It is an older place. The parking stall is small width wise. We were there for an appointment. The host was great and responsive and timely for anything.

We had a great stay at this location for 4 people. Communication with the owner was excellent and timely. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We rented a car and also appreciated having the onsite parking. Key pick up is a little different but worked well. If you have a car I would suggest parking temporarily on Hornby St about 1/2 block from the Seven Eleven. You will need to stop there to pick up the keys before going to the Condo. The neighborhood is safe and we enjoyed walking on the trail near the condo, it goes along the inlet. I would definitely stay here again if in Vancouver again.

We had a lovely stay. The place was clean, spacious and the host communicated amazingly. The only drawback was the parking stall was very tight and we were driving a large vehicle. Had we known it was a small stall, we would have driven a smaller car.

The parking was super convenient and the apartment was so clean! The plumber left a little bit of a mess in the bathroom, but nothing terrible. Thank you for an amazing place!!

Everything was great. Great location, clean, fully stocked, views, washer/dryer was awesome, in and out and parking was great. I will absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend this location for your next visit. I have nothing but positive things to say about this rental and host. Maria Serrano

Enjoyed our stay in the condo. It was great for a visit with friends from Australia. We were close to everything we wanted to do. Check in process is different but very doable. Parking space was a plus.

We loved the apartment and the location. It was an easy walk to shops and transit. We rented bikes and rode through the park, hopped on the nearby aqua taxi, and rented a car nearby to explore areas outside of the city. Parking was convenient under the building and the instructions were clear.Getting and returning the key was a little tricky with luggage as we had to go to a nearby store. Our Uber circled while I got the key and I left luggage with the family while I returned it.Internet was painfully slow in the apartment but our T-Mobile plans gave us unlimited data in Canada so we used those. And we visited during a heat wave. The portable AC units kept two rooms comfortable at night but the middle bedroom went from warm at night to hellishly warm when the sun came up. So if you are there during a heat wave, keep the doors open to the bedrooms and fans running to circulate air.

The property was clean and efficient with all the supplies you'd need (laundry, dishwasher, coffee machine, water filter, pots and pans, etc.). The location is excellent -- close to shops, a grocery, and the False Creek water taxi (which is super fun and gets you to a bunch of neat places). Owner/manager was thoughtful and in touch regularly. Key pickup and dropoff was simple. We had a lovely time and would book again if we return to Vancouver.

This apartment was great for a small family get together on the West Coast. It was clean, comfortable, central and worked well for us. There were restaurants, grocery stores and public transport close by. It was close to Sunset Beach.

Immaculate unit, GREAT location, beautiful area to walk around. Building is very secure. Had a little hiccup with the key pickup but Tetyana responded promptly and corrected it. Just be advised that unit is in the city and you do get outside noise (sirens) at night sometimes. Overall, a very convenient and well-kept unit. Vancouver is BEAUTIFUL and area near unit felt very safe.

We loved our stay. This place was clean and comfortable for our family as we visited Vancouver. Location is great - you can walk to multiple neighborhoods downtown and it’s 1 block away from the Aquabus. Highly recommend!

Clean and comfortable apartment which also has a pretty good location in downtown Vancouver. Very well equipped unit with lots of useful amenities and utilities. Communication was also perfect with owner, they responded very fast to all questions. Would definitely recommend or come again!

Stayed here with my wife and two small kids. It was a perfect alternative to a hotel for accommodating the kids sleeping arrangements and gave us walkability to everything. The parking location was extremely convenient in his proximity to the elevator to get all of our gear in and out. The unit is very functional and has great views with awesome natural light. My only criticism was the pickup location for accessing the keys. The pickup/drop-off process is very smooth but parking was a challenge. This was only a minor inconvenience and wouldn’t deter me from staying here again. Thanks for a great stay!

This place was perfect for our family. The location is amazing, being right downtown and close to the sea wall. The apartment accommodated our family of 5 nicely. It was very helpful to have air conditioning! The hosts were extremely good with communication so everything went smoothly!

Love the location, fairly walkable to several restaurants and sites. Great little apartment, city views all around, well furnished, and worked well for four adults. Tetyana was super responsive and helpful. Would visit again next time I’m in the Vancouver area.

Cute condo. Well kept and clean. We were crowded with 5 adults but made it work. Great location to downtown and beach. Unit was too hot and sofa bed not great, but owner is working on solutions. She is great to work with and was very attentative to our needs.

The second bedroom does not have an A/C unit so it was very hot during our stay. The owner has since updated the listing to state that the apartment only has two portable A/C units but we were not aware of that when booking. They were very responsive to our concerns but could not provide a third A/C unit in the short time we were there. Most times of the year it is probably fine in the smaller bedroom but when it is hot, the bedroom is very warm.The location is great and the unit is well stocked and clean. We had issues with the WiFi but again the property manager was very responsive when we alerted them of this issue. We would stay again as long as it wasn’t a hot time of year.

The host was super responsive to questions we had during our stay. Loved being able to walk to the “beach” and on the walking path next to the water. Walkable area. Convenient to Fresh Market and restaurants, easy walk through downtown areas. Unit was very clean and had all that we needed. Second bedroom is very small (tight walk room around the bed) but adequate. Same with second bathroom…small shower. Good blackout curtains. Instructions from owner were clear and also had restaurant and other suggestions. The check-in process was a little odd (a key box in a 7-11 store) but understandable. Owner responsiveness and unit cleanliness get high marks.

The condo was very nice. Pros Nearby the waterfront to take a ferry to Grandville Island. Nice places to eat and shop. Clean condo Cons The checkin and checkout process is not convenient. You had to go to a 7 eleven about 1/2 mile away with hardly anywhere to park to get the key. This is very inconvenient. There is a portable AC unit in the living room. The bedrooms do not have AC.

We loved the location. Wonderful access to many great restaurants and the Sea Wall walk was great! Close to Granville Island via the Sea Bus. The deck is very small. The check in procedure gave me a bit of anxiety as I’m not used to city traffic, but we made our way. Rooms were small but comfortable. Would recommend this property on location alone.

Sehr zentrale Lage und sichere Gegend. Schlüsselübergabe im 7Eleven und Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber hat perfekt funktioniert. Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.

We loved the apartment and the location. It was an easy walk to shops and transit. We rented bikes and rode through the park, hopped on the nearby aqua taxi, and rented a car nearby to explore areas outside of the city. Parking was convenient under the building and the instructions were clear.Getting and returning the key was a little tricky with luggage as we had to go to a nearby store. Our Uber circled while I got the key and I left luggage with the family while I returned it.Internet was painfully slow in the apartment but our T-Mobile plans gave us unlimited data in Canada so we used those. And we visited during a heat wave. The portable AC units kept two rooms comfortable at night but the middle bedroom went from warm at night to hellishly warm when the sun came up. So if you are there during a heat wave, keep the doors open to the bedrooms and fans running to circulate air.

We were in Vancouver a short time and enjoyed the location and neighborhood. The condo was sufficient for our needs and plenty big for 3 people. The reason I only gave it 3 stars was for the logistics and check in process. We never received the information regarding what unit we were renting. The e-mail we received for getting the keys had conflicting information in it and once we got the keys we had no idea what unit to go to. If we had received this information in advance it would have been a seamless process and I would have given it a 4 or 5 star review. Unfortunately due to these challenges we probably won’t return to this unit in the future and can’t give it a higher rating. Hopefully this will be corrected for other guests and you can enjoy this property to the fullest.

The second bedroom does not have an A/C unit so it was very hot during our stay. The owner has since updated the listing to state that the apartment only has two portable A/C units but we were not aware of that when booking. They were very responsive to our concerns but could not provide a third A/C unit in the short time we were there. Most times of the year it is probably fine in the smaller bedroom but when it is hot, the bedroom is very warm.The location is great and the unit is well stocked and clean. We had issues with the WiFi but again the property manager was very responsive when we alerted them of this issue. We would stay again as long as it wasn’t a hot time of year.

The host was super responsive to questions we had during our stay. Loved being able to walk to the “beach” and on the walking path next to the water. Walkable area. Convenient to Fresh Market and restaurants, easy walk through downtown areas. Unit was very clean and had all that we needed. Second bedroom is very small (tight walk room around the bed) but adequate. Same with second bathroom…small shower. Good blackout curtains. Instructions from owner were clear and also had restaurant and other suggestions. The check-in process was a little odd (a key box in a 7-11 store) but understandable. Owner responsiveness and unit cleanliness get high marks.

The condo was very nice. Pros Nearby the waterfront to take a ferry to Grandville Island. Nice places to eat and shop. Clean condo Cons The checkin and checkout process is not convenient. This apartment was great for a small family get together on the West Coast. It was clean, comfortable, central and worked well for us. There were restaurants, grocery stores and public transport close by. It was close to Sunset Beach.

This place was perfect for our family. The location is amazing, being right downtown and close to the sea wall. The apartment accommodated our family of 5 nicely. It was very helpful to have air conditioning! The hosts were extremely good with communication so everything went smoothly!

Immaculate unit, GREAT location, beautiful area to walk around. Building is very secure. Had a little hiccup with the key pickup but Tetyana responded promptly and corrected it. Just be advised that unit is in the city and you do get outside noise (sirens) at night sometimes. Overall, a very convenient and well-kept unit. Vancouver is BEAUTIFUL and area near unit felt very safe.

This location was perfect! Once we parked our car, we didn’t use it again until check out. Everything is within walking distance or a quick bus or Uber ride away. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay. This place was clean and comfortable for our family as we visited Vancouver. Location is great - you can walk to multiple neighborhoods downtown and it’s 1 block away from the Aquabus. Highly recommend!

We loved the location. Wonderful access to many great restaurants and the Sea Wall walk was great! Close to Granville Island via the Sea Bus. The deck is very small. The check in procedure gave me a bit of anxiety as I’m not used to city traffic, but we made our way. Rooms were small but comfortable. Would recommend this property on location alone.

We've been visiting various places consistently over the past couple of months, and this is bar none, the best place. The location is fabulous - close to Sunset Beach, the West End, and Yaletown with just a short ferry ride to Granville Island and Kits. The accommodations were even better than shown on the images and above all, the very hospitable host made check-in and out a breeze! JUST PERFECT!!!
