Five Rooms

I loved this hotel located very central in Leer! It was a bit difficult to find the parking lot - and a bit tight to get the car navigated around the house corner. Look for the sign with the crowns on it and pay attention while you drive 😅 Reception, parking and breakfast is on the same location, but some of the rooms/studio apartments are on other locations around town. We had to walk 200 meter to our apartment (no 17 I think) - located on the first floor (no elevator) of the cutest little building with a beautiful view of the river. I loved the modern interior and fancy design of the room and furniture. There was a fridge (not working too well though). Small bathroom with shower and toilet. Large room with a bed, sofa/sitting area etc. Felt quite spacious. Another separate bedroom with a large bed. More than enough space for 1 adult and2 kids. Breakfast is buffet style in a small restaurant/cafe. Quite cosy. Not a huge selection, but for than enough - and you can order eggs cooked as like. Leer was nice despite the rainy dull weather - we had a walk along the riverside and ate at a café in the city center.

We stayed three adults in the two bed room suite. Very clean and comfortable. The WiFi was s little mischievous , but it didn’t matter as we had plenty of EU data There was sodas and water in the mini fridge- all included. And of course tea and coffee. The bed was very comfortable (a bit on the firm side but not too much) and with two sizes pillows each it was easy to get comfortable. All staff was very kind and helpful. Parking in the courtyard was good and convenient. The breakfast was super good and we even enjoyed the scrambled eggs (from real eggs, not the hotel chain powdered mix) and bacon. The city of Leer is cosy and quaint and we will definitely be back and also stay in this hotel.

Meine Frau und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zentral und dennoch sehr ruhig. Parkplatz am Hotel.
