min walk from the train station. Close enough to Twickenham ..20 min train then 15min walk . A good selection of takeaways and restaurants nearby and a large Sainsbury’s close. Amazing service.. as good as anywhere I’ve ever been. Breakfast was exceptional , great choice and plenty of it. Complementary drinks in room fridge a nice change from most places where you have to pay for them. The room was very comfortable and warm with good quality fixtures and fittings. A lovely shower with nice toiletries. The only thing that let it down was the carpet, it was very badly stained and looked awful, it really let the room down to the point where you felt uncomfortable to leave anything on it in fear of it being contaminated. With that said I would most definitely return to this hotel and hope that the carpets had been replaced .

Best option if you are visiting this part of Kingston. Food and drink on site. Short walk to river, shops, theater, trains to London etc. Like a hotel, but better!

I only booked the Queens Head to be in proximity to Heathrow for my flight the following day. I booked a parking spot, had a lovely room and nice meal. The staff were friendly and helpful. The inn is located on Richmond Road but the traffic noise calmed during the night .

I stayed at the Queens head as a first time solo traveler. i felt very safe there, very walkable location, the Thames river is just across the street. Nia checked me in and carried my bags up the stairs! Breakfast choices were great,comfy bed, relatively quiet for the back of a pub. i will definatly stay again given the chance!!

Stop over for a couple of nights to watch the rugby, fabulous boutique hotel, staff wonderful nothing was to much trouble, food was amazing best produce used, cannot recommend this hotel enough would definitely stop again.

Great ambience and friendly staff who are extremely helpful. Lots of good quality complimentary extras (drinks, mini bar, chocolate). Very comfortable bed. Decor unfortunately dated/tired BUT a major revamp is scheduled soon. Menu was limited but should improve now a permanent chef has been found. Would definitely return if visiting this area again.

This is a London gem. Instead of staying at large, anonymous hotels, you get "Room 6" and staff that is truly helpful and kind. Rooms are great - with all amenities and a large, comfy bed. Highly recommended!
