Be Live Experience Marrakech Palmeraie - All Inclusive

Kids club exists but doesn't function. The ladies were on there mobile phone and random men were in the kids club. We couldn't leave our kids there. Food was okay but very few items. Swimming pool wasn't warm enough and no indoor pool.

Lovely big room but what makes it a special place to stay are the staff. The kids club team are amazing and the restaurant and bar staff are so friendly. The reception could be hit and miss depending who you got but it’s truly the staff that make this place special. Don’t be fooled by the heated pool. It’s freezing

Staff was excellent - beyond expectations. Only point worth improving are the kids activities, especially during rain/cold weather when you cannot use the pool.

On doit se servir à un comptoir où repose des bouteilles en plastique à la disposition de tout le monde : aucune fraîcheur et aucune hygiène. Pour la piscine, c’est des transats si serrés que vous dormez sur votre voisin et ils sont d’une saleté ! Et elle est tellement petite. Tout au alentours est sans confort à l’image du reste Passez votre chemin car cet hôtel est cher et vraiment sans intérêt

Pros: Polite staff, especially Abdul and Omar, good entertainment, free shuttle bus service. Cons: Bathroom smelt of sewage even after they said they had fixed it. Others were experiencing the same. They then admit they didn't know how to fix it! Dining hours are limited. Food is okay but is the same every day. Poor wifi other than in the main building.

Staff were respectful and very helpful. There was an activity planned for every day. The food was really good. Absolutely try the mint tea. Very clean and go exploring the property - they have some really quiet and secluded spots. Definitely highly recommended.

Familie og børnevenlig, rigtig søde personale, fantastisk service, god og varieret mad, aktiviteter i løbet af dagen, rigtig fin børneklub med voksen bemandig, gratis bus til byen. Børnepool bliver ikke opvarmet. Der er dårlig/ikke Wifi internet på værelset!

Great shuttle to Marrakesh and great food stations all throughout the day not just in main restaurant times

Lovely stay, food has been lovely and a really good variety of options for every meal time. Limited sun loungers at the only pool, nice adults only area though.

Overall experience was amazing! Only problem we had were the mosquitos as my little one was covered in mosquito bites. Other than that everything else was perfect! The staff are so friendly and helpful, food and atmosphere were pretty decent too. The hourly shuttle service to the main centre was also a bonus. I would definitely go back again minus the mosquito problem.

The stay at Be Live was okay, nothing great though. We had booked the duplex and they had spring beds, not so comfortable, chose the sofa downstairs instead. The stairs in the duplex are noisy and vibrate a lot when the next door rooms are using them. Everytime there is noise and vibration in the entire room when the next door neighbors are using it. The cleaning in the room was average and the shower pressure is not great. With so many positive reviews we expected it to be really good but our stay came with a lot of compromises.

Beautiful property, great staff, very helpful. Good food. Chef was really nice. I requested a glass of fresh juice and he kindly made me one. I slipped on wet floor during our stay as there was a pool of water on the floor by one of the automatic access doors into the lobby. The door opened and I stepped in, slipped and landed on my back. Apparently they were cleaning the floor in the area. The issue was that there was so much water being used to clean the floor. As there was a wet floor sign on the side, I carefully stepped in but I didn't expect a pool of water by an automatic door which was not deactivated or locked to prevent access. The staff immediately came to my aid and one of their senior staff spoke with me. I highlighted the health and safety issue with their cleaning process to her as a few of us had noticed pools of water on the floor each time an area was being cleaned. With children running around and a few other people in our group having slipped but fortunately not had a fall, I thought this was a dangerous way to clean their floors. She said the issue will be looked into.

This hotel states its all inclusive but you get no water or anything in your room, you have to beg for towels for your room, everything at the hotel stops at 7pm so there is no nightly entertainment. If your first language is English then it will be hard to read what the food is..the dinning is very limited they have one restaurant that gets booked up so fast you are forced to eat at the buffet, there are flys everywhere in the food area, flys in the food and all over the eating areas. Our room had a terrible sewage smell we called the front desk they sent some one up to fix the issue and the smell came back and was on the second floor. For the price you pay you would think all inclusive means at least having water in your room not having to go to the bar to get bottles. The staff was helpful and friendly but the hotel it self was bad.

Ich fand die Unterkunft sehr sehr dreckig. Schimmel im Badezimmer . Die Ecken waren alle staubig und mit spinnennetzen

Really good value for money. Good food and good rooms. Lot of activities to do at the hotel. Animation team is always smiling and chatty. Food choices were good too. Check in and check out needs to be improved- understaffed and too much forms to fill. Internet connection to the room was very poor - complained few times but no one attended. Nice vibe to the hotel. Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved this hotel It’s quite small which we liked . We had a duplex room which was lovely- great to have 2 bathrooms - even if it was just the two of us ! Food was really good - lots of veggie options . Would have been good to have a carvery of a joint of meat as there wasn’t a lot of meat options- oats of fish though . All inclusive was good. Excellent quality Moroccan wines. Only 3 cocktails to choose from but they were very good. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. We especially loved Adil oh entertainment team ! What a brilliant chap - incredibly enthusiastic and so Adil

For an all inclusive setup, the quality of the food and drinks for all meals are impressive, commend the Chefs greatly. Free transfers to town, sister hotel. Housekeeping coming early everyday, well done. Perhaps teas and coffee in the room/kettle would be an added touch. However, we highly recommend this property and good entertainment for children and adults in the evenings.

Lovely hotel- nice food but we only had a very short stay. Clean, spacious rooms with warm showers. Staff very friendly and accommodating for our young baby. Only small negative - Children’s pool not warm for this time of year but other than that we had a lovely stay!

We mostly enjoyed our stay there, all of the staff were very nice, I loved that they always refilled our water & drinks for us when eating. Food option was ok. We enjoyed the entertainments. They responded to complaints about our room swiftly. I didn’t like that the music near the pool was too loud, made it difficult to have a quiet afternoon nap. I also didn’t like that when checking out, they delayed us for about 15mins because they thought we stole one mug & wanted to take our deposit because of that which I found ridiculous as few days before, one of their staff came to request that we give them one of the mugs in our room which I personally gave it to him because even though there were 3 of us in the room, we didn’t need 2 mugs & secondly after asking us about the mug at the reception, they should have just left it at that instead of us having to argue thereby leaving a bitter taste in our mouth because of a mug considering that nothing was missing in our room, in my opinion. It will also be helpful if the hotel can work with a taxi company so that guests can easily call on a taxi when they need, that would have been helpful. they won’t allow In-drive taxis to come pick you up from the hotel premises, we had to walk to the street, they said because Indrive is illegal but we couldnt find taxi on Careem. Most tour companies couldn’t come pick us from the hotel without extra payment because the hotel is a bit outside of town. Aside the mug incident, we enjoyed our stay.

Everything about it was amazing! Every staff member a true professional, from the chefs to entertainers to cleaners to bar staff. They honestly couldnt do enough for us!

We had a wonderful stay at Be Live and enjoyed the opportunity to explore Marrakech. The best part was the fantastic tours organized by Mehdi and his colleague, especially the hot air balloon ride at sunrise in the desert.

Nice resort in Marrakech. Not very walkable to the city sights.

A lot of unfinished development in and around the area

Très bon hôtel bien situé mais un taxi ou un navette obligatoire La plupart des personnes y travaillant sont très sympathique même si certains ne se sont pas. Les boissons sont coupés à l’eau donc on peut en boire 60 sans même sentir une once d’alcool La nourriture est varié et c’est disponible toute la journée et ça c’est cool ! L’hôtel est plutôt moderne, bien entretenue mais ça manque de dynamisme et de choses à faire. Dans l’ensemble c’est plutôt positif tout de même.

Great place to stay near the airport
