Zugangscode gab es erst 2 Stunden vor ankunft am Hotel, sollte eigentlich schon ein Tag vor der anreise bekannt gegeben werden. Habe Zimmer mit 1 dobbelt-Bett og 1 queensize-Bett gebucht. Das eine Bett war 2 Matratzen auf dem Fußboden. Im Zimmer und Aufenthaltsraum stand Coffe and Tee for free. Von Freitag nachmittag bis Sonntag morgen war kein Tee zu finden. Getränkeautomat im Aufennthaltsraum ging nicht. Fehrnseher ging gar nicht, war auf Spanisch eingestellt und egal welcher knopf gedrückt wurde stand irgend was von Canal. Teppich war nicht gerade nett anzuschauen. viele Flecken.

Ok ophold, og meget venligt personal næste dags morgen. Men koder mm., bør komme senest 24 timer før ankomst, måtte ringe kl.21:30. Men helst fint hotel til prisen. Dejligt stort køkken, med det man behøver.

Det har blivit sämre sedan förra året, ingen kaffemaskin o lite dammigt på golvet. Hoppas det var en tillfällighet

This was a good place to stay for a couple of days. The room was clean and furnishings comfortable. I read a couple reviews that said it was a noisy place, but it was very quiet - there are no businesses in close proximity that are noisy (although plenty of restaurants are just a couple blocks away). Full kitchen is available for use. Would stay again.

The machine for buying water and candy didn't work. We paid several times without getting anything.

Unterkunft ist gut geeignet für Selbstversorger. Service gibt es keinen, keine Erreichbarkeit und auch keine Rückmeldung seitens Personal. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, aber okay. Leider sehr warm, da wenig Verdunklungsmöglichkeit und keine Klimaanlage.

Si tratta di un "hotel" autogestito: prendi la chiave con un codice e non c'è nessuno con cui interagire. Troppo rumoroso, sia alla sera sia al mattino: abbiamo sentito tutti gli ospiti entrare ed uscire. Pulizia scadente: abbiamo trovato molte macchine sul materasso, polvere dietro al letto e alcuni capelli sulle piastrelle della doccia. A disposizione degli ospiti una cucina condivisa con gli utenti dell'ostello.

The good-Location is close to bus and metro stops and good for exploring Nørrebro. My room was spacious and clean, the radiator was responsive and shower was great. The bad- In four days I never found the kitchen.There is no kitchen. My room wasn't cleaned by anyone except me in four days. The tv didn't work. Management didn't respond to my'where's the kitchen?' email. The vending machine worked its own hours And the wifi was patchy/slow. I've stayed in way worse at this price range, and also stayed in a bit better.

Værelset var fint, men der var en del pletter på møbler og gulvtæppe. Det er 4 gang vi har boet på hotellet og fjernsynet har aldrig virket.

Hotel not recommended! We want our money back! Before we arrived, we read that there had been bed bugs in the hotel for a month. But the staff denied this. We decided to go to the hotel anyway and were horrified to find that there were clear signs of bed bugs. We found ink-like stains, bed bug scales on the bed and in the drawers, as well as fresh droppings that could be wiped off. We also found a larva under the bed linen! After we had photographed it, we left the accommodation immediately and drove on. We actually wanted to spend a day in Copenhagen, but we weren't allowed to. It's a shame.

The carpet was dirty and so was the shower, even the bedsheets were dirty

I was woken early to see a blood filled bug crawling away across the bedsheet. This being a very cheap hotel our expectations were set low. This is unacceptable by any standards in Copenhagen!

This place was so dirty. Bathroom smelled like raw sewage

Vinduerne kunne ikke lukkes, da halvdelen af lukkemekanismerne manglede. Guldtæppet var fyldt med pletter, og både brusekabine og bruseforhæng trængte til rengøring. Det var en skam, da bygningen i sig selv har charme, og placeringen er god.

I have been traveling A LOT in my life, and this ”hotel” is by far the worst I’ve stayed at. We booked a standard room to not have to experience nastiness, yet the room had an absurd amount of stains on the floor and BLACK MOLD in the shower. We thought about sleeping in the car instead of using the room. That’s how disgusting it was.

Tv, men ingen fjernbetjening, så ubrueligt. Kaffe og kop, men ingen elkedel. En nat var der ingen varme i radiatoren. Dyner er lig med tynde vat tæpper og de lugter af parfume/deo. Meget lydt, et par børnefamilier lod deres børn råbe konstant tidlig morgen og det høres nemt gennem dør/væg. Der bliver ikke svaret når man skriver beskeder til stedet. Hoveddør bøvlet med kode.

WiFi was very bad - DO NOT book here if you expect to work online. Bathroom had no fan so whole room felt stuffy after a shower. Bed uncomfortable with flat, lumpy pillows. Room is smaller than it appears. No services/staff besides cleaners. Otherwise, apartment was clean, quiet and safe. Very walkable. In a good area.

This is an ok, well located hotel centrally in Copenhagen. It is not well suited for families, though we had a good time. This merely because the facilities are fairly simple, and there is a LOT of sound leakage from the hallway through the walls and doors, and a lot of the other people there are young people who are enjoying their weekend stay. At all times of the day. ;) If you are fine with that, it is fine. If you want it really quiet, pick somewhere else.

Værelset var renligt. Men der var meget støj omkring bygningen. Der manglede gardiner, så det var meget lyst om morgen, hvilket var irriterende.

Ingen reception, men check-in gik problemfrit. Vaerelse rent, dog lugt af kloak fra badevaerelse. I ejendommen blev der foretaget bore/slibe-arbejde med larmende maskinelt udstyr indtil kl. 0200 om natten og dette begyndte igen kl. 0700 om morgenen ! Det var absolut ikke acceptabelt, hvilket vi ogsaa paapegede overfor hotellet - har dog ikke faaet svar.

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to request a full refund of SEK 944.83 for the booking at Hotel M18 in Copenhagen (May 22–23, 2025, guest name: Naira Sardaryan, itinerary number: 72063132522718). My daughter was unable to use the room due to the following issues: Upon arrival, she was approached by a suspicious elderly man who claimed he was waiting for her and led her to a basement-like space that had no power outlets or Wi-Fi, despite these amenities being clearly listed on the website. He gave her an entry code written on a piece of paper and left. After stepping out to inspect the area, she was unable to re-enter using the code — it was invalid. She immediately informed me, and I tried calling and writing to the hotel, but only reached an automated voicemail. Later, some people arrived and said there had been a mistake on the website, and that she was not showing up in their system, so they couldn’t check her into the room she booked. Instead, they offered her a mattress in an unclear and inadequate space, which is completely unacceptable and does not match what was promised at the time of booking. Therefore, the service was not provided, and the room conditions did not correspond to what was advertised. We expected a proper hotel room — not a basement with no basic facilities and an unreliable check-in process. I kindly request a full refund of SEK 944.83. Største problem var vi ikke modtog kode til dør eller værelse som aftalt. Så brugte megen tid på at ringe og banke på en lukket dør. Vi kom tilfældigt ind da nogen skulle ud. Fandt en rengøringsassistent derhjalp med koden. Simpelthen for tilfældig om vi kunne komme ind og sove, og så var det ikke engang billigt. Aldrig mere skal jeg bo der

Very hard to get in. No reception as such- had to wait for the dude to open. A bit nasty all over

Jeg fik først besked om check-in instructions kl 10.32 samme dag som jeg skulle ankomme. Så da jeg tog hjemme fra om morgenen vidste jeg ikke om jeg havde et sted at bo eller om jeg var blevet svindlet og snydt. Det var meget ubehageligt. Badeværelset var super pænt og rent, men lugtede voldsomt af kloak.

Indtcheckning skulle starte kl 16, men startede ikke før 1645 af en herre der fremstod som helt ny på jobbet

Vi havde ikke fået koder til dør og nøglebox inden ankomst. Og ventede med 2 andre hold der heller ikke havde fået inden. Lidt svært at få kontakt. Sengen fin. Men hasper manglede på vinduerne. Rullegardin virkede ikke. Badeværelsesdør knirkede meget. Nok ikke et ophold vi vil anbefale

I did not receive the e-mail I was promised ehen I made the reservation on how to get into the ‘hotel’ - the six-digit login had run out, causing me to several attempts to verify my identity! The call to get assistance want to a multiple choice automation. I was rescued incidentally by a person doing installation work at the place, who - probably totally against the rules - found my keys!!

Enkelt hotell till ett bra pris i en trevlig stadsdel.

La camera fornitaci era molto spaziosa e funzionale. Posizione buona per raggiungere il Centro e altre zone.

Super ophold i godt og rent værelse. Centralt beliggende i forhold til hvor vi skulle færdes. Billig leje.

Vi var i KBH i forbindelse med en koncert i parken. Fint lille centralt hotel. Ude fra syner hotellet ikke af meget, men værelset var lyst, pænt, rent og istandsat. Vi vender bestemt tilbage.

The property has a very good value for money. It does not have many services but for few days is a very good destination in Copenaghen.

Dejligt ukompliceret lille hotel. Fremragende beliggenhed. Alt fungerer fint med to små forbehold: Ingen pære i sengelampe og intet signal til TV.

Beliggenheden er god med gode restauranter lige rundt om hjørnet, og ikke langt til centrum og Nørrebrogade. Selve stedet er slidt, men ok rent og pænt. Sengen er lille, men ok at ligge i. Det kostede noget arbejde at få adgangskode og værelsesnummer, men herefter var ind-og udtjekning smertefri. Det bedste ved dette sted er beliggenheden.

This hotel is ideally located in Nørrebro, right next to the cemetery where H.C. Andersen and physicist Niels Bohr are buried, should you wish to pay your respects. It’s close to a metro station, with the M3 line taking you directly to Copenhagen Central Station (København H) in about 20 minutes, or you can take the 5C bus. Walking to the centre takes around 30 minutes, with plenty of vintage shops, cafés, bars, restaurants, and a lovely lake along the way. The hotel sits slightly back from the main street between two office buildings—an unusual but quiet and practical location. Entry is via a code system, with details sent in advance. My friend and I stayed in the family room, which had two beds: one downstairs and one in an open loft nook. Both areas offered a degree of privacy. The carpet had a couple of bleach stains, but the room itself was clean. The beds were comfortable, and it was pleasant to return after a day out. The duvet consisted of two singles rather than one large one, which might bother some couples. The room was warm, Wi-Fi worked well, and while the TV wasn’t connected to cable or the internet, so no Danish Tv. Overall, it was a good stay and served its purpose well. I’d recommend this hotel to couples or friends seeking a convenient, comfortable base in Copenhagen.

Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta della struttura: comoda, sicura, calda e in una posizione molto buona per poter arrivare al centro. Anche se le strade erano buie non ci siamo mai sentite in pericolo nonostante fossimo due ragazze. Molto comodo anche avere una macchinetta con delle barrette dato che a un certo orario era tutto chiuso. Veramente soddisfatta
