Great location to stay especially if you are going to a show at the Crystal Grand. Walking distance if you want and now offers shuttle service if you'd prefer not to walk or if weather is less than optimal.

Great stay!! Plenty of room for our family of 4. Clean room. Had everything we needed for our stay. The breakfast was sufficient for a free continental. Only negatives is the pool was really small and our room had a very strong not pleasant cleaner smell the whole time. You got use to it once you were in the room though.

Very small pool. Other guests pushed my granddaughter out of the pool. Used pool for 10 minutes. Breakfast small not much choice. Staff were helpful though when needing ice bucket.

Updated property in rooms, clean and bright with plenty of parking. Small touches like night lights in the bathroom and updated air conditioning that worked well made all the difference. Decent breakfast buffet and outdoor seating all at an affordable rate!

The pool is awful, very small. Gym is small. I asked for more toilet paper at front desk, hesitant at first. Breakfast options are ok, at best. It’s a walk in shower only.

The motel was very nice and clean. The woman who checked us in was extremely polite and helpful. Finally Kenny the shuttle driver was so helpful getting us to and back from the Crystal Grand. I highly recommend this motel.

Wonderful stay wonderful staff small pool and paper thin floors so it could get very loud. There was a white claw can on the counter when we walked into our room, and only one tv had working connection for streaming apps. Other wise the room was clean the AC was hard to predict but thats pretty normal in hotels. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the breakfast was good. Loved the shower. Of all my hotel experiences this was a pretty good one.

The room looked very clean up until we bought a pizza there and sometime during the night it was so many ants in the room and at least several hundred in the box of pizza. We put the box in the hall and it was still ants called up the walls and the bedroom and also in the hall.

The lady at the front office was very nice and helpful . The thing that I didn’t like was the shower. It seemed a bit moldy on the ceiling and around the bottom. Probably won’t be staying there in the future.

Carpets were not vacuumed in elevators nor halls, heat did not work, tv did not work-had to switch rooms, parking lot icy, did not see anyone cleaning main areas- garage left on tables, sides doors to hotel were unloacked all night for easy access into the hotel by anyone.

The lady at the front desk was very kind but the inside of building is showing its age. Starting with the elevator. Floor disgusting and desperately needed vacuuming. Hall floors need vacuuming too. Really I’m was ok but hair in shower and no TV remote.

A Manager on Duty was the only saving grace for our stay. I'd never stay here again. The night we checked in, we were next door to management removing a doir off the hinges for over an hour after midnight to get someone in their room. No one could've slept. We didn't. The next morning our door lock is sticking and maintenance insinuated it was my fault although it continued to happen the rest of the stay AND to the cleaning crew. You could hear everything from the hallway. The public carpeted areas including the hallways and elevators were soiled our entire stay. Its a new hotel, but our bathroom door already had dirt and mold along the bottom. Staff was less than accommodating except for the one MOD. We have no feedback on the free breakfast. Pics of pool make it seem larger than what it was. It filled up really quick. Just fyi on that part.

The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. It was odd that the only trash bin was in the bathroom and it didn’t have a bag in the bin. Check-in was a little rough. I had a hard time understanding what she was saying so she got very short with me. We were very impressive with the breakfast staff. Janice went above and beyond.

The lady working when we checked in was fantastic. She was so helpful and sweet. Our TV was not working and she gave us new batteries. After that didn’t work she moved us and also made our family that was staying there upgrades, too. She was so congenial to all of us. Fantastic employee!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! We loved how close to downtown we were but without all the craziness of being in downtown. We loved how close we were to two major water parks (Mt. Olympus and the Wilderness) so we were able to enjoy them!

Great location centralized in Dells...was easy getting into hotel in winter but not sure how easy in summer as traffic could make it difficult to pull in. Overall a great stay with quiet neighbors. Could maybe use work on the pillows as too small.

Our reservation was for a King Bed. We were put in a 2 Queen room. We went to the desk and were told they were sold out so we had to stay in the Queen room. We turned on the TV and there was no sound. They came to “fix” it while we were at dinner and came back to no sound. My boyfriend went down and they did move us at night to a King room. Breakfast was random food. Bagels, no cream cheese. Waffles and sausage, no eggs. The toaster wouldn’t toast the bread. 100% never going back.

Breakfast serving space and food availability did not match requirements of hotel size. Oatmeal was uncooked oats in warm water, eggs were inedible, ran out of bread items, only food people were eating was waffles so it was a very long line. Breakfast serving space and food availability did not match requirements of hotel size. Oatmeal was uncooked oats in warm water, eggs were inedible, ran out of bread items, only food people were eating was waffles so it was a very long line. All in all it was a nice stay. Breakfast was a little bit less than our expectation, but room was clean and people were friendly.

The hotel was very nice. Clean rooms and liked having a shower without a tub. Easy to get in and out of. Really good breakfast with lots of options.

Would not stay here or the Springhill Suites across the parking lot again due to poor management. They gave away the room that we had booked and we had to stay in a smaller room the first night with two teen boys sharing a bed. There were not enough towels and they did not have any extra pillows. There is no manager on duty at night. Lots of stains and rips in the wallpaper and carpets. The “art” is the rooms was a framed alphabet with two Rs! Extremely tiny pool and mediocre breakfast. Once we got our correct room, a suite, the second night we were much more comfortable. The manager did take some money off our bill after we asked. Based on this experience we will not book a Fairfield Inn again.

We were there Monday through Friday and our room was never cleaned. Also some minor maintenance issues. The staff was great, though it was hard to communicate with some, It's a nice looking hotel with a good free breakfast.

The hotel was nice/clean. Room was big. We had a king with a sofa bed. All was good until we noticed there wasn’t bedding for the sofa bed. I called the front desk and the staff said they’d be up in 10 minutes with pillows and bedding. 45 minutes later still no bedding. I called 2 more times and let it ring a bunch with no answer. After waiting 1 1/2 hours our daughter just climbed into the King bed with us since it was late. Very disappointed in staff. Otherwise the hotel was nice.
