Great central location, simple but very comfortable room, delicious breakfast, and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend. Don’t forget to ask about free shuttle from train station.

可以提前跟飯店約好車站到飯店的接送，但是要提早至少一兩天寫信或是要直接打電話，我們因為抵達時間沒有確定所以沒先約，當天出發前才寫信詢問，結果等到我們隔天都坐火車離開了飯店才回信。但是有直接跟櫃台約隔天送到火車站，很方便。 房間很大，有嚇到。有玄關區，也有很大的衣櫃， 三人房很寬敞連帶衛浴也是像飯店四件式，噴砂玻璃隔一間廁所，一間淋浴，另外有浴缸。衛浴區是用木門隔音較佳。 早餐中規中矩，很舒適的飯店

We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed this hotel. First we can get a Engadin Card free and second we can use shuttle car service. The staff kindly showed us how to go hiking and bus stop is very near and convenient.

We were very happy to stay in this hotel. Location is amazing and in the heart of st moritz and the hotel was clean with comfortable beds. The fact they have a restaurant was a plus as it made our stay with a kid so much easier. For breakfast pretty much everything they had was sourced locally. The desserts at their patisserie were really good!

Nice location, very close to the main shopping street, and can easily walk to all the restaurants we booked. The staff are very helpful and friendly. They arranged the shuttle to the train station. On the glacier express train, when my daughter realized she left her jacket in the hotel and called them, they checked quickly and mailed the jacket to the next hotel we were staying. Overall a very pleasant experience with this hotel and we will definitely recommend it to our friends.

It's a 10-minute walk from the station, but it's quite a steep hill, so the hotel's free shuttle is very helpful.

A good value option which has a great breakfast buffet, nice spacious rooms with comfy beds, helpful and friendly staff and also a free transfer to the train station!

FIRST ROOM HAD BLACK MOLD AND 2ND ROOM WAS SO NOISY. STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AT CHECK IN BUT THERE WAS NO SERVICE IN THE EVENING AFTER 9PM AND F0R $500 ROOMS THATS RIDICULOUS

Lovely staff. Breakfast was outstanding. Room was a bit spartan but very clean. Beds were a little hard for our liking. Location was great. The lovely bakery was an added bonus. Overall a wonderful experience.

駅から少し歩く必要があるが、周りの環境も良くとても良い立地にあるホテルだった。 ホテルの入り口が分かりづらかったが、こじんまりしたホテルでとても清潔だった。 鍵やフロントの作りなどおしゃれでかわいく、部屋も広くてきれいだったので、とてもゆっくり休むことができた。 朝食も美味しく、ぜひ次回も泊まりたいし次回はディナーを下のレストランで楽しみたいと思った。

駅から近く、サンモリッツの中心部にある。スタッフがとても親切。部屋は改装もされ大変きれい。シャワーも勢いよくしっかり熱いお湯がでる。

Hotel muito bem localizado. Vista linda. Atendimento muito bom. Restaurante com ótimas opções de cardápio e muito próximo a Estação de esqui. Atendentes do hotel super atenciosos. Limpeza excelente.

Great location. Lively vibe in the evenings with music we enjoyed under the hotel at Roo bar, which closes at 9pm so quiet after. Very clean and spacious. Very convenient with super market around the corner. Loved all the local wood furnishings. Hauser restaurant was very good, enjoyed the hot stone dinner, cooking meats at the the table. Only things missing were cofee maker, fridge, a fan & air control. Its a good thing i travel with a travel fan which was a lifesaver. Would definitely stay here again. Loved the vibe.

Perfectly located near everything including access to the ski hill. Great rooms and superb breakfast. The room was very hot with no option to turn off the heat in the bathroom so we slept with the window open, losing lots of energy.

The hotel does not make provisions for further cooling your room. They may or may not have windows you can open, which may or may not help to cool off.

Well managed small hotel but no ac.

We booked 2 single rooms at the Hauser in May23 for 1 night. Rooms: The 2 single rooms' size were good. Thanks to the hotel, we were delighted when we found out that our rooms were next to each other on the top floor, it was quiet & the sleeping quality was great. Inside the rooms, I liked the TVs, which were direction adjustable & have YouTube! As for the rest of the room, everything was basic & looked like from the 90s. The bathrooms were a bit aged (very white), but at least it's clean. The shower door wasn't wide enough, so all water would spread out on the floor regardless of how careful we were. One of the bathrooms was quite tiny - you had to shut the bathroom door in order to use the basin. It's worth mentioning that there's no minibar or kettle in the room & the room keys were not the usual electric cards. Location: It's about a good 12 to 15 mins walk from St Moritz station, but you'd have to know where to go, i.e. it's easier to walk through the car park & take the escalators. Good location, Coop is also just 2-3 mins walk from the hotel. Service: The lady at the reception was very welcoming, friendly, helpful & cheerful. The hotel granted our requests to allocate 2 rooms on the top floor together, in a corner by ourselves, which we felt very grateful for. Staffs throughout the hotel were very friendly too! Breakfast: Continental breakfast buffet style. Foods refilled quickly, but with limited choices & the breakfast was actually very average. A mixed bags review.

This is a nice hotel. I was surprised there was only one choice of pillow, a duvet only with no top sheet, one bottle of body wash/shampoo combination in the shower; just missing extra perks/considerations found in other hotels of comparable price. An outside bar right below our window was fun to see and definitely hear. Skiers were chatting and drinking, having a good time. It was fun at first to witness, but the loud, repetitive pulsing techo-beat was tiresome after a while. It did stop at 9pm, so we didn't have to use the courtesy ear plugs provided.

I did not expect much because it was 3-star hotel on google map, but my stay was absolutely better than that. They worth 4star. Very clean, decent, and nice restaurant. Room TV is accessible to Youtube. The distance from St.Moritz train station might seem too close to take a bus, but there is uphill all the way to the hotel so I would not recommend to take a walk when you carry a big baggage. They give a baggage drop-off service after check out when you still want to stay the area. Definitely want to come back :)

Great location, and facilities. The breakfast is just average, paid an extra CHF 6 for a tiny omelette. Our room was super hot, snowing outside and we had to open the windows. No fridge in room.

We stayed in a room that could accommodate 4 adults which was what we wanted the most however there wasn’t a coffee maker or a kettle in the room. This was a little inconvenient, otherwise everything else was good.

Everyone from the front desk, to the bar to getting the car was extremely nice, helpful and cordial is an understatement. Great location in middle of town for easy walking. Highly recommend to anyone who visits.

The Hauser is a great option for enjoying St. Moritz without spending thousands a night like you could at the Palace or Kulm. The service is top notch as is the location to the mountain. Benedict especially was a huge help the whole way and the staff at the Hauser made my experience top-notch. My only small comment was the design of the showers and water escaping. Space is very valuable in a town like st. moritz and overall, the rooms are designed to give you the guest maximum comfort in the limited space provided. Would highly recommend. The free breakfast is excellent and they also offer hot items for reasonable prices (i.e. omelettes).

Very nice hotel close to everything, The staff was very helpful. Good breakfast and a nice restaurant on the first floor of the property. The small size of the room and has no air conditioning but for us the weather was nice, so it does not matter. Good place to stay 👍

Only stayed for one night, but got to see the lake, shop a little, and had an amazing view even with that! The breakfast is great, and the service is wonderful. The people that work there are very kind and helpful.

It was such a great stay for us. All the staff are friendly and very welcoming. Benedict and Natascha’s front desk skills were topnotch! The view in our room was amazing! Highly recommended place to stay in St.Moritz!

Amazing location for skiing both slopes. Lively people and brilliant for après ski. Plus it quiets down for sleep.

The hotel is ideally located within easy walking distance of local attractions. The reception staff could not have been more helpful.

Very central location. Parking on the premises. They let me use it after checkout when I was skiing. Walking distance to ski lifts. Easy to find. Friendly staff. Good restaurant for dinner, but basic breakfast. Will use it again if returning.

Hauser hotel is a very convenient location next to the funicular to the Corviglia ski area. The rooms and amenities are basic however they are clean and comfortable, and the price is reasonable. Staff at Hauser are all nice and helpful. I also thought the breakfast buffet was quite good. I recommend Hauser Hotel but please note: I booked with Expedia and received a confirmation number. However, several days after my booking - the hotel sends follow email requiring guests to submit a deposit to secure the reservation. I did not receive these emails within the time set and my reservation was cancelled. Fortunately I was able to rebook the last room however for 1 night less than I needed, so that was a stressful and inconvenient situation. Usually a credit card is required to book accommodation on Expedia to guarantee the room after the last date to cancel. As such, it was unexpected that rue hotel would send a separate email asking for a deposit payment. I think management should revisit this policy. Otherwise a good stay.
