Had to stay in Rochester for a track meet this place was perfect highly recommend

Property was ok pictures are bit living room much smaller than it appeared in pics . Kitchen not well stocked 6 glasses isn't really enough. Host was responsive check in and out was good. Was a little disappointed we had to wash dishes in cupboard because they weren't clean. Not a big deal dishwasher works well.

Booked this location for a weekend wedding in Webster. Check-in was delayed because they were still cleaning the home. Upon check-in we saw that while the pictures were accurate, the house was much smaller than the pictures made it seem. Neighborhood is a traditional Gates blue collar and was very quiet. The house is 2 away from interstate 490 and construction is happening in the lot (construction vehicles woke us all up at 6:30 on Monday morning). The house was clean. Kitchen had some basic supplies and Wegmans is only 2 miles from the house (very convenient). Fridge acted up during our stay and owners delivered a portable fridge for the remainder of our stay. Towels were VERY thin and small and many were bleached stained. 2 EXTREMELY full garbage cans were on the curb upon check in and we were unable to empty our inside cans upon check out. Owner is responsive. We had to adjust our check-out date and they quickly accommodated the change.

Our group of 9 were very comfortable and felt right at home! Host was excellent and very responsive! She checked In with us upon our arrival to be sure that we had everything we needed. House was very close to store and downtown.

Overall the property was spacious and accessible with being in good location. We were centered around stores and eating establishments and 8 minutes away from the airport and my family that lives in Rochester.
