This property was perfect! It was spacious and bright. They had everything - and then some - needed for our stay! The area was quiet and family friendly. Excellent stay!

The condo is very nice and well appointed. The view was spectacular. The beach was not as deep as some which we liked as we did not have to tote beach supplies a long way. We also liked that the condo was in a less busy area but anything you need is only a mile or two away. The Indian Shores Coffee house reopened the first week we were there and is highly recommended. If you want to eat at the Salt Rock Grill, make reservations at least three weeks in advance...well worth it. Most other restaurant options are about a mile in either direction.mmmmmmmm

Overall, we had a very positive experience. The condo was well cleaned upon our arrival. The unit layout and furniture were as portrayed in the website pictures. I would suggest a few upgrades to make stays for future renters better: Add a Wi-Fi extender or mesh-network as the WiFi signal was spotty to non-existent in the Master Bedroom & on the Deck. Replace existing Living Room TV with a truly SmartTV so that people can stream Netflix/Prime. Replace Deck chairs as they are worn. Add some more kitchen cereal bowls, serving bowls, a sharp knife and a toaster oven would be great.The Florida Lifestyle people were very helpful in accommodating our requests.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
