1. The CHECK-IN time must be between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. 2. CHECK-OUT must always be done before 10:00 in the morning. 3. The keys will be handed over at the establishment in Calle Carero, nº1, Alcalá, Santa Cruz de Tenerife. 4. Pets are not allowed during the entire stay in the establishment. 5. The entry into the establishment of intoxicated persons or anybody under the state of any narcotic substance is be prohibited. 6. You should make try to maintain an appropriate tone of voice throughout your stay. 7. The maximum number of guests per accommodation or as booked must be respected at all times. 8. Only registered guests are allowed to access the accommodation and its facilities. 9. At CHECKOUT, the keys must be left in the mailbox located in the entrance hall of the accommodation. 10. The right to hand out a second set of keys is reserved when deemed appropriate. 11. We are not liable when the sanitary water, electricity, or any contracted service is interrupted due to natural causes or other circumstances beyond our control. 12. The payment will be made in full at the time of booking or extending it, whether through the website or in person at the establishment. 13. It is strictly forbidden to cook or heat food or drinks using gas or electrical appliances in the guesthouse rooms. 14. To carry out the registration, it will be necessary to present: a. Spanish citizens: D.N.I., Passport or Driver's license. b. EU Member Citizens: Identity Document or Passport. c. Citizens not a Member of the EU: Passport. We inform you that: • An amount of €40 (Room) €80 (Apart.) will be retention or charge on your credit/debit card PER ROOM RESERVED as a bail and at time of registration. The order to release the hold or refund will be given 8 to 14 days after CHECK-OUT. THE CUSTOMER IS INFORMED THAT THE DELAY OF ANY OPERATION BY THE BANK IDENTITY IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ESTABLISHMENT. The amount will be requested if you fail to comply with any of the following points: - THE GUEST SMOKES IN THE RENTED ROOM. - Borrowed objects haven´t been returned or there is a service pending to be paid. - Damages are created. - Domestic animals enter the accommodation. - The keys are not returned or lost. - THE GUEST LEAVES THE ROOM AFTER 10:00 A. M. - Failure to comply with point 7 of the rules of coexistence. The client is reminded that, after THE END OF THE STAY in the room, the management reserves the right to verify that the room has been vacated. Failure to comply with any of the points mentioned above or with the rules of coexistence will be grounds for the termination of the contracted services and no to use the services again until the end of time. • We are not responsible for the loss of personal items in common areas or theft during your stay.
